I love this location I love the people there. They're always easy to work with. However, (you knew it was coming) I have used U-Haul so much in the last few years that you need to get some kind of a frequent rental program or something for people that do use your service all the time. That's all.

I rented a moving truck and storage unit about two weeks ago and everything was great. The people were nice and helpful. I rented a moving truck and another storage unit today and it was a nightmare. I reserved and checked in online expecting this would be the same. I mean in a month and a few days I’ve rented a total of five trucks hired moving help spent thousands of dollars to Uhaul. Today the same woman as the last time was rude. She told me on app didn’t matter. My wife retired injured in the line of duty police officer who wasn’t with me last time and I was allowed to rent a unit in her name wasn’t good enough. This time I was told I had to have her so being on high dose pain medication methacarbamol diflonec etc with a walker was the only way I could get the second unit today. West Memphis police department thanks her for her service but what does uhaul care about first responders. Being gay and married to a woman wasn’t looked to kindly for us either. I didn’t get two steps out the door before tears fell. My son and I load the uhaul and come back with my disabled wife who I had to help in to get the unit. I was supposed to get the first month free on the unit I reserved on the app. She charged me without a explanation. I’m new to fort smith. I’ve always lived in central Arkansas so give me some time to find a different storage facility. I don’t care if it’s four hours away but I will rent my last uhaul truck to move my things to another storage facility and never ever use uhaul again. I realize I don’t matter. My wife doesn’t matter. No big deal for uhaul. Taking my money away from uhaul is the best way to resolve what we were put through today. That was criminal charging me for the unit when the app t told me first month would be due may 4th. I don’t know the woman’s name but I hope she is worth losing all the money you’ve already made off me and any future needs that will go elsewhere

I really can not believe you want feedback. Y’all throw away everything my daunt lol owed. I demand A full refund for entire year. I didn't Pay all year long for someone there to steal it, sell it or throw it away. I want all my money back for that storage unit. I am not paying for one day of storage for y’all to just throw it away. I contacted y’all you knew I was in the hospital. You knew that my mom died. They froze on my account. I kept in contact with y’all. I need knee surgery and I went and worked a manual job to come up with the money to pay y’all and get it cut up before she lost her things and y’all accepted the paymentand you told me on a recorded line that you did not auction offer her things and that they were there and there was no issue and then you called me the next day and tell me there was a mistake made, and y’all threw her things away. I have it all recorded and in writing and it’s not acceptable.

I have lived in eight different states in my life. And that means I traveled a lot. I have used U-Haul as well as a bunch of other companies for rental equipment. This is not hyperbole, the entire process was the smoothest experience I’ve had in all of my moves. The crew at this location was kind, energetic, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. From the pick up to the drop off, everything was great. I would highly recommend.

This is for UhAul not the pickup and drop off. When you reserve don’t change pickup locations three times on a person who already has the stress of doing everything else needed to move and the moving itself. Three separate reservations two on the same day and I had to call several times to get my equipment at the same place as I reserved

The truck was filthy inside and out, the breaks would make the truck slide instead of stopping and when I was on market Street all of a sudden the truck made a beeping noise n the truck shut itself in the middle of a busy intersection when truck was idling the whole truck would shake front in alignment problem as well

The customer service was extremely poor. I was greeted with an immediate attitude as soon as I reached the store. I was then given a U-Haul that didn’t have any gas in it. The meter was below 1/16! There’s no reimbursement for the extra gas I had put in the truck because there’s no telling how much I would use on my trip. The original bill was 40$ more than I was promised and I lost 40$ in gas. Terrible.

Since we got the unit about four years ago, everyone has been so helpful for us at all points of our patronage here. Rose and her staff were always helpful and willing to help if needed and were very flexible when my auto pay was messed up because my debit card on the account had to be changed (debit card compromised and bank issued a new one) Rose notified me in a professional and courteous manner the correct it! Along with the Storage Unit I had rented several trucks and the process was super easy and quick! We were sent to the wrong number storage unit and when we got to the correct one, there was a rat trap sitting in a dark corner that should not be touched bare-handed. Of course we had to pick it up and carry it into the lit hallway to read the embossed black instructions on the black box to tell what it said and by the it was too late. The rat trap that shouldn't be touched already had been.

Uhaul worked with me through a difficult time in my life. My husband and I experienced moving across country, with 4 children & myself pregnant, for a better life. In the mist of things, we found ourselves homeless and working towards stability again. Uhaul was there to keep what mattered safe and secure. We worked out a payment arrangement. I'm glad to say, in time for the holidays, we have a house and all of our belongings. Belongings that bring back such great memories, before things got tough. Thank you so very much!!

Upon arrival, the guy at the desk was unhelpful and didn’t know how to give directions to ‘check in’ so I could use my entry card. No directions anywhere, not on the map, or the door. After 10 minutes in the heat, the card finally decided to work and allow me in. (Another group of people moving had the same issue, they came in behind me) I was given a climate controlled room down a long hallway that was not easily accessible and could not fit the 8 foot, 400 lb piece of furniture inside, due to narrow hallway and door. It couldn't have been broken down and I expressed that. I called the front desk and the guy(s) were so unhelpful and really just didn’t care about customer service or their job. They really could use customer service training. It isn’t all uhaul places, the location on stirman road in Fayetteville, Arkansas was awesome and very helpful when I rented the trailer.

