Gerardo MI reserved a Cargo Van. Although reserved, it was not available. Since I needed a vehicle, I had no choice but to rent a 10ft van. Harder to drive, noisier, and more expensive than what I had reserved. Should have received a discount.

douglas fI made a reservation online for a 9' cargo van the day before and picked it up at the counter the next day with no problem. The van was new, clean, and in good working order. Tiwannie knowledgeably helped out the customers ahead of me in line. She and Mr. Q checked the van back in for me when I couldn't log into the U-Haul app. She even remembered my name! Very satisfied experience today.

Teresa HThe GM crafted a solution to a corporate uHaul created problem. Please be aware: unless you pay an additional $50 (and know to ask) there is no guarantee where you will have to drive to pick up your rental. uHaul changed my pickup location the day before to a location many miles (and commuting time) away with no warning. I called the Peachtree (Brookhaven) location and the GM was very helpful and solved my problem. Pick up with quick and easy. Truck was clean and in excellent shape. Drop off was also easy and very quick. This is a good store.

Michael CI was forced to pay for SafeMove even though I declined it online and again on the card terminal. I have never been forced to take SafeMove with any rental anywhere else.

Wynter FRented an Auto Transport trailer. One of the wheel strap ratchets was severely rusted and the strap was 2-3" shorter than the other and made it extremely difficult to attach properly (would barely fit around a stock tire). The passenger side took 20 seconds to attach... the driver's side took 10 minutes. Extremely frustrating.

Vidur GThe staff member checking me in didnt greet me, seemed like i was bothering him to even be there, was leaned back and never got out of his chair, did not explain the app on how to take pictures etc when checking the vehicle out, tossed me the keys and said to match the numbers on the keys to the vehicle but did not say where the number was on the vehicle (I thought it was a plate number). told me to get my blankets off a stack but didnt offer to help. Un-impressed with this guy. Very poor customer service. There was another gentalman who saw me looking perplexed in the parking lot that found my truck (had to move another truck to get to it) this guy was very heplful and pleasant. He brought me my blankets while I was checking out the truck.

MICHAEL LThe parking lot is really tight, it is always really difficult to get trailers out of there
JAMES HThe truck wasn't there when I went to pick it up. I booked it over a week ago. Then had to drive in 5 o'clock Atlanta work traffic in the opposite direction of my home to pick up an available truck at a different location. Total trip to pick up the Uhaul went from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The truck we did pick up had less than 1/8 a tank of gas in it and barely made it home.
Brooke GWithout a doubt, the staff made the experience stand out. Tiwannie made the actual rental of the vehicle super easy and efficient, explaining things and answering questions. Very polite and confident. Everyone there was friendly. It was not the closest to us, but when we need one again, we will go to this location.

Wayne LI paid U-Haul for moving help. The company never confirmed and then when I finally reached him the night before my move he said he was overbooked and couldn’t do it. I worked with him and rescheduled to the next day. In trying to confirm THAT appointment he apparently blocked my number. Now I have to wait a week to get a refund and U-Haul would not even discount the truck rental a single penny for the inconvenience. I’ve complained to the location and the 800 number and they won’t do anything.
