Great staff
Sophia SThe girl inside had no idea what she was doing and it just seemed like she didnt even wanna be there if it were me she would be fired i tried to make a reservation and she said they didnt have what i needed and the she was sending it to "trafficing" and that i would gey a call back in a few hours. That was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I then called another location and they said i was all set to pick up in new windsor. Long story short the girl with glassses and wears the head wrap things needs to go !!
Cody GOnsite (front counter) personnel (Melanie), was courteous, helpful and professional. After hours truck return process is cumbersome, and tedious.
Daniel BThey had any equipment I needed but the truck is been overused. The air conditioning didn't work very well. It was cleaned but only to the point that it could be because of its age and use.

Chine-Yu CThe woman that did customer service for us was absolutely awful. She was rude. She whispered so when you couldn’t hear her and you asked her to speak up, she got annoyed. When we return the truck, KJ was wonderful. Such a difference in customer service.
Ann TEveryone at this location is friendly and very helpful, making rentals and returns very easy. I've also used this location for 4 trailer hitch installations so far, and it's been a breeze. There was one issue with the wrong hitch being installed (do to a miscommunication) but they corrected it without any issues. A+ location and staff.
Mario DMy pickup location was changed this added 45 minutes drive time and mileage. Why ask where I want to pick up my rental if you can change it?
Ty AI suggest changing how miles per usage is determined. Depending customer input to determine miles for rental usage can be over or under and therefore amount charged is not accurate. Using the odometer reading before and after rental usage is the best accuracy in determining mileage cost. Example: Obtain the credit info for a pickup truck rental ($19.49) as one transaction and upon return calc the miles used odometer reading before and after to determine miles used cost as second transaction.
Phillip SThe customer service representative who assisted me should be recognized. I thought the store closed at 8pm when it actually was scheduled to close at 7pm. I got there about 6:55 pm and the representative, checked me out without hesitation. I could not stop thanking her for her excellent service. I wish I would of taken her name but I was also in a rush. Please find her and she should be acknowledged. U haul every time for any of my family members and friends Nice job. ❤️ 💙 💜

Percy CThe store open 30 minutes late no one even apologized. The employee was rude and didn’t seem to care very much when I went to drop off the equipment again no one was there at the drop off location. I did go inside and someone just asked me to disconnect it and leave it. She was helpful, but I have to say the place is very disorganized and poorly run. I would not go back.

Maximillian Swalk the customer to the rental. she handed me the keys and told me what row it was in. I had to go back in with questions 3 times. Then she was busy with another customer so I had to wait.

Anastasia LThe woman I spoke to on the phone was a gem. The woman I encountered when I got to the store was also a gem. I didn't have any encounter with anybody else but when I returned the equipment I unloaded it myself and put it in its parking spot before anybody got to me. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to drop it off locally to my house rather than having to return it and make another round trip. Are there than that the two ladies I dealt with towere fantastic

Nabil KBad wipers and dirty windshield made for dangerous night time driving in the rain. Mirror did not stay in place. Tie downs in back not fully attached.
Rowland TEverything went smoothly. There is a limited area for the returned rentals to queue and I had to circle around a back access road as the entrance was blocked. This was prior to opening time and the backup was cleared after opening time.

Lance HWhile our customer service representative was overwhelmed and extremely busy, he kept his cool and remained calm. I suggest having an additional employee on duty on the weekends.