Two issues that need to be addressed are, your computer system has too many glitches and needs to have IT look into it. Second, the bathroom facility in the back building needs to have access or fixed or whatever, we need that sometimes as customers. Its a long walk all the way up front just to relieve ourselves.

I would have said excellent If they would have fixed my lock and they said they would fix it when they moved me to this storage unit from the storage unit I had originally rented which was perfect for me, The whole time that I was in this new unit my big lock did not work. Had to have my boyfriend come and change out the small lock so it would lock up, never did have the big lock fixed, they kept saying they would fix it and they didn’t. Used to wrap a chain around it and make it look like it was locked up. And if it wasn’t for that I would give them an excellent rating.

I went to yours storage facility 2 weeks after renting a unit. And man that was running the place called me a homeless old woman and said that he had seen me camped out on the side of his building two weeks earlier. He treated me badly I hope he is reprimanded maybe you can rip some of his stripes and pay bring him back down to Earth where he needs to be. I am not homeless and hurt my leg badly and just because I had on pajama pants because it's the only thing I could wear does not make me homeless which I am not and I certainly did not sleep nor try to live in one of your unit inside or out.

I was never so blessed to be sent to that area of drop off. My whole trip had been a nightmare. If it weren't for the services from a corporate U-Haul dealership I wouldn't be there. You have top-notch gentleman name Jason who went above and beyond and well over expectations of services. He made app for the mistreatment of a unauthorized dealership that I picked my merchandise up from. And I've been renting from U-Haul for centuries. If the lady that took my reservation hadn't told me of this storage unit being available to me upon my arrival I would never known. She was the most awesome little girl I wished I had her name. Upon my arrival to drop off my truck to service was above Beyond anyone's expectations. Jason only made my mind up that I was at a real dealership of U-Haul and not some runoff. And made arrangements for me to get my truck and move my stuff within the next week I've my relocation. Jason should be commended as well as his staff. They are truly U-Haul Representatives. Jason again I can't express enough how much the job means to him he takes it very serious. And was the only reason I did leave my stuff at the dealership and we'll rent another truck can move on to my home now. I will be trying to find out how to get to your corporate reviews my experience. I want a c e o to see my comments. I've rented U-Haul for centuries under the same phone number. Wouldn't think to go anywhere else. But Jason saved your representation of U-Haul. If I were an Undercover Boss I would go in there and I would get him anything that man needed. I can't express enough of how wonderful his service was and how much he corrected and reassured me I wasn't wrong U-Haul is number one and is going to be number one as long as it's a corporate facility. As I stated I do want to go to your site for my final review of picking up my truck and having to drive from Florida at 55 and taking 3 days to get here. Thank God there was storage when I got here. Originally all my information was changed over to a guys name when I logged into my online acct. My lock was cut off in error & I wasn’t notified until we tried accessing the storage & seen there was a combination lock on there instead of the original lock. Other then that staff were friendly & helpful. Process was really quick & easy. One of the staff members even changed my unit to make it easier when unloading.

When it rented the storage unit in asked them guy I was dealing with if the unit in was getting was big enough to put my jet ski in which is 14 ft long he said oh yes it is big enough so I rented it when he took me to the unit he failed to tell me at was inside around a small corner!? In storage facility bathroom was messed up both outside and interior bathroom usually didn't have tolet paper or paper towel often. Interior bathroom of storage unit facility was sink was broken busted hanging loose. Place was trashy and dirty and smelled like urine a lot. Doors to facility anyone can walk in not that secure only thing was secure was using ID badge or pin code for specific wrenching unit from alarm going off. The interior area was trashy people left trash that they did not want by front of main door on the inside of the storage facility.

I would only recommend this storage location to a friend if they were comfortable with the restricted hours. I am only here because there was nothing else available. I am also not comfortable with all the information that Uhaul required to rent the storage room. I feel very concerned that Uhaul is going to sell all the information and put me in a vulnerable situation. If my personal information is stolen Uhaul will be the first company my lawyer contacts.

Spencer was Amazing and VERY accommodating. The Call center messed up our Reservation. Told me I was getting a larger climate control unit. When we arrived with movers in tow, we didn't have what was told. Spencer did ALL he could to accommodate with what was available. He cleaned our outside unit as there was a few things in there.. If it wasn't for Spencer, we wouldn't of been able to store our items. Once again, Spencer was the VIP of the store.

I don’t remember his name, but his face mask he wore was Skyrim themed and he said he’s been there a couple years. He was so awesome every time I came by. He was super friendly and personable and really went above and beyond the call of duty with helping me and my fam. He was always willing to help. Super awesome dude, to the point where I’d totally want my family to go out to dinner with him and his family lol (in a non cringey/creepy way yikes). There was one other man, with a sparse beard, who didn’t seem to do much of anything besides sit there and watch the other employees work, even when there was a line of people. He seemed to have the “not my job” kind of attitude. Maybe encourage him to be more helpful for the other associates who work their butts off.

I arrived at the pickup facility 1 hr early and the unit was ready. Checkin went smoothly while my son assisted with the trailer hookup and light checks. In about 10 minutes, we were driving away.

My uncle used Uhaul as a storage facility for several months before his passing. It was clean, brightly lit, secure, and the cheapest in the area that we could find. We would gladly use Uhaul again.

It’s official I’m a die hard uhaul fan! The truck was great. It was clean and easy to drive. Plus everyone I spoke with along the way was super helpful and extremely nice. I will be using ya’ll again.
