Truck had a fault with the ABS when I picked it up, Didn't have to rely on the ABS this trip, but somebody else might have had to. Very professional staff!

CALVIN MUnfortunately, the first 10' truck which was assigned to me during my rental was infested with roaches. Ashley worked quickly to swap my 10' truck for one which was pest free. Overall, my experience with this location was a positive one, thanks to Ashley!
Rachelle MNot used U-Haul in a while so not sure if policies have changed they hand you keys to truck and send you out into the lot to find your own truck. Then you do your own self inspection . When you return truck they sit there and then point to return truck in that area, if it were me in their place I'd just not sit in a golf cart I'd get out and park it where it is needed. Whole experience was not very customer service friendly used them twice in a week and both times were subpar glad I don't have to use a U-Haul on a regular basis

I went to ask someone for help and it was in the opposite area from where I was told upon opening the door to the truck it smelt terrible inside like rotting food I put the window down hoping it would air out. I kept the windows down the entire time I believe it was coming from the seats. Other than that the truck ran fine.

But in the switching, no longer had access to the small unit and some of my stuff is stuck there. We talked to the staff and they assured us our key would work both doors. Wrong. So instead of making sure it did work for us, they booked it out of there right at closing time. So now we had to stay in town an extra night so we can go back and figure it out. Hoping none of my stuff disappears!

Juan CWhen I retuened the truck 2 employees were standing outside and saw me pull it under the canopy and went inside. Then I went in and a girl told me to wait outside in the truck. So I had to go back outside and wait for someone to help me. Very good at renting but return is slow and disorganized.

Jorge VI did not like how I was addressed to when I pulled into the lot. There were no clear directions on who I talk to or what to do. I also had a disagreement over the gas discrepancy in which I had picture proof of. I also did not like how I had to pay for 7 days and could not get any money back even if I returned the truck early.

Kimbley IPurchased U-Haul and trailer from U-Haul for an out of state move going from Las Vegas to McAlester Oklahoma. Tuesday March 14th we had to get help from U-Haul roadside as the passenger side blinker on the U-Haul trailer went out. This happened on an unknown interstate and we had a separate personal vehicle following behind. Following behind was their only direction to where we were going as they had no phone. We found out the blinker went out during the U-Haul truck and trailer making an exit and our personal following truck having to slam on their brakes to follow. We have a 1 year old son who was in that following truck and it was a very terrifying experience. When we were connected with roadside assistance for our blinker going out, we were told to come to a U-Haul place near us to make the process quicker. It actually delayed us way past our desired arriving time and upon arrival we were told a tire on our U-Haul trailer was very worn on the inside and needed to be replaced. That as well was a huge safety hazard seeing as we were driving through 4 different states and multiple spots of nothing but desert. If our tire blew we would not have been able to afford help.

Doveline A | Online Move InU Haul I really like this facility, the loading dock at pick up truck height really saves time and labor. I've always been a fan and customer of U Haul . On many occasions I've rented trucks, trailers, storage units and purchased moving supplies. I must say however that when I recently moved out of my storage unit I was told that the unit was not pro rated and that I would not receive the unused portion of my money. I moved out on 9/4 /23 and was paid until the 20th therefore I believe that U Haul owes me 16 days of unused rent. I was paying 87.90 a month, I believe that U Haul owes me $46.88 . I LOVED that it was climate controlled and had such great security. Even though it was a bit out of the way on the second floor, there were plenty of carts available, and the freight elevator was easy to maneuver in and out of, so it really was no problem at all getting to the designated unit. I would highly recommend this place!

She worked out my storage quickly which was so appreciated because it had been the end of two very long travel days. Additionally, she arranged for me to turn in my trailer there, even though it had originally been scheduled for another location. I was SO grateful not to have to make yet another stop to turn the trailer in. The turn in guys were very efficient and quick and so easy to deal with. The only thing that surprised me was having to go on a second story with all our things, but the freight elevator was very large and could accommodate three trolleys at once. It was a bit of a maneuver to get to the designated cubicle, but it all worked fairly easily and we got it done without too much trouble. All in all, it was a great experience and I feel like our stuff is safe and secure.

Candace H | Overall ExperienceReceived a call from "Ashley" on 6/30/22 as a courtesy reminder to return the rental truck on 7/1/22. She also mentioned that a customer is waiting for the truck so the sooner we return it, the better. Upon hearing that, we opted to return the truck a day earlier as a courtesy. Everything went well during the truck and return and storage check-in. I appreciate the services from U-haul especially from the staff that work outside under the hot scorching Texas and Las Vegas sun like Dee at the location in Carrollton, TX where we picked up the rental truck a few days ago, and like Josh, Tyrel, etc., at the N. Rancho location here in Vegas. The storage check-in process went OK but could be a bit more efficient IMO. I say the only thing that needs improvement is not doing the driver's license or ID verification all over again since it's already on file and in the system just a few days prior when we picked up the rental truck in Texas. But I guess that's the policy. When I was there, I saw the long line so just thought it's a little redundant to take photos of the driver's license and process it all over again. With that said, everything went well overall. Thank you for the services!

Other than that everything was great! Very clean and well kept. Never saw so much as one spider in the climate controlled area. I’m probably on my 5th month here & every month I’ve been locked out of my unit due to non payment even though every single month I set up automatic payment so I don’t have this issue and every month they don’t know why the card on file isn’t being ran.. also the after hours were taken away until “further notice” because someone was going around vandalizing the units after hours so now it’s been taken away from everyone including me which was the whole reason I even put my stuff here. Super upset I don’t like the fact that there’s no answer as to when I will get my after hour access back because that’s when a lot of my business gets taken care of I make packages up all throughout the day / night & I need to be able to access my stuff. Not to mention it would be nice to not be locked out of my unit at the beginning of every month for mon payment when I have automatic payment set up... seemed great the day I moved my stuff in but since then I have not been satisfied.. it’s been more of a headache. I will say though it’s an extremely clean location!

The main reason I chose uhaul over other storage companies is the “24 hours access” and no where did it ever say that hours were limited right now. In every email I received about the storage unit it says 24 hours. I did not find out hours are shorter until I visited my unit and was told by an employee.

As a customer, I expected to receive help with protocols to return my stolen property or figureout what exactlyhappened with it. Instead I was treated as if I did something wrong. I felt as if the staff, mainly management Amy were no help and reacted as if she were the guilty party. I've been a loyal customer to this specific location for over 3yrs and didn't expect my renting experience to end in such disappointment. I would never refer a soul to this location in fear they'll have an awful experience a well.

Plus the day I was moving out of this unit, one of the employees John had to help me access the building because the Manager was TOO busy. Your Management SUCKS!! Thanks John for helping me out..
