I didn't get any email letting me know where to drop off but was charged for dropping off at wrong location.. when I left with uhaul I was given the address where I dropped it off.. no was at drop off office.. I left uhaul there and put keys in drop box.. I believe I was charged for gas but my tank was not full when I picked up uhaul..

Everything was good. I live 5 minutes away. We did a light check before I left, and I did one when I got home. The left running light was not functional. Turn and Brake worked fine! Otherwise everything was good with the trailer!

When I checked out yesterday I requested to have my name put on a waiting list for August or September 2025. I need a space with no higher than 3" off the ground. My experience with Treweek was excellent so I want to store my car again. Thank you

I remember specifically saying no to charges for extra moving blankets and the added Safe Move Coverage. So I was surprised to see this charge on my emailed receipt the next day. When I called to ask about the charge, the staff member disagreed and said that I requested the coverage even after i explained that i rarely, if ever, get the extra protection plans. Unfortunately, I don't plan to use this shop again.

I did the online early check-in, as suggested many times by texts. Submitted all photos and information. Yet they could not finish or complete the check-in at the location. It took 4 different tries to resubmit all reservation information till the computer finally took and completed the paperwork. 45 minutes later.

This location is fantastic. The young man who helped me was well-organized and assisted me with attaching the trailer to my SUV. He even took that extra step to clear the snow from the trailer. Pick-up and return today were flawless.

This Uhaul location associated with Treweek was the best Uhaul representative’s EVER, they had the equipment sparking clean inside and out ( windows were detailed to the maximum detail. The employees went way beyond their way to accommodate my move and assisted me with any request to make extensions and schedule flexibility. I give U guys at Uhaul a 10 out of 10

Nice young lady who helped me. However my drop off location was changed to one that was 6 miles away and there were at least 2 closer location. The location I drove to had a 4pm close time so I sped out to their office and they were NOT open (around 3:50). So I called one of the closer locations to see if I could just drop at their lot and found out that I was actually supposed to drop their in the first place. It was very confusing. Plus, for a basically a 2 day (1 night) rental it was fairly expensive. There needs to be a shorter time frame option. I didn't need to return it until Monday, which basically is a 4 day rental. That's too long. I need a shorter, cheaper option.

Stop the self checkout on the app! When I pay for a service, I expect CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm sick of having to place my own order at fast food restaurants, and now self turn in my U-haul truck! Next, I'll be grilling my own burger at McDonald's and having to change the oil in your truck before I can rent it! How about hiring enough staff, that the store can be manned for FULL SERVICE, NOT HALF SERVICE!!!

The equipment wasn't available in Walla Walla, WA as booked and planned. I had to pick up the 26' truck in Kalispell, MT and drive it to Walla Walla, WA and then back. UHAUL waiting until the last minute and informed me they couldn't deliver the equipment as planned. I don't plan to use UHAUL again or recommend them to others.

Equipment was clean, connectors and lights all worked Issue was tire needed to be replaced mid trip Tire on Passenger side started to shred and roadside assistance had to come out and replace both tires in that side..

The app pick up and drop off were a big challenge for us. The app was having glitches and on a moving day time is limited. We wasted over an hour trying to pick up and drop of the vehicle because of technical problems. The people at Treweek are great, however.

After the visit I was overcharged which was acknowledged by U-Haul and I was promised this would stop and be reversed and I’d be able to rent again. Well that didn’t happen. Instead I have had numerous charges hit my credit card all of which I’m disputing against your company. All for random amounts that are not even your listed charges. 55$ 70$ 95$ 10$ 15.99$ it’s been well over 10 attempts to charge me for various amounts since this rental. I will not be utilizing these services ever again if this is how you do business.

The self pickup was a fiasco in itself, after "checking in" on the app, it said I needed to check in at the counter, which was not open. Then, after three calls with the local traffic agent, Talisha, who was an absolute Godsend, we had none of the equipment we had requested.

Truck was locked behind the gate putting us almost 2 hours behind schedule. App for check in dispatched me without allowing me to check things over and add pictures or verify mileage or fuel level. Chat was terrible and had one response after 30 minutes saying hold on and ill check into that for you then no response after that for over an hour while I attempted to contact support via phone. Finally got through on the phone and was on hold for 10-15 minutes waiting for an answer. Terrible experience with the entire process.

This location in Kalispell Montana is amazing. They are very personable and helpful. I appreciated all of they help and support of everyone in the office. Toni and Derek went above and beyond in making sure I had all the equipment I needed to make our move successful.

I sometimes do need a small truck, but the equipment available on a Monday seemed a little sparse. What’s up with that? Super busy at that location , great source for us who live at the top Flathead Lake . I particularly like U-Hail being on this side of Kalispell b/c on not having to navigate the truck/trailer through the higher traffic area.. The customer service in the store snd helping us hook up was above and beyond .

First trailer had broken leaf springs on the curb side that was only noticeable when it was beginning to be loaded. It had to be returned the next morning and get a replacement. This was a major delay, over night plus an hour to return the broken one and get the replacement, in our use of the equipment. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!!!

From start to finish, this was a great experience. More importantly, the service, support and cost effectiveness allowed for a somewhat stressful life event (moving my daughter!) to go much smoother. I picked up a trailer in Kalispell MT about 15 miles from where I was loading the trailer. Getting 2/3rds loaded someone check the break fluid in the trailer, was empty. I added brake fluid and brought it back to the pick up location where it was determined that a brake line was leaking. So we changed out the trailer and reloaded what was in the trailer ultimately costing a day.

Treweek was a great company to work with, however the U-Haul Self-Service component took a bit longer than I expected and was a little tricky to navigate. I had originally signed up to pick up the truck at a location with service representatives to assist me, however I was rerouted to a self serve location.

I used the storage for two years while covid restrictions were in place to Care for my mother The staff is extremely helpful over the phone and in person If you book ahead they have a truck waiting even in shortages My recommendation would be a more updated computer/payment system so the staff does not have to struggle with waiting

I have used treweek for many years on and off between storage and uhual. The units are well maintained. I love that they take care of the ground so there's never any pot holes. The units are kept dry. They provide multiple ways to easily pay your bill. The staff there are amazing. If I ever have a need for uhaul or storage again in kalispell I will definitely go through them. I highly recommend them.
