MARK RThe van worked great. My only issue is the app is not always cooperative. Using the app to complete the check in on the app offered challenges and upon returning the van the app seemed to have forgotten who I was. The app used to be much better, so returning to your older standards might be an improvement. The people on site did a great job!
John G2nd time and 2nd location I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. Each time I needed an appliance dolly. Was never told in advance that they did not have a dolly…both times!!. Very very poor lack of communication. So I had to go buy!!…a dolly. A waist of my money when I just wanted to rent one with the truck. But yet, both times U-Haul has done nothing and their people / representatives do nothing and don’t care. Not coming back and I will be letting people know.

Debbie BI feel I deserve a massive discount. The truck was defective as the drivers side mirror continuously kept falling forward making it a safety hazard. I had to roll down the window every three minutes and manually push the side mirror back in place. This was so dangerous! I want a refund!
Christopher EI would like to suggest that U-Haul boost your image even higher with vehicle rentals windows to be cleaned before customers drive off your lot! I’m very critical about providing a touch of service. Thanks for all you do!

AKILA CNot really the location’s fault. The truck was in good condition on pickup although the gas cap was off and the tank was half full. I drove less than 20 miles but noticed some drop on the gas gauge. When I stopped at the gas station to replenish the tank, gas started pouring out onto the ground as I pumped. I drove straight back to the location and reported the issue. I was informed that gas thieves had hit the location the night prior, and they sometimes cut the fill lines to steal gas. The employee confirmed that the filler lines had been cut. I was not charged for the low fuel and was just charged for mileage. That’s fair. I’m concerned that the vehicle was rented in that condition, though. And I’m a bit concerned that I was driving around town trailing fuel behind me, as well.

Harold SCustomer service was exceptional. All equipment was in excellent condition. Even though it was not their responsibility, I had to leave my vehicle at the curb of the Uhaul for 4 days and it was unharmed. This is my 2nd experience with this location and i am more than satisfied.

This is my first time renting pickup truck by myself and he helped me with my phone and any of my questions... If I ever need to rent a pickup truck again I will love to have Adrian be my go-to person for checking in and checking out he is amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

Romeo BThe customer does all the work. I made a reservation but the information was sent to my daughter's professional e-mail address. The charge for replacement gas was 6 times the ,let of a gallon. The insurance fee is damn near mandatory since person over age isn't acceptable. I am going to some one else next time.

benjamin oProviding customer with printed sales receipt should be standard practice. You buy something, pay, get handed a receipt. Simple. We bought an item but couldn't return it because weren't given a receipt.
JANET MHad a lot of issues with scheduling the delivery of the UBox. Not able to schedule in time due to delivery truck issues, and also was delivered outside of the timeframe - had to take off work all day.
