The equipment worked well. The U-Haul site had a long line when they opened, but I was able to check in online and skip the line. We moved our daughter from a rental house to a newly purchased townhome.
BARRY WEverybody there is frinedly. It is super easy to pick up the truck and drop it off. They never send erroneous miscellaneous charges after the fact, like many other places. very honest and helpful

He was joking around I just about couldn't take anything seriously. It would have been good if he just communicated what was expected and sticked to the task of getting me the trailer. He said he has worked with you a several years.
Todd AI e used this location over the past four years and initially the experience was great - helpful service and readily available equipment. Recently both have declined, customer service is very problematic, mornings are generally better but evenings are hit and miss at best.

They gave my original reservation away, and told me if I wanted my original trailer (4x8), I’d have to drive to a location an hour and a half away. I couldn’t change my schedule with only a half days notice, so I was forced to pay an extra $100 to get a 5x8 trailer. Then, the day of, they didn’t have my trailer at the original location and sent me to the Huntington Hills location. Again, the employees and location itself were fine, but the policies and administration of Uhaul ruined it for me. They don’t care if you made a reservation, they will give it away and make you drive all over town and up charge you because it’s “move out season” - then try to make it your fault because you didn’t read every single sentence of the terms and conditions - an extremely weak argument. A reservation is a reservation, you should get WHAT you reserved, WHERE you reserved it.

Jaime HHaving questions which only ask about the locations is very disingenuous. While the people at the pick-up and drop-off locations were great, I do think the experience with U-Haul the company was a total pile of shit. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told that the IT system was down across the whole company and trucks could not be rented. This was the case even though I completed all the check-in information ahead of time. I was supposed to get my truck at 10 am but did not get it until 5 pm that day. As a result, I lost a day of loading the truck and had to spend an additional $200 the next day to have people load the truck because I needed to stay with the schedule. U-Haul's Head of IT needs to be fired because the company clearly does not have a contingency plan for IT outages. Most competent businesses will have some paper documents available for situations like this. However, it was not case here. I spent several thousand dollars for this move and experienced absolute incompetence from the leaders of this company. I will have another move occurring in about 6 months and have decided that I will either use Penske or Budget for it. I recommend others do the same unless they have all the time in the world available to move.

Yard was full of trailers Young staffers who did not understand customer service wanted to blame U-Haul for saying they had a trailer for local use?! I recommend all renters to use the Loveland mega facility

Elaine CYall advertise $20 for a day but I rented that truck for 2 hours and got charged $100. Yall are misleading with your prices and charge way too much for a mile of driving. I usually got to bat for yall but after this, I might just start recommending home depot instead. At least they dont lie about the pricing and I only pay about $40 bucks for a couple hours of use. The guys who helped us was great but im disappointed that yall charged me $100 for 2 hours. There is no way im suggesting yall to my budget friendly friends.... yall play too much.
