The vehicle was dirty, something spilled down the driver's side, maybe coffee? Even though the rental papers said that there was 1/4 tank of fuel, it only had 49 miles of fuel left in tank until empty. The staff said that if we returned the vehicle with extra fuel, U-Haul would re-imburse us. We had to fill the tank. When we returned the truck, there was an additional 1/4 more fuel than when we left with the vehicle. The vehicle was very noisy but ran smoothly. The staff was helpful.

Brenda SUnfortunately, I had a poor experience with this location. Since I was moving from CA to WA for a job, I was on a very tight schedule and confirmed multiple times with UHaul that my boxes would arrive on a specific day, which was a Tuesday. Closer to the “guaranteed” delivery date, I call the office and they tell me they don’t deliver to this area until Wednesday afternoon. This is information I could have been told weeks earlier. The actual delivery itself was very convenient and the driver was very nice and considerate, so that went well! The pick up of the empty boxes were delayed due to an emergency the driver experienced, which I am not blaming them for. I was told to call for compensation, which no one can tell me about, only the managers - who have yet to call me despite me calling the office multiple times. Additionally, I noticed the wrong credit card was charged for the transportation fee. I called the day I saw the charge since it goes above my credit limit and wanted it immediately cancelled and charged to another card that I had previously provided and noted I wanted to use as my default payment (but seems to not have been recorded). I was told the manager would get back to me but I have been referred back and forth amongst the CA and WA locations as well as the main UHaul line, needing to fix these charges. It has been over a week and I have called multiple times only to find my initial call did not even result into a CAF. Now that the CAF was filed with the correct office, I was told I would be contacted by today. No surprise, I was not called therefore I called them and the office told me the manager will call me by tomorrow. At this point, I am so tired and inconvenienced at the poor communication amongst this company. It was extremely convenient for the boxes to arrive at my door and for that reason only would I use this service again if I cannot find another moving container company to do it instead. Overall I hoped for better but was very disappointed, and I am still waiting for these charges to be fixed.
