Isabella JEVERYTHING APPEARED CLEAN, READY, AND WITH EASY ACCESS TO NEEDED ITEMS, BUT THEY WERE SHORT-STAFFED. THE LINES WERE LONG, AND THE STAFF HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH A SMILE AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. MAYBE SOMEONE WAS SICK OR QUIT; THE STAFF DID NOT OFFER EXCUSES. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. I'LL BE BACK.

KATHRYN BTruck rattled and didn't shift till 3500 roms moter sounded like it was gonna blow front end shook steering was sloppy just a bad experience also mileage charge ridiculous 1.29 a mile you say 39.95 joke plus this plus that when ron Frank was the vice president nationwide whole different co. Sad never rent from you again.

brent bI opted for the utility dolly but I didn’t notice it wasn’t put in the truck before I left. When I went to use the truck the next day I saw it was missing and called the location to let them know so I didn’t get charged for the dolly rental and let them know the item wasn’t given when I left. I didn’t realize I had to specifically ask for it, the person who gave me the truck didn’t mention it. After I dropped off the truck I see that I got charged $120 for it anyway. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if it’s not corrected.
April HOne staff, 12 people in line. They blocked my car in, and I asked if they could move the truck blocking my car. He moved one truck, then walked around the lot and didn’t move another truck. Another employee walked out to check on a truck and noticed my dilemma (evident on the look on his face). He did nothing to rectify the problem. If I’m assigned this location again, I will cancel my reservation (I chose another location and never would have selected this location as it is much further than two locations I used previously, thus inconvenient and more expensive for all the extra miles). It would be suspicious that I was assigned this location to pad the extra revenue.

STERLING GGood and quick services
BERD DOur flight was delayed and we ended up arriving at this location at 6:55pm only to find the doors locked and the system "shut down". This meant we had to rent a separate car and two additional uber rides, delaying our departure for a full day and costing a total of an additional $200 for this rental. On top of that, I was essentially pestered by U-haul to tow a trailer with my rental. I responded no twice to the text message and still got two additional phone calls and additional texts and emails. This is inappropriate. This rental has left me wanting to avoid using any U-haul ever again if I can possibly avoid it. Extremely poor experience.

James ACharged a fuel service fee after returning truck with the amount of gas indicated. I also paid online for the rental but that amount isn't appearing on my final invoice, it only shows the $100 deposit. Which means I've paid about $100 more than what I expected.
Ashley CI am usually very happy with this location. I have rented equipment here several times on Sunday I rented a trailer. It had dirt debris, glass nails in. It didn’t even look at it because it’s always usually clean. The hinges were broken off the ramp. Which almost caused serious injury when I brought the trailer back the customer service lady said well next time you come will give you some kind of credit I don’t think that would’ve been the way I would’ve handled it. I would’ve definitely given a discount for all the inconvenience because we had to come back and get another trailer.

Steve LThe truck was still dirty at pick up. Exterior had mud and dead bugs all over it, and the inside had food crumbs and what looked like chocolate smeared on the center console. The original reservation was defaulted to this location the day after booking and I never received any confirmation text, email or calls to confirm the change. The original booking was for 3 days however there was miscommunication when I picked up in person and the cashier changed it to 2 days so I had the GM calling to say they were going to charge me an extra $50 late fee. Overall probably the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul in any state. The team needs to work on communication, and simple things like wiping the interior of a car or spraying the outside at least with water before turning it over for rental.

Gary KThe manager was very rude. I asked her to put my bike rack paperwork with my receipt in case questions. She did not return it. Would not mail it to me because she did not have a stamp. Stated she didn’t know how to mail a letter. What has happened to kindness? I would have Zelle’s her $$. Took pictures of it which are impossible to read!
pam tI requested pickup at Oddie Blvd location at 8:00 am. Reservation came back at this location at noon. Not a big deal. An extra 20 minutes each way and they had a trailer when I showed up at 10.

Carlos CUHaul has always been a part of families trying to do more for themselves and saving money. The UHaul on South Virginia is the perfect example. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees that are keepers. More service providers need to hire the same.

Sarah TA big mess inside and outside. A young man helped me get the truck and blankets checked back in and he was super nice and seemed to appreciate the business. I didn’t like that I had to pay extra to get my car off the auto transporter. I appreciated the help, but I paid a lot for the trailer already.

Gabriela ATook an hour standing in line to pick up truck. I estimated 30 miles. Drove 25. No refund for less mileage. I put in 4 gallons of gas for the 25 miles Drove. I dropped off. And recieved a receipt charging me for 5 gallons of gas. 35 additional dollars. Nope. This facility was horrible, and cheated. Ill make sure Reno knows.

Maureen SThe young woman that was checking us in spent twice as long due to the fact that she was loudly berating her coworker— who I assume she was training because he was struggling with the system. This young lady took extra time to humiliate this man in front of the growing line of customers. The consensus amongst the customers as we went outside to take pictures of our trucks was that it was immensely uncomfortable and inappropriate. I will be finding a different location for all of my needs in the future to avoid having with be around or witness this young lady go out of her way to abuse and humiliate her coworkers. You can train people without the constant degradation I hope U-Haul is able to improve their training practices.
Sarah DIt's been 9 hours since I dropped off the truck. I never received confirmation that it was checked in. I called customer service and they couldn't get a hold of anyone at the store where I rented/returned the truck. They ended up sending them an email. They did confirm that it hadn't been checked back in though.
