Dwight CUsed the truck for 8 hrs for 50-60 miles and they charged over 100 miles. Call the make a claim and leave you for more than 30 mis waiting
dalia MThere is one thing to improve. The stated drop off time isn’t true. I handed out the Keys to the lady at the register at 4:57 pm on Friday 5/31/2026. But the drop off time shows the next day. The receipt asks for further payment wbere I am ssuposed to get refunds for driving less miles than anticipated.

Luis MCharge me $25 because my blankets were not folded and the guy at register couldn’t break change for Customer in front of me so I had to swipe my card for that dude sucks all the way around from beginning to finish
Chad WAbsolute runaround. Made a change to my reservation and was led to believe it would be handled — it never was. Got bounced between locations for weeks with zero accountability. No one owns the problem, everyone redirects you, and nobody follows through. Had to resort to filing a bank dispute just to get my money back. Use any other moving company if you have options. Not worth the stress.
Aidan PThe building and staff were absolutely fine. The Uhaul computer system is garbage. There were six people waiting in line to get trucks and the computer system crashed and would not function properly and we were forced to wait forever to get our truck that was previously reserved. I rented a Uhaul truck just over a year ago from a different location and the same thing happened, the computer system crashed and created all kinds of issues and ridiculous wait times. Uhaul needs to fix thier technology!

Matthew PI used U-Haul to load the box in TX and transport it to GA. When we received the box in GA we found most of the furniture was damaged (some had minor damage and one coffee table had substantial damage). Very disappointed. Also, U-Haul's website show that the box will hold contents of a small one bedroom apartment - it didn't.
mark dRoadside had to come fix truck door it would not open after I left the location. Also instead of putting my credit back on my card, store put it as a debit leaving me without funds

Ally CI will never rent U-Haul again. Poor customer service. Cancelled a 3 month prior reservation. Just terrible overall experience. Had to pick up at 2 different locations . Original rental booked 3 months ago and didn’t even have my car hauler.
Michael SThe customer service rep was pretty rude. First my truck which was supposed to be ready for pickup was blocked, when I asked for help me seemed frustrated, he seemed rushed. Then I asked politely to remove the dolly and blankets from the truck as I needed the space and he told me it was not possible in a rude manner. I pushed back and said I have previously removed them with no issues (I rented at least 10 trucks in the last year) and told me to go do it myself in a rude manner. Which I proceeded to do and remove them myself but it was a terrible experience. Worst experience I've had makes me not want to go back.

I was billed for 22 miles, but when I map the exact route I drove it was only 11 miles. I’m not asking for a credit, just sharing the concern.

CESAR RThe cab of the truck I rented smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming, and there were ashes all over the floor of the cab and inside the driver's door handle. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but there were no other trucks available, and they didn't have any time to clean it before I picked it up due to staffing.
FRANCINE PI had a dolly on my reservation but they did not have one for me to use. They ended up swapping it for an appliance dolly which didn't work as well and I still had to pay for it. Then I was double charged for dollys and charged for moving blankets that I didn't use. I called to get it resolved and spent 30 minutes on hold. Chat support was able to resolve my issue but the location itself does not have even minimal inventory integrity.

Paul GThe reservation system for UHaul is awful! Even though I was able to reserve a van at one location, I ended up having to go to three locations to actually find a van. For UHaul being as big as it is, the reservation system should be way better. I drove away in the first van, only to find out as I'm putting gas that there is a hole in the gas tank and I lost out on $30 worth of gas. Roadside Assistance showed up and instructed me to drive back to UHaul with 0 miles left on the gas tank. Thankfully he followed me.

Alena GThe person who gave me my uhaul keys refused to show me where the vehicle was even after asking. I asked a clarifying question during her instructions, she paused, gave me a stern look, and talked to me like a child. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values mutual respect.

SCOTT HRented a truck for a local move. The rental itself was fine, but the return experience was terrible. I was wrongly charged $120 for a "missing dolly" that their own employee had removed for another customer — something that took a week of emails and follow-ups to get refunded. I was also charged a $25 cleaning fee that I believe was unjustified. The GM eventually acknowledged the dolly was their mistake and refunded that charge, but getting there required multiple follow-ups. If you rent here, document everything at pickup and return.

Judith LUHaul pushes hard for customers to use their App, unfortunately the App didn't work. Very glitchy! Truck was at less than a quarter tank when I picked it up. Not knowing what kind of mileage it would get and needing to go about 200 miles I filled it up $150. The truck was returned with over 3/4 of a tank of gas. They got $100 worth of gas and said there was no way to credit us for any of it, even though they were able to add billing for mileage not previously billed! In the future, I will avoid using UHaul if possible.
