It was slow getting the trailer picked up as there were only 2 on duty and we were told it would be a minute. Had to wait in the front for someone to check us in for our trailer. Trailer was clean but found out after we loaded it that it had a tire with only 16 pounds of pressure. It was an inconvenience I didn't need. Had to make a trip to get air instead of just being able to leave at 6am as I had planned.

Customer service was amazing drop off was super quick. Will only use this location for uhaul services. They do not disappoint.

Overall positive but followed the instructions on app for digital check in/out and 1. you can't skip the line to pick up keys and 2. it says to park in parking lot and take a picture of what space it is parked in, but when dropping keys off was told you can't park in the lot and have to park in a return bay instead. If you update the app with the correct instructions, experience would be 5 stars.

Before renting a truck , I read mixed reviews for this location; however, this was the easiest part of my move. From start to finish, the process was smooth. I encountered a man at the desk who processed the transaction and a man who accepted the truck upon return and both guys were super pleasant.

Returned the vehicle 24 hours ahead of my scheduled return. Attendant took keys and told me I was good to leave and he would check in and send email receipt “shortly”. He did not complete actual return until 3:00 PM the next day.

I reserved a trailer with a ramp a week ahead almost but the location couldn’t accommodate….might have well have been a walk in. Also before I reserved, I asked an employee there how much insurance would run and he was able to answer/figure that out.

When I tried to pull my 26 ft truck in there was literally three non U-Haul vehicles blocking the entrance I could only get the truck halfway in after having to get out go around and ask each individual person to move their vehicles myself they have a check in line but again this is a 26 ft truck and the situation is getting dangerous so I simply put the truck around the back in the lot where they store them since because of its size and it causing a dangerous situation the gentleman inside the store then yelled at me and argued with me that I had done the wrong thing and then I needed to go back there get the truck pull it all the way the f*** back around and get back in line up in the front where there is no room and everything was already blocked which made no sense to me anyways we argued for a minute he said f*** it just give me the keys so I did and then I spoke to the very nice young lady who actually was in charge of checking the stuff in out in the parking lot she assured me he was just a f****** dick and that it was perfectly fine what I had done and made the most sense basically you need to fire that f****** dick head in the office and give that very nice girl his job and you need more people out in the parking lot to direct traffic especially if you're going to have such a retarded return policy

We rented a 26 foot truck it was brand new drove it from Massachusetts to Va Beach during an extreme heat wave the truck had no a/c in it just blew hot air. When we came back to return the truck a talk about it for some kind of compensation they guy there was dismissive and didn’t care he said he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Even if there wasn’t anything he could do about it he could have easily said just call customers service an they could possibly help. Would have made it a much easier day

I needed a tow dolly to haul my Jeep down to North Carolina. I was not informed that the tire straps are not suitable for oversized tires. I was able to get both straps to hold on the way down after struggling with them. On the way back 2 days later, I again struggled greatly trying to get enough of the strap in the ratchet in order to secure it. I was able to finally get it secured. Upon arrival back at the Uhaul rental center, I saw that one of the straps had come undone somewhere along the trip. Thankfully the other one held and I had the chains in place. Renters need to know that this is a limitation of the tow dolly. It's not safe.

I was given the wrong truck, it didn’t have a full tank of gas, it had some wet sticky junk all over the dash and I was met by police when I arrived because the truck I was given was reported stolen.

Agent-owner at this location told me to expect an email as we were finishing up but did not tell me that I was required to take photos of rental cargo trailer prior to leaving his lot. Should have. I took photos at my home. Was lucky nothing broke down while driving there.

Great service after a rough start, did not have a storage unit ready when first arrived. No issues after two years. I would recommend this facility, friendly staff and good location.

Money was taking without my permission leaving my account negative and no money to feed my 3 kids. The storage unit was completely cleaned out and swept. Nothing left. The manager planted stuff just to charge money for no reason. I have pictures to prove I cleaned it out.

When we arrived to drop off items we were told they could not issue the storage to us because they were not cleared after sale of items. We were told to return the next day, but we both had work. As a result, we had to store the big truck at the condo community and head over Saturday. When we arrived, the staff did not know how to book storage, but took the time to call and find out. Not their fault, but a frustrating experience for us.
