Roberta TI reserved a uhaul at a different location, then a day or 2 before the rental date, I got a message that id have to get it at this location. So that made it an extra 30 plus miles I had to pay for! Girl working wouldn't show me which truck it was. I rented a dolly and it wasn't in the truck so I had to go get it and put it in myself while she sat inside. She was not helpful and was kinda rude. Fyi if you cant honor a reservation and make a customer have to travel further you should give a discount at least

Sean VU-hual steering alignment significantly off center. Pad lock on back non functioning and unable to securely lock belongings in back. The parking lot is terribly tight. U-haul was given to us with 1/4 gas so we had to put has in before going anywhere. Location staff are friendly. There should also be an option for a half day rental.

It was not like this back in May when I rented from U-Haul, but when I notified U-Haul, they reimbursed me at that time due to a certain situation. But very pleased with my bill/charge this time. No problems or discrepancies. I am content with the customer service I received. I would like to note that as a customer service agent inside this U-Haul in Waterville, Maine on Elm Street was taking care of me. Another male employee was outside smoking for a lengthy amount of time and she needed him at that time to clean a truck so I could take it in the delay. Was this employee smoking. Other than that I would be happy to refer to a friend!

Jeff DIt would be great if the dire warnings about the need for two extra forms of verification could be emailed only to new customers or some other screen. I understand why it would be essential in some situations, but as a relatively long-term, intermittent customer it seemed like unnecessary fiddling on my end when it didn't end up being used. Thanks.

Sometimes when I go there are several trucks parked on the street blocking the view when exiting parking lot. So much equipment for such a small area.

GUY SThe attendant wasn't trained properly, she was overwhelmed and understaffed. She gave me the wrong, truck the wrong size, and the wrong type. I was forced to rent here due to my situation and found out afterwards that I could have been accommodated had she known how to do her job. The truck itself (I requested a 10 or 15 ft one way) was a 20ft return, it handled very poorly and upon returning it and telling the clerk I was told, and I quote, "yeah after you left I remembered that truck was supposed to be flagged for repairs". What should've been a 75 dollar rental was doubled and my patience completely drained. The service at this site is dismal
erin dI was so happy. Everything was ready on time, and all staff were nice to me. Moving can cause a lot of anxiety, and they helped me relax.
JOHN GWhen I returned the trailer I rented the only clerk there did not know how to operate the device to finalize the return of the trailer. Myself and another customer had to wait for another clerk to show up to process the returns. It was not a long wait, but the clerk that was initially helping us shooild know how to use the electronics or shouldn’t be there by herself. Otherwise I was satisfied with the rental of the trailer.

Very nice and personable, answered any questions we had, and had a great attitude even though they were working on a holiday. SETH ATell us in person before going to the vehicle about taking and sending a photo oh the vehicle. I didn't see the text until well after I left, so I never did it! Staff should have done a brief overview of operating the vehicle, like how to move the seat up! (I'm short!) Otherwise, great experience with staff and the truck. Thank you!

James BDropped the Trailer off around 7:30pm on Thursday the 11th of June and I was Charged an Additional 66$ bring my total rental to 111$ for the Trailer rental instead of the original 45$ … getting Charged Almost Double for an after hrs drop off is ridiculous. The Store in Waterville Maine . Said I didn’t drop it off until 8:04 am Friday and that was Not the Case you can check your cameras … so no I will not be Recommending or Using U-Haul Again

I filled the truck not knowing how much fuel I would use since I got it with less than a 1/4 tank and was told I couldn't get reimbursed after the fact. Then when asked what they could do to help level it out they told me I needed to call their supervisor. When I did they didn't answer and did not respond to texts
