Justin HI reserved the truck for 8am Sunday morning and was told I would receive an email with codes never came so I called the customer service number and they told me I was never registered for online checkin and had to wait until 9 am. Not a big dealt I had 12 people waiting. After the first load to the new house we started unloading boxes and furniture that were wet as we discovered the truck roof was leaking at the front over the cab and the middle as it was raining and snowing. We had to put wet boxes and furniture in storage wet. we did 2 trips like this. when I dropped the truck off, the pictures wouldn't upload after several attempts and kept getting error codes so I went home with the key as I didn't know where it went. I went back to the office in the morning and gave the key back at the office and explained my experience. I am expecting a call. from someone and hope this truck gets sealed properly. feel free to call. 385 485-7522
Dwayne HI got there at my designated time and the truck was behind a locked gate to which I was never provided a code. I called customer service and the only option I had was to wait an hour for the location to open at which point I'd lost valuable moving time.

Mark GThe front desk guy wanted me to drive into the gates to drop off the truck. Then he stiffed me by saying I didn’t fill up the truck when I came directly from the gas station 1/4 mile away. Very unprofessional. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
Jordan CMy receipt said I drove 148 miles when all I did was take the van home which is about 2 miles, then went to the City landfill which is about 6 miles. At the top I drove 25 miles. The accuracy of renting the equipment is way off and I will not rent from this location again. I was way overcharged!

Mike RMake the app better or don't make the customer do the job of checking in and out the equipment. I feel like I'm clocking into work when I rent a UHaul. Also the cab and bed were dirty and I am not cleaning someone else's mess.
Brantley MThe van was very dirty inside, and I took pictures in the pickup and reported to the manager. I requested a discount because I had to clean it for 30 mins. and my sofa and bed got dirty. The manager did not do anything for me. No discount was given to me. I told her to charge the previous guy a cleaning fee and give me the discount. She just laughed.

Elma MI HATED my experience with Uhual!Your rates are insane and aren’t properly disclosed. I was told I was renting a truck for 29.00 a day and got stuck with a204.00 bill after a day and a half. I could have just bought a trailer for 204.00 i won’t be using uhual ever in the future and I’ll rent a trailer from Home Depot for 14.00 a day instead.
Dan IThe lock box that had the key in it was not locked when I got to the point during the check out process to go to the lock box and unlock it. Just FYI. The app functionality is poor. The loading of pictures kept shutting down during the process. When I returned the truck and tried to use the app it failed. The app failed at the point that it wanted to check my location. If I went into the area to find a Uhaul location near me, the app had no problem indicating that I was already at a rental location. The app needs to be better if it is to be used.
Danny PI really like this company a lot. The attention is friendly and they try to help you, such as the language and when I have needed them, they have solved my problem. I would not change anything. They are excellent. Thank you so much have a nice day

Dawn SThe truck door does not close all the way even when slammed (which the site told me to do). This damage was not on their report of the vehicle. The lockbox they gave me the code for had the keys to a truck that wasn’t mine. They had reported the tank as being full, but it was only 3/4 full. It just felt very unorganized especially because they couldn’t get the correct key in the right lockbox.

Roy CEverything went ok as far as the truck and the place but next time I will not use the online service, I wasted an hour of my 4-hour time limit fumbling around just checking in and getting my truck- bringing back the truck i did not know what to do -nothing said what to do with the keys DISASTER

Kaysie SI opted to do the mobile check-in, thinking it would be real quick, but there were a ton of steps that took a while and could have been done in advance when I made the reservation (e.g. providing driver's license and additional contact info).

Jon FGet your facts straight. This location will conspire towards gouging your contract, adding miles to the bill that you didn't drive and stating your truck was returned dirty despite you cleaning it out. They tried charging me nearly $300 for a single 24hr rental. A lot of excess fees that I don't get charged elsewhere. If you need a uhaul, get it from another location…
Camden HThey claimed the load area needed to be cleaned even though we swept it out. We also cleaned the entire cab with Lysol wipes to remove the strong marijuana odor after we removed two small packages or marijuana from under the seats.
