Went through 3 U-Haul trucks to find one with gas. I had to check the cars myself because the 2 guys there seems put out to check after I brought back the keys to the first truck that was empty. They were more concerned about eating their food. I will not be back to their location.
BETO Bparking and driving out of the lot was almost impossible. kept getting boxed in by other vehicles. needs more than 1 exit from the lot! staff was so efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. really great work at a busy location!

NICK ECustomer service can be improved an 80% The lady that took back my rental’s key seemed to be annoyed when I tried to explain that my truck had 300 miles LESS than when I took it out 🤭 (maybe a typo). Plus she noted additional miles to my contract, not the number shown in the odometer 😡

Only to return 7 hrs later an haveno where to park the trailer on the property as trucks were left at the entrance blocking the driveway- it was an absolute mess and we were unable to return the trailer until the next day which was a annoying and not convenient
KRISTINE MI was impressed. Back in the 'old days' the u-haul equipment used to be damaged and prone to breaking down. Not anymore. Everything was in like new condition and worked like it shoud.

FENG CEasy to navigate to, large lot and next to reasonably priced gas station to fill up. We did mobile app (was easier on drop-off vs pickup the day before) again, so you should have a “N/A” option for Personnel Helpful above, because the location closed before our deadline of 9p.

PAUL SThe U-Haul check-in is extremely slow and painful. We waited one hour standing. Please update your IT systems it makes for an unpleasant experience and one where the nice manager trying to help us couldn’t due to slow systems. It should never take that long it makes no business sense. Brandon was very nice but not much he could do to speed things up.

MUKESHBHAI LThe truck I got the driver window rail need to be fix. When I roll the window it got derailed in the freeway the window almost flew out. And the trunk rubber seal needs to replace rain got inside.
