Insanely long service, waited 1h30 to get my vehicle. Being understaffed really affect the experience of the clients. Employees don't know how to help and always send you to someone else. Never getting a truck from your company ever again.
Megane FThe online check-in process through the app was inefficient and did not save any time. When I arrived, the employees were not helpful in resolving the issue, and I still had to wait in line to complete the pickup process. After finally being served, I was told to find the truck key myself. I had to search the parking lot before eventually locating an employee who had the key. In addition, I had ordered 10 moving pads as part of my rental, but they were not in the truck at the time of pickup. Because I was already delayed, I had to leave without them. As a result, I was charged for an item that I never received. Overall, the pickup experience was frustrating, disorganized, and did not meet the level of service I expected.

Deogratias GI booked a truck for the first time and went to pick it up using the mobile app. I arrived on time, but the app would not complete the truck pickup process. I called customer service and waited on the line for more than 30 minutes, but no one answered. I eventually went to rent a truck from another company instead. This happened on Sunday at around 6:00 p.m Im disappointed bcz I should evacuate my appartment on time.
Hassan JThe service is truly appalling. I booked seven days in advance, on June 20th, to pick up equipment (6 feet) on June 27th at 2:30 PM. I arrived on time, but I waited over 3.5 hours to collect the equipment. Many other customers experienced the same problem that day.

GILLES C3h hours waiting at the office, reserved the truck for 4pm got it a 7pm. Workers are completely lost and unefficient, laughing each others, not professional at all. What a shame for the owner to let his business deplorable like this. You should replace all the staf, fix your automatic pickup, and re think all the organisation and client care.

Anas HThe waitline to pick-up and drop-off a truck was extremely long. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the truck, which had a significant negative impact on our moving schedule. If you can't cut down the waiting time, maybe warn customers by email to arrive up to 1h30 before their reservation time. Return also took 1h15 minutes. However, employees were courteous and apologized for the delays.

De plus, j’avais loué à 10h à Jean Talon proche de côte de neiges puisque ma fille était à Snowdown et 3 jours plus tard on me change la réservation pour Pie IX. Vous m’avez ajouté de kilometrage, essence et congestion dans la 40. 2h30 seulement d’autouroute (aller retour). De plus, le camion je l’au eu pas à 14h, je l’ai eu à 15h40 plus de 1h30 de retard. C’est le pire service

ABDELHAMID H1 star (poor) It's entirely around the fact there was roaches inside the truck, which can lead me to need an exterminator, which then can cost me hundreds if not thousands. Service was okay, truck showed check engine all the time. But the roaches, that's too much. It kills the whole rating.

Une prise en charge laborieuse . Beaucoup trop de detail (prise de photo recto, verso...) Un prix qui ne corresponds pas aux à l'image de l'entrprise. Pas de tréponse aux service client Une facturation frauduleuse pour un remplissage de carburant. Le véhicule est confié avec moins du quart de carburant.

Marie PIl faudrait nettoyer la fourgonnette avant location à la prochaine fois, il y avait une tache d'huile d'environ 40 x 50 cm à l'intérieur quand j'ai pris la fourgonette.
Nathan AJ'étais supposé pouvoir récupérer mon équipement à 8h. Camion et diable. L'application n'était pas fonctionnelle et le camion inaccessible. Le diable n'était pas prêt dans le camion contrairement à ce qui m'a été dit au niveau du service client. Problème majeur également avec le stockage qui n'était pas disponible contrairement à ma réservation confirmée. Extrêmement déçu, je ne ferais plus jamais affaires avec uHaul.

Micheal cBe more organized. My reservation for my truck was at 9am and by the time I got served and received my truck and left, it was 11am. I lost 2 hours of my reserved time and was told I needed to bring it back on time. There was a line up of people starting from outside. Cashiers should just be serving customers, not running around doing other stuff.

Laura DTried to get in touch with location to make sure the truck I rented was there. The reason for this is that I was supposed to pick up véhicule in Terrebonne at 10:00 am on Sunday, but received text Saturday at 12:53 pm that my rental had to be picked up in MTL. North at 11:30 am. Not happy because of delay, I got in touch directly with U-Haul and they tried to get in touch with the MTL. North Location without any luck also. That made me lose 1:30 of precious moving time considering I had 2 1/2 hrs of traveling to my destination. Also when I got to the store, there was a line of 12 costumers, so had to wait another hour and a half for service on a pre booked vehicle. Very slow service, and in the yard, chaotic and no assistance. In all very dissatisfied with I Haul service for main reason that that reservation was for 10 am, and was told that the truck reserved for me was avail only at 11:30 am the day before the move. I had reserved this in February so how can you rent the same truck to 2 different people and overlap their times. Very bad management from Us Haul itself is my answer.
Patrick LEven though i did the online reservation I waited more than 30 minutes to have the truck, and the truck reserved was not available. They need to have more staff, there was a line up of 15 persons at 10:30 AM and only 2 employees.

ibtissam lIf you value your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this U-Wall location. I waited in line for an hour and a half, only to be informed at the counter that my trailer had been given away to someone else because I was "late." The irony of losing my reservation directly due to their own agonizingly slow queue management was completely lost on the staff. The employees demonstrated zero urgency, a total lack of professionalism, and abysmal customer service. A highly disorganized and frustrating experience from start to finish.

Guy POnly one associate was available both for returns and check out. That kept a long line for so long. I had my reservation at 6pm but was there since 5:45. I ended up being served at 6:20ish

Teresa RI can't really comment of this site as I just dropped opff the truck. I can say though is that better instructions on how to return the truck if your phone or Cell code doesn't work. Luckly , another client explaine to me what to do.
Conrad MJ’ai attendu une heure pour prendre possession de mon camion, le niveau d’essence était inexacte. J’ai rapporté le camion avec un niveau d’essence juste un peu sous le niveau initial et j’ai été chargé 47$.

Barbara SOn Friday May 22 I was told I can leave the rental truck in the parking lot, the employee specifically parked it for me in another area and said can return after closing hours to pickup the truck. Upon my return the rental truck was blocked by another vehicle and I was not able to get out of the parking lot.This inconvenience costed me $800 because I was not able to make a delivery that night. I had to return back to the location at 7am the following morning.

JEAN-PHILIPPE LI received a text message saying a representative would call me. Two hours later, no call was received, so I called. I was then told that U-haul had no truck for me even though I reserved 6 weeks before hand. Yes, my pick up and return were asked at two different locations. However, before telling me that they had trucks for pick-up and return at the same place, the person told me that "It was my problem if I didnt read the contract properly". I had to ask if there were trucks available for pick-up and drop off at the same place were available. His customer service was absolutely pitiful and completely unprofessional. It was a complete turn off and I doubt i will use UHaul again. However, the employees at the Pie-IX location, the day of the pick up were absolutely awesome and professionnal. My unsatisfaction is with the call center. The level of customer service was unacceptable from this agent. His condescending attitude and lack of professionalism do not reflect positively on U-Haul
