Nothing! I am a commercial truck driver. The truck I drove from both Hollywood to Roseville was BIBLICAL THANKS for maintaining your long haul trucks. The brakes were perfect

Yasmeen RThe worst experience I've ever had with a rental service. The location was disgusting and dangerous. Bunch of hobos around shooting needles into their arm. Getting the car was difficult. I had to wait around longer than I would have liked. Took photos of the car that revealed nothing about their condition (which effectively renders them useless. My whole experience getting the vehicle was bad. I hated it. The U-Haul app might be the biggest piece of garbage I've ever used, and this especially horrifying considering that every single interaction you have with the platform (and your rental) is referring you back to their platform.
Joey AI ran out of gas less than 100 ft from the driveway of U-Haul. Did not have an opportunity to get to a gas station. That was the first time in my life I ran out of gas and stalled out on the street. When we walked back to tell the U-Haul employee that we ran out of gas. She scolded us and said “don’t you know the first thing you’re supposed to do is get gas?” Extremely rude. And we didnt have enough gas to get to the gas station. It was completely unprofessional and she treated us like we did something wrong. Would never go back

Ryan BAbsolutely terrible experience. I arrived at the original pickup location only to find that nobody was there. U-Haul sent me to a different location, and it took nearly an hour to finally get the truck I had originally reserved. When I finally got the keys, the truck only had 17 miles of fuel left in the tank. Also, the truck didn’t have a backup camera making it virtually impossible to see anything directly behind the truck, which made backing up feel extremely dangerous.
Davis OI received a call in the morning confirming my drop off location in North Hollywood. Upon arrival, I was told by the worker that I was not able to drop off my truck because they had no room for my 15 foot truck. I told him I received a call and this location was confirmed for me earlier. I was not understanding why I could not drop it off at this location. I went to speak with the people who were with me and they we went to talk to the associate. He said he called a drop off location across the street and they could take it. It was helpful, but quite confusing as this location was confirmed. I took it to the location, and the drop off gate was locked so I spoke with the owner of the Hoagie shop to get instructions. He told me to use the app and then drop of the key outside his shop. I am very annoyed with the whole process. I made a reservation early with the Westminster location, and was told the day before they did not have a 15' truck. Why would I be able to reserve a truck if they do not have any available? Then I had the issue at Placentia location and then North Hollywood. I was not happy with my experience at all. I believe I should receive some money back for my inconvenience through the whole booking, pick up and drop off process. Moving is already a daunting and stressful process and having issues at each step created even more unnecessary stress.

Michael YI had an issue with the link for me to submit photos of the U haul and fuel so I took my own picture. I put extra gas and when I dropped off the U-Haul the rep informed me I couldn’t get reimbursed. The agents where I picked up the were so busy and didn’t let me know about the information needed for the inspection for reimbursement.

Mehmet CMy vehicle had low tire pressure on the front left wheel when I got it , you should check on that because I didnt had time to get air and it could lead to major issues. But customer service at this location is the best !!! Props to that !!! The lady who helped me is super professional

Lucas BIt’s such a rip off, it’s claimed to be 20 for the rental but after gas and other fees it comes out to over 150$!! I went from north Hollywood to simi and back. 2 hours and 150& later. This is such a scam I will advise everyone to stay away from this

LOLITA HUnfortunately, the brakes on the vehicle we received went out at a most unfortunate time. As the vehicle was going downhill on Blair Drive toward Barham Boulevard, the brakes failed and the vehicle rolled into traffic. Thank goodness the two drivers traveling southbound on Barham were able to stop quickly and not create a terrible accident. Please have this vehicle serviced immediately before someone is seriously injured. (The service woman at the counter who checked out both out and in was very helpful so I'd give her top marks!)

KELLY SThe U-Haul was on empty. We picked up U-Haul at 10:26 am and asked for the drop off to be at 5:00 pm and the guy said he’d put it down for 5:15 pm same day and when we dropped off in new location they said we were late cause it was suppose to be dropped off at 10:36 am (What the hell!?).
SUZETTE SI always rent trucks from the location on hollywood way this day I needed a truck urgent so I went to my closes location wish is victory blvd I returned the truck with more gas then picking up they gave me no credit the hollywood way location always give me credit for returning the truck with more gas when returned
RAMON LEric was a rock star! Great service and very helpful! Get rid of the creepy guys hanging around your location harassing the customers. Get them off your property. I would never want my wife coming there alone.

Lura VIt’s too expensive. You should lower your per mileage rate. And you should absolutely not let sales people take photos of your customers. This invasion of privacy is inappropriate, and people should be able to opt out if they don’t feel comfortable with that. Won’t be using U-Haul ever again.

Jaime ROnly issue: the gas tank was completely empty! So I had to buy gas before I went anywhere at all. I was given a discount, which is good, but it was a surprise and inconvenience. There should always be at least a quarter tank in there before renting, yes?

Heiko DThe vehicle was functional overall, but the gear shift (drive/park) was quite difficult to operate. Also, the lack of a rearview camera is a major downside for such a large vehicle — it was definitely noticeable. Without helpers, parking in tight spaces would have been very challenging. Overall, everything else was okay.

KRISTEN PMy son and I literally had to wait 45 minutes to rent a truck. Customer ahead of us had issues with the charges. After the resolution, he proceeded to wanting to return couple of rolls of tape which he had purchased and paid cash and he had no receipt for it. It took the clerk over 30 minutes trying to figure out how to locate the transaction and process the refund with several calls made to his supervisor. He was the only clerk on duty with 4 angry customers waiting in line. The clerk should be knowledgeable about every aspect of customer service if he is left alone.
vahik hI was charged a $25 cleaning fee I was no told about it. And the truck was not clean had a lot of dust in the interior. Totally disappointed. Just used the van for 3 hrs.
