I got an email the next morning telling me they had it checked in and everything was good. Thank you. Stressed and very tired from the trip this made it very easy. A+++
Ethelyn BFrustrating trying to pick up after hours. Had reserved online. Thought I could just pick up, but ended up having to download the uhaul app, then going through all the same sign-up as I did online. Had to take pictures in the cold, dark night. Very frustrating. Especially since I've used this uhaul location a couple times before. When I dropped it off, I put the keys in the box and then when I went to checkout, it wanted pictures of everything from the inside. Again, kind of hard to take pictures and verify things when it's dark out. Very disappointed with the online experience, since I had already put in all the info online prior to pickup.

John LThis was the single worst truck I've ever rented from UHaul. There were engine problems There were braking problems. The ride was horrible. When I called for help from the UHaul general line to get a replacement truck or anything, I was told that she couldn't do anything and that I should get roadside assistance to help. I waited on hold for almost forty minutes with no response. What a horrid experience.
ROBERT BAgain my location was inconveniently moved so “truck would be conveniently located for the next family”. When I asked about my convenience and going out of my way to return the truck I was told I would get additional mileage but I never did.
BARB AThe enclosed trailer I rented leaked. Thankfully whatci was hauling didn't care about being wet.
