This location seems like they do what they can to tack on extra fees not justifying them even though you use the app for proof with the mobile check in.

The person was courteous, did take responsibility and tried to find another location that would furnish the dollies. He sent me to the 4511 Broad Street store. They were frankly rude, unhelpful, and I dropped the request altogether. I would not send anyone to that store.
