Nobody has called to follow up on my 2 disputed charges - I held for 45+ minutes to make. I was charged for a dolly on 2 separate reservations when a dolly was not available and NOBODY in your company is empowered to refund it despite knowing full well I was charged for an item that was not provided by your company. Owner broke the key to the lock that was on the door to his business. Had to wait two hours to pick up the truck. All the planning I had done for my move got turned upside down.JOSE D.
Had requested the rental of dolly and was told the location did not have a dolly to provide when I went to pick up the vehicle. I had to drive to the nearest UHaul facility and pick it up from there. Once at the UHaul facility to pick up the dolly, I was told I would have to wait until the manager was able to sort out the issue of inventorying the dolly from their location.Peter D.

First off location not on google. No signage as it â€œcame down in 2017â€! Place was scary looking & filthy! guy was extremely sarcastic! Didn't have hand truck! Total horrible experience ! Myself & friend called uhaul numerous times to even locate this horrible place!!!CAROL S.

Drop-off location very small parking lot area packed with cars, essentially impossible to drop off a 15 foot truck with attached trailer without blocking things.Samuel C.
This is a used parking lot. There were no other U-haul vehicles indicating it was the correct spot. It was very small and narrow.Megan W.
Bill after bringing vehicle back was twice as what was expected. I didn't put in return time but system did so charged for another day. Not dealers fault but is a hassle getting straightened out. Bill still showing pending at bank with no corection showing.Melinda N.
