The gentlemen at this location didn't know anything about the Ubox, including how to rent one to me. I was told I'd be best off going online and doing it myself because, "it takes a Harvard education to rent one of them things." My Ubox arrived in Dacono, CO damaged and I had to unload it and repack it into another Ubox in order to transport it home safely. The owners of that location, WCR 15 Boat and RV Storage, were very helpful. I've been told by Uhaul that I would be reimbursed some of my payment for my troubles but I've yet to hear anything so I can't say that they've kept their word yet.Shane U.

The gentleman that answered the phones here was fairly negative. I called to say I was on my way there to turn in a trailer - would be there in 10-15 minutes knowing they were going to close around that time. He told me they wouldn't be there, as they usually leave early when there were no reservations. He gave me a vague description of where to park the trailer. I actually arrived in less than 10 minutes and a different gentleman that worked there came out and was very helpful - unhooked the trailer and I was on my way before they closed.KATHLEEN B.

The personnel were friendly on the phone but they were closed when we dropped off our trailer. The trailer did not have a jack so removing it from our truck was a challenge and could be dangerous for people that don't pull trailers on a regular basis. Just FYI.KATHI G.

This location including the gentleman that helped us were great! However, Uhaul as a whole was a horrible experience. First of all, your phone wait time is ridiculous and being transferred from one location to the next is not what a customer needs. You need to also work on overbooking. Having to drive 3 hrs to pick up my trailer just to let me know they don't have it, even though I had a reservation booked a couple weeks ago, is not what a customer wants to hear!!! Then you send me an extra hour out to get another trailer. You have a horrible process that needs a lot of work! Moving is already stressful enough for you to be adding more to it.ARELY P.

Vehicle was not clean. I turned it in cleaner than I received it. Wiped everything down and having a filthy rag when I was done. Sales guy wasn't informative at all or friendly for that matter. I asked him which truck I was taking, he said the number on your keychain matches the truck. He didn't walk me to the truck and show me anything about it. He didn't go through the contract, I didn't even know how much it cost per day to rent or that there was a 79Â¢ fee per mile plus the daily rental fee. While I had the truck I called to ask if I could return the truck sooner to a different location because I wouldn't need it for the full duration. He told me I had to bring it back to his location because it was his truck and it belonged in his town. So I drove from kerrville to Fort Worth. Unloaded the truck and could have turned it in after not needing it anymore. But instead had to drive the truck all the way back to kerrville from Fort Worth, empty... with nothing in it. So I spent all that extra money on an extra day of not using the truck, plus gas, plus 79Â¢ a mile. I filled up the truck to full, drove the truck 20 miles to turn it back in, and I was charged $30 for gas. Returned the truck on time. Waited for him to come out at the designated sign that tells you to wait until someone comes out. He says you can get out of the truck. He inspected it and told me there was a gas charge and that the cost was over $600 for 48 hours. Not friendly. Not informative. Not going to rent a truck from this location again.JAIME R.

The storage company where I took my load (Another Closet) did not accept one-way trailers but the manager checked and found a location that did, wrote the address and phone number down for us. True Master took great care of us...we were in and out in 10 minutes!SUZANNE F.

Extremely rude employee. I rented a 15' truck ... upon paying for the truck the employee pointed to the truck and tilde me â€œ there it is, bring it back clean or U Haul will charge you $109 to clean itâ€ He didn't walk me to the truck to look it over or explain a thing to me. I am a single 69 year old woman. When I came back the next morning to get the tow dolly hooked up the same employee told me that U Haul doesn't install tow dollies because it's a liability!! I was beside myself with this man. I had to call my disabled brother to come and help me. This is totally unacceptable behavior!! I have so much more to type but it's very upsetting for me. My son worked for U Haul in Houston for ten years as a mechanic! John Quinn He told me this is not U Hauls policy. The employee refused to wear a mask because it's his right to not and he is vaccinated!!! Over all, this is the worst service !!! Kerrville Texas to California... a very far trip to worry about my car on the tow dolly.VICKI J.
The people and store was great. But Uhaul screwed me over. They sent me 60 miles out of my way to drop off the truck. I toke the truck to the closet uhaul to me because that's where I should have been able to drop it off at. No one there to check it in so I drive 35 miles to the next closest uhaul. They would not accept the truck, told me I had to take it back to where I just came from. Got about half way sack and got a call from the first place I went to and was told I could not bring it there that I had to take it to a uhaul dealer way out on the fare side of town that's 40 miles from me. This dealership was 60 miles from my home. Come to find out they heeded the truck for a rental that afternoon. It's not my job to deliver there trucks that fare from my home when there's dealership closer to me. That was 120 miles round trip I had to put on my car to have someone pick me up. The only good bing that came out of this trip was where I picked up the truck, they did not have the size truck I reserved and got a largest truck at the smaller truck price.Cecil H.

The people at the location were super nice and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The 15' truck that I rented was past its expiration date, though. The heater came on on the floorboard when you turned on the ac causing an unholy mix of hot legs and cold arms. The steering needed repairs as well as the slightest bump in the road sent you reeling into the oncoming lane.SHAWN B.
Do paperwork right. They put they truck had 3/4 of gas and it was the line below. When I got in the truck I noticed and took a picture to show him when I can back. I stopped and put in the 3 gallons I used and he try to make me pay 20 extra because his PAPERWORK said 3/4. He said you used 3 gallons and I said I put in $10 which was the 3 gallons so I had to take the truck AGAIN to put more gas or I was being charged 20 extra dollars .CHRISTINA C.
