I ordered 2 furniture dolly. And they were holding only one. They gave me another wooden one in very bad condition even it's wheel stuck without rolling. Or I buy one. I wondering why the rental option is existing for 2 and the location only has one.

samira SGreat service. The only thing I would recommend is the large doors opening and I would assum sensors are on the individual storagews. It was difficult to keep swiping in and out for each entrance while unloading. Once you walk out you can not get back in, and with 5 peiople total moving in my help group it took almost twice as long, because each person got locked out. then when I swip to attempt to open the door, the system would log me out. plus the three swipe panels. Im all for security, but locking me out was troublesome.

DIANA RBetter customer service. This agent booked me with wrong phone number and email. First we were quoted $52, then $114, at the location I paid $130.90, in the end I spent $190.70. The gas line for truck was not working so I ended up pumping $40 because it never moved until the very end. Booked me to return to wrong location at my destination, had to call to change it even though I told her several times.

Walter BWe ordered 1/2 dozen blankets as well. The person helping my husband get the trailer put the blankets next to the trailer instead of in it. Wouldn't it make more sense to just put them inside? My husband wasn't aware of this and drove off without them. And when we needed them we didn't have them. If she had put them inside, all would have been well.

The ratchet handles that are used to tighten down on the straps that keep the car from moving were rusted and made it near impossible to operate. It took a lot of effort for me to get them working properly. Luckily I was able to tighten down on the with help from a second person.

annanias aBe sure to tell your customers when their requested drop off location is closed and not accepting returns. That way they don't have to drive two plus hours out of their way to return equipment. In the past, I've never had an issue with U-Haul but this experience has soured me on the brand.

He was just as helpful the next day. But there was ONE rude employee with blond tipped locs, everyone else was helpful.

Instead, immediately rent out and pocket the$ you had paid up to the date. Aren't we all getting tired of being screwed every way we turn???
Jeani D | Overall ExperienceI reserved a pickup truck and trailer at a specific location 5 miles up the road, and my pickup location was moved without my knowledge to a place 11 Mi up the road, and then when I get there even though I'm able to reserve a truck and trailer online and it's not posted anywhere on the website that y'all don't do that anymore I was told I can't get what I reserved so I end up having to spend more money than I wanted to spend, and it also doesn't stay online that you can't use a debit card to rent a pickup truck and a trailer, now I don't know if you are aware of this but that is called false advertisement, I will be looking for a refund as soon as possible

The facility was well kept which is why the rating was given average due to my distraction being resolved after the dispute as well as having a clean and seem less unit to use for the time I did. Without that I would have given this location 2 stars

Instead of an outdoor drive up unit, they gave me an indoor unit that was a 5 minute walk from the entrance. I dont own to even use the unit, too much hassel. The manager (same guy in all the photos, bald with a goatee and mustache) was a total jerk to the lady in front of me and to me.

And charged me a late fee. A fault not of my own. I still did not have my cc and was waiting on usps. I emailed them to let them know the issues and a nice gentleman (customer service) said I could get late fee taken out but to call them. I did call them and the customer serv. woman told me she couldn’t take out the fee. Therefore I will be closing my account and the fact that I couldn’t get a late fee taken out speaks volumes. Uhaul has also hiked up prices again and I will just go find a cheaper and nicer place that will work with me.

The evening shift supervisor or lead staff Yubi Guzman is always pleasant to customers and always willing to go an extra mile just to help customers, I even told her that she works like a strong man. Because of she and the General manager customer service skills, I will always make the Uhaul at sugarland Airport area on highway 6 my first choice when dealing with Uhaul. My negative experience: the morning shift supervisor or lead staff, she was never polite in dealing with me and if she was the only person at that location as a Uhaul storage staff, I would have never revisited that location ever again to do business with Uhaul, I even tried not to remember her name. The rest of the staff has great customer service so I will say overall, they are a great team.

David m | Overall ExperienceMy unit was broken into and a bulk of my items stolen like my washer and dryer, 2 tv's and a range of other items. Manager was very rude and not helpful. He was only helpful when the police arrived and requested his assistance in the matter. There is apparently according to the manager, no cameras to see who or when my stuff was stolen. I remember specifically asking the sales girl for a storage with AC because i had a washer and dryer etc and did not want them to rust in an outside unit. She told me there was none and instead gave me these 2 units in the end corner. It really random how my unit was then broken into and the specefic items in mentioned in check in was stolen. I will never do business at this location ever again or recommend it.

At the time of moving out I went to the person sitting at the front office and told him that I had moved out and gave him my access card. He told me okay you are done. Few days latter I have received an email indicate that I am still considered have the store. The same person was most of the times I have asked for help, he was not helpful and is trying to get business for his own friends out of Uhaul.

They are young black guys and are always super nice. This place has a good crew. Sorry I don't know any names but I'm terrible with them and I only know faces usually. Just want to let you know that this particular location is doing everything right and treat customers very well.
