Olennia WThe New Windsor location was over 30 minutes late opening on the morning of my reservation causing me to be delayed.

The employee was rude and didn’t seem to care very much when I went to drop off the equipment again no one was there at the drop off location. I did go inside and someone just asked me to disconnect it and leave it. She was helpful, but I have to say the place is very disorganized and poorly run. I would not go back.

Maximillian Swalk the customer to the rental. she handed me the keys and told me what row it was in. I had to go back in with questions 3 times. Then she was busy with another customer so I had to wait.

Anastasia LThe woman I spoke to on the phone was a gem. The woman I encountered when I got to the store was also a gem. I didn't have any encounter with anybody else but when I returned the equipment I unloaded it myself and put it in its parking spot before anybody got to me. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to drop it off locally to my house rather than having to return it and make another round trip. Are there than that the two ladies I dealt with towere fantastic

Nabil KBad wipers and dirty windshield made for dangerous night time driving in the rain. Mirror did not stay in place. Tie downs in back not fully attached.
Rowland TEverything went smoothly. There is a limited area for the returned rentals to queue and I had to circle around a back access road as the entrance was blocked. This was prior to opening time and the backup was cleared after opening time.

PENNY MMy reservation was handled promptly and courteously. The truck was ready to go and did the job.
Lance HWhile our customer service representative was overwhelmed and extremely busy, he kept his cool and remained calm. I suggest having an additional employee on duty on the weekends.

Justine CWell, basically, I tried one and when I had to return it I left it in another store, but I asked the workers there if there would be no problem or extra charge for leaving it there, to which they said no, after half an hour they charged me almost 259 dollars for leaving it wrong, if they had told me that they did charge for leaving it at another location I would have returned it to where I picked it up, but no one explained or told me how it worked

Edward SIt said that you forget to mention to customers that if they do want a one-way rental for two days and they return it within 24 hours ha ha so bad you’re not gonna get any money refunded to you. Where is that information on any of the documents that U-Haul gives a customer? Please let me know where that states at.
