I hired a moving company instead of having to load it myself and used the trailer while in the transit!! If you guys added movers onto your option I would have surely rented the full truck and drove myself . Movers were a nightmare and uhaul staff have been wonderfulDEVIN S.

There is room for improvement regarding the self check-in procedure. The UHaul website was not particularly 'user-friendly' in terms of reporting that I had returned my rental. I called the UHaul number, waited ~40 minutes on hold & then after a helpful agent said I was 'all set', I still was contacted, via email, as it was believed that I had not returned my unit. Aside from this, it was a positive rental experience.Robert M.

VERY disappointed in the Uhaul "reservation" system. Don't call it a reservation if you are going to wait until the day before the rental to let me know if the truck is available. That's not a reservation. Hotels don't operate like that, airlines or car rental agencies. I made MULTIPLE calls and emails to Uhaul prior to pick up and the emails were not answered, and the calls were less than helpful. If it wasn't for Shawn Tucker at The pick up/drop off location, I would never recommend or use Uhaul again.SAM C.

Tucker's is primarily a garage, but a convenient drop off point. The attendant was courteous and took the vehicles without inspection.nick C.
The only thing that would have made this location better had nothing to do with the site or the personnel. There was local roadwork going on and the entrance was partially blocked by road crew vehicles. (Which we expect in this area.) Other than that the experience was excellent.MISTIE L.

Returning the 15' van with auto hauler was a bit of a problem given the physical size of the equipment vs. the available parking area at the time of return. Had trouble getting it all of the road.WILLIAM B.

We actually wanted to rent our U-haul from Doughty auto Repair in Kenduskeag, Me. but on the day we were to pick it up we were told they didn't know what happened and they did not receive it. We spent about an 1 hour trying to find a new place to rent another u-haul and was told our original u-haul was in Hermon Me., another hour away from where we were staying. Once we got to Tuckers he was very pleasant and got us on our way quickly. We did find an e-mail when we got home explaining this situation to us but sence we don't have e-mail on our phones it was a little to late.TOBY W.

There is a large U-Haul dealership closer to down the road in Bangor, but I was sent to a place with no sign, no visible ties to U-Haul, and it was closed. So I had to find the place first, then just leave the equipment by the side of the road. Why not get sent to the closer place, one that was open on the weekend? Not to mention I had to drive 90 miles to pick up the trailer in the first place!Andrew J.
