I ordered a dolly, never got it and didnt get it refunded
Stanton HFuel tank was cut and when I said to store they barely responded , when I filled fuel it was leaking and which is a very dangerous thing

ROLANDO RAt first, I wasn’t happy as I rented a smaller truck I got called the morning of that it wasn’t available so we had to get take a bigger truck. The dollies we wanted were available or gone. The place was a bit of chaos people coming and going. But the experience went well we got everything moved. I was able to return the truck earlier thank God there was a line out the door.

Van MI had a frustrating experience with the rental process. U-Haul needs to be more transparent with pricing by clearly highlighting the mileage costs upfront rather than burying them. Additionally, the website is difficult to navigate; the checkout process is cluttered with too many prompts to add on extra services, which makes reaching the final confirmation page unnecessarily tedious. I hope you can simplify the booking flow and improve pricing clarity for future customers.
vincent tThe trailer had new tire on the rear axle, but when I started loading the trailer showed they were low on air. With half the maximum weight in the trailer the tires look flat, and I drove the five miles I had to drive with the trailer at about 10mph.

Donald STrying to use the app to return the vehicle after hours was a nightmare. Ended up having to call Customer SErvice, where a young man named Devan (not sure how to spell his name) was so incredibly friendly and helpful and sympathetic. He understood the problem and my growing frustration, and he was calm and professional and assured me that he would do every thing he could to resolve the problem.I was very reassured and the following morning I called the location to make sure the vehicle was checked in properly with no weird overcharges because I couldn't get the app to work. Everything was good, and I want to single out DeVan for exceptional customer service.
Erica GThe only issue I had getting the truck was with the App on my phone, and not being able to process my reservation at pickup. The staff was calm and deliberate to clear the line, get everyone their vehicles, but it did take 45 minutes when I was expecting something like 10-15 minutes to get on the road.

Luisa RThe truck that I used was aggressively shaking and caused a lot of issues with my TV falling off while moving. I also filed for an insurance, but I will not recommend anyone to use U-Haul.
Kaustubh PI had to rescue my son who's car broke down on the way from San Jose to Portland. He was stuck in Ashland Oregon, his Mini unable to finish the trip. He checked into a hotel, and I went to U-Haul with my emergency to collect my son and his car. Brandon, the general manager, supplied me with a tow dolly I could take up there to collect my son's car. Brandon had excellent communication skills, showed me how to use the dolly and ensured I had it connected to my truck correctly. I returned the tow dolly 2 days later, avoiding the huge expense of towing my son's car back to San Jose. This U-Haul store has always answered my needs when I'm faced with an emergency.

OBAIDULLAH TThe guy that check me out did not tell me I only need to fill up the gas up to half. This is a new rule/policy with UHaul and they should have told me instead of telling me - ‘Did you read the fucking agreement?’ What happened I put in 19 gallons of gas and I was only refunded $43 out of the $103 I spend on gas while I only made 32 miles overall. Now this guys has the audacity to call me out that it was my fucking fault. Copy that Sir! The employees here need to be trained well and not blame the customer because in the first place they didn’t tell us upfront of the new policy. Shame on you Uhaul!

Mukesh LI rented a one way truck from San Jose to Las Vegas, about 600 miles one way. Few notes: There was no cruise control. My leg got tired after long stretches on the highway. The AC was not working 100% and it was very hot during the Mojave desert section. The AC would shut off during climbs and turn on again when de-cellerating or going down hill.
Renato MReturned my trailer on Friday at 4pm (18 hours before it was due). Staff was not friendly. Told me I was good to go. Later received an invoice saying the trailer was returned Saturday at 5pm (7 hours Late) with a charge for an extra day. Shop seemed annoyed when I called to have it refunded.

Lakshmi JI reserved the truck on Friday. It took me one hour and twenty minutes to get the truck. I was in line for 45 mins. The rest of the time at the counter trying to do the papers work to get the truck. Your computer system was not working. The lines was so long it was all the way outside inside your working shop. Ridiculous!! Never again. The staff was great but your computer system was awful. You need to fix that.

Alexander PWhile I generally have good experiences with UHaul and this location, I am frustrated by the number of times I have encountered the fuel tank being below 1/4 of a tank. This should be an improvement this location should adapt.

LUYEN TJust keep providing great service! This is my go to place whenever I or my family needs a U-haul service. U-haul provides great customer service from the time I enter the building till the time I leave the building. The rented vehicles are reasonably priced and always clean and well maintained. No disappointments!
