TOMMIE WATKINSI rented a furniture dolly, but the guy behind the counter said they didn’t have one and hasn’t seen one in a number of years. The location is very shady, and if you aren’t from Memphis, you’d have a hard time understanding the personnel. What you could do is not change the location of the pickup. I requested one near me, and it was changed. I realize that things change, but it was over 25 minutes from my original requested location. It’s crazy to move it that far out and then be charged for those miles back.

I had to call back because i had an issue with a charge she assisted me with it but the system was down . I have been there other times when my children move from my house because its close. I have never received the customer service I received from her and it was not just me .The lady before me she was just as kind. I wanted to express how wonderful she was. i have worked with the public for 34 years so i know when someone is exceptional . Way to go Brianna Also the truck was not in good shape this is the reason for just average, But with Brianna i wanted to say something..she was exceptional. She is an asset to your business.

I moved my belongings out using their online move out process which worked really well for me and upon me moving out.. I DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY BELONGINGS BEING MOLDED unlike another storage facility I used in the past and it was climate controlled as well. But thank you U-Haul for good services and accommodations!!! Happy customer here😊😊

Evelyn MasonFirst I would like to say it took longer than it should've. I wasn't walked out to my vehicle to make sure I found the right one. I had to walk around and look in the top corner for my number. Nobody did a inspection on the truck before I left nore was the gas checked. I was told to bring it back on half when I drove off it only had 1/4 in the tank. Customer service wasn't up to par at all. Very low quality. Nobody genuinely seemed like they had any type of positive enthusiasm to help people. But hey I was at able to move my furniture!!

He also did not record that I returned my trailer, so when it was due I received several phone calls from UHaul asking when I was going to return the trailer. At least there was CCTV footage that exonerated me from the stolen trailer.
James SellersWhen I moved my belongings out of the storage unit, none of the big sliding doors were working so we had to use a regular sized door, share it with several other people. And none of the carts were working well because the tires were messed up do too going over a huge metal bump at the door we had to use. Just a mess and for no reason. The facility is just trash. And the employees are rude.

REGINA MOSLEYThe associate that handled my Uhaul order at this location was super unprofessional. His name was Kiwanne and he was so dazed that I honestly thought he was high. He spoke so low I could barely hear him. He did not seem like he even wanted to help me and just kept saying he didn't know what to do about my order. He asked me to call his employer about my order. I didn't understand why he wouldn't call him himself and his response was "he won't answer if I call". Also the inside of the Uhaul I rented was dirty. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Jason DoyleI really wanted an appliance dolly, but none were available. I had trouble finding the size truck I wanted, and with it being the end of the month I assume a lot of people were moving. So it's likely they have a good stock of these, but all were rented that day. However, the staff was very friendly, and the process of checking out the truck and then returning it later the same day went very smoothly.

VICKIE FERGUSONI wasn't fully informed about the storage security upon purchase, I setup a pin number but I wasn't aware that you enter the pin number in the alarm system first then into the entrance key pad. I was given a second floor unit and the elevator didn't work, I returned to switch to a first floor unit but I had to stand in a long line to switch units. The problem was I already rented a truck and this took away from the time I had available on the truck.

A "ghost" had moved stuff into my unit and put a lock on it. They didn't know who. I was left with nothing. Had to change to a more expensive unit after waiting around for at least an hour. Two different clerks were trying to figure out what to do. Not cool to be promised and then have to pay more for something I didn't want. One clerk was not aware there is a special that I was trying to take advantage of ti get the first month free after renting an enclosed trailer. He did not know what to do and was not going to give me the special since "there was no button for that." Not cool.

So then after Brandon took over and allowed her to take a break she still wouldn’t go outside and chill take a deep breath, No!!!!!!! She goes out back and start swearing INSTEAD of just going to her car to chill out all together. Myself I thought it was very unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for. I left the keys in the truck and went home after I returned the truck, Alex i believe his name is, was very helpful and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, when I returned to locate the keys, the GM and another associate told me they looked into the truck and no keys were located, I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. I proceeded to look into the truck and saw the keys where I left them. I don’t understand why it was so hard to just go and look for me when I’m the customer and dealing with this issue.

Family member went last month to move appliances out )double wide refrigerator ) was totally destroyed dued to heat. A 3 year old fridge practically still new was stained and molded bad!! Of course, customer had insurance but the amount paid out wasn't nearly what customer paid out. A well lesson learned to not trust U-haul employees.

On I was finally sent to the unit, it was not as explained on the phone, there was no help in locating the unit, in fact I was given the wrong information, My driver was costing me extra money because of the insanely long delay. After realizing that the building I was sent to did not even house the unit I had rented, I gave up, went back to the office and cancelled the entire rental. By far the worst rental experience ever! I manage a Storage Facility, this was a disgraceful exhibition of Storage Rental. It ended up costing me almost $100 in additional expenses and I ran out of daylight. Train your staff, that is a challenging setup, bad staff only makes it worse.
