Kerry SThe truck needed maintenance, badly. It had a check engine light on and a fuel cap notification, likely linked together, which likely means a sensor is bad. The ride of the truck was awful even when empty. And I was most frustrated that I was given the truck at a 1/4 tank of fuel which meant I had to put $155 of my own money into it before I could even use it not knowing how much I would ultimately use since I've never driven it before. It put me in a tough position and left them on a serious positive when I ended up returning it with a 1/2 tank of fuel. With the cost of fuel, that's a huge cost benefit to them. This should be run more like a rental car company where the truck is given to you full and you return it full, then you know you are at least paying only for what you used.

TERRY HSomeone should be physically entering the back of the truck to make sure it’s clean before giving it to another customer. Our truck had grease/oil on the floor and we didn’t see it until it got all over our mattresses. The checking process that a customer goes through does not request or require a picture of the interior back of the truck, only the exterior. That should be changed to help avoid this situation.

He was joking around I just about couldn't take anything seriously. It would have been good if he just communicated what was expected and sticked to the task of getting me the trailer. He said he has worked with you a several years.
Todd AI e used this location over the past four years and initially the experience was great - helpful service and readily available equipment. Recently both have declined, customer service is very problematic, mornings are generally better but evenings are hit and miss at best.
