We had a scheduled drop off and the gate was locked when we got there so I called the manager and he said he was 40 minutes away. He also instructed me to go to a different location to drop it off. I had just filled it with gas and we had just moved so I told him we were not able to take it to another location so we asked us just to leave it in the road.

I was not advised about drop off instructions and appropriate times. It was very inconvenient and was very disappointed and will second think any future U-Haul reservations especially those are require drop offs instructions and information about the facility you’re dropping should be provided.
