The uhaul guy was ansolutly insane un professional. He didn't show up for pick up, swore and screamed on the phone; it was absolutely insane! Trailer was beat up badly, door latch to keep it open bent and didn't work. bent lock and door latch not lined up. bent broken wheel wells. pulled like a lead anchor.Joe M.

True Value and Andrew were excellent. My problem is the whole experience booking on line 3 months prior and not having a trailer for me is a joke. Also stressed me up and if not for another uhaul rep locally giving me a heads up to call days in advance I would of been screwedSilvio P.

Equipment looked in good condition. We picked it up and then experienced problems. The running lights stopped working. We called and a mechanic was sent to review the unit. He said the unit was not the problem, and we should check our car. We took our car to a mechanic who diagnosed that it must be a fault in the trailer wiring.BRYANW H.

Owner was very helpful when it was determined our trailer was actually at a location 90 minutes away when i enquired a day earlier. I was flying in from Toronto to move my student daughter home and this could have been a disaster. The Winnipeg office was also very helpful arranging for another trailer.Paul M.

Dave, in Thunder was extremely helpful and accommodating. We crashed our motorhome and my husband was in hospital, so I was on my own to recover belongings and get them back home. My brother in-law came to drive the U-Haul back home to Ottawa. Dave made every effort to make things as painless as possible. He was an angel in the midst of our dilemma.Beverley P.

Ricky auto sales in Thunder Bay on is where I picked it up . He was so helpful and the most polite . I would recommend anyone a uhaul just because of him. 26 foot truck operated perfect and the economy gauge is alot of fun to drive with .David C.

We Rented and returned the truck on the same property, and they called the day after, accusing us of not returning it.Adam T.
The truck I needed was in limited supply in Thunder Bay. The U-Haul rep worked very hard, complicated by COVID19 restrictions, to source one and clean it.Grant R.
There were no moving pads or furniture dolly left in the truck. I advised of this prior to be charged - but uhaul still charged me for these items. Not impressed. If I had known they weren't going to be left in the truck, as a result of everything being forced to be closed due to Covid19, I would've deleted them off the initial rental request.CORY A.
I called the toll free number. For a padlock passcode problem. I spoke to 2 operators. The first one put me back into the system. I had to navigate to get back into speaking with a representative. The second representive listened, said she would email the location. Then HUNG UP without a goodbye. How rude! After those calls, I was not a happy camper. I managed to get a hold of Dave Stephens location manager, he did an excellent job. I was happy with his service.Dorothy S.
