The dude wasn't even wearing mask for starters, we waited at the counter for a few minutes then realized we had to go outside and get him. He was super nice but it was also concerning that he didn't even do a truck inspection with us and just said its over there be sure to take pictures.Hannah T.

My move could of gone better I wound up having to pay a lot more then expected because I had to get a van since I was sent to two different places an neither place had the 15 foot truck I originally reserved and I was told that the second place I was sent to definitely had it. The Uhaul portion of this facility was very much an after thought. There was little parking and the facility was littered with vehicles being serviced, poorly paved lots, and actual trash. The office was a messy, filthy disaster. The shopkeeper seemed like the Uhaul return was an inconvenience for him and he was not friendly. I did receive a phone call ahead of our return with detailed instructions on how to return. This was very helpful since the phone number listed on our actual Uhaul contract was not in service.Jerry R.

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had with any company. The vehicle was dirty inside and with COVID 19. I had to wash the truck with lysol. The location was not very identifiable in both locations. I did not receive confirmation of location until the evening before the rental. I have many pictures to prove what poor service that was provided. I will not recommend your company. I may go on the social media and upload pictures of my experience with your company.Judy M.

You have the worst ethics about resolving issues and complaints. You do business with people who are relocating, something which is very stressful for some. Uhaul was the most stressful part of my move and because you are the only company who offered what I needed I felt that no matter unfriendly and understand you were toward me that I was stuck renting from you. My initial telephone instructions was not helpful to self return the truck. As instructed, I visited uhaul.com and was to go to the top left corner to find self return my vehicle. After many attempts at a closed location at 8.00 pm, I called Uhaul again and was thankful for new instructions to visit uhaul.com/share and was talked through the process. There was nobody on-site for assistance and the place is a mess, like a garbage dump. The app is reasonably good but slow and time consuming. Replicated information requests already given like drivers license pictures----took about 30 minutes to get through everything. Glad I returned in daylight as the area seems a bit dodgy for nighttime return.Jack W.

I rented a 15' truck at 9 AM on Saturday 9/14 and returned it the same day at 2:00 PM. The employee at the location didn't check the vehicle in Monday, then went on vacation. I tried Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to have the Regional Supervisor for U-Haul travel to the location to close out my rental which was reflected on their system as delinquent and not turned in. It took multiple calls, and they were not responsive at all. It finally got closed out the following Friday evening. I will not be renting from this U-Haul location any time soon. I suggest the same for you.Howard K.

The truck was not swept out. The employee there at 730 didn't know how to use the computer so couldn't help us to express check in. There was a wait when we returned the truck--employee with computer skills was out picking up his kids. Both polite and friendly but not helpfulBridgette K.
The fact that i tried calling both this location, and the walnut st. location, and neither place answered. In addition their mailbox was full and wasn't able to leave a voicemail. After driving all around Wilmington trying to find the walnut st. location, i had to call customer service and again wasted my time, money, and effort on this whole entire trailer ordeal.
