They seemed really confused about the drop off.
Gina SI sent pictures of fuel level it was not as shown on email i left more fuel than I left with and charged 54.00 and an after hours 20.00 fee when I returned before 6pm.

Carrick WNot a very clean location. It is a rough tire shop. I tried to drop the trailer off the night before as it was advertised as having a night drop. The location had a security fence around it with no apparent method of getting into it. So to drop the trailer, it would have to be dropped in an insecure area. I chose not to and went back the next morning. Additionally other than “put it here”, I got no assistance from the store. And “here” was in a tight area between other Uhaul equipment and a tire shop customers car. Lucky for them, I am a very experienced driver with trailers.
Robert SUhaul office was closed on Sunday. Left keys with Trendy associate. Called Teresa on Monday morning to ensure everything was processed and closed out properly. Teresa was helpful. Our return was extended by 4 hours due to issues with original reservation in Lexington. We were charged for an extra full day rental but was only given an additional 4 hours. We were also charged an additional $28 insurance for the 4 hours. Teresa spoke with Uhaul manager and he said the additional $28 will be credited to our account. We are still waiting for the credit to appear on my credit card. Teresa and Kevin at Trendy's were both helpful.
Noel AWait until customer is gone before rolling joints on the hood of your car. Meet the customer. Ask customer if she wants insurance and don’t just charge her for it. Give customer paperwork of transaction. Give customer wiring for taillights.
