Timothy HThe only problem I had was I rented a 15 foot box and drove a total of 18 miles. Although the gas gauge read full, I put approx 6 gallons of fuel in tank at 3.49 per gallon to fill back up . Gas was 20 dollars,so that means the truck got 3 miles to the gallon does that seem right I dont think so .

espinal lTrailer was not cleaned at pick up, had liter in it and so I returned it the same way. Picking the unit up was very uncomfortable, the rental pick up may me feel like I had to get into fighting mode , cause that’s the feeling I got , but then realized they were just kids ! Acting street. So kept my composer and kept it moving.There terrible at it and laughable. I really hope they don’t get the wrong person on the wrong day , that has no patience for it , enough said ..

Jonathan LPlease explain to your customers when they pick up a truck, if the gas tank is on Emty that when reurning the gas would half to be a quarter tank when returned. If not it will be deducted from the deposit, which was explained to me in Youngstown Ohio, this should have been done in Poughkeepsie New York...

Jacquelinne fUnfortunately the truck I rented, wasn't in the best condition, didn't know til after I was out on the road at a distance from the rental location. It was making weird kinda noises from under the truck when u pressed on the brakes. Also it would be convience if the option to pay cash was available. Thank you

keith hDon't offer an empty truck to a customer. you've charged the previous renter the "charges" for bringing it back empty - use that money and fill it to 1/4 tank.
Jane LWhen I picked up the truck, I was handed the keys and no paperwork. I was told it had 1/2 of gas and I needed to return it with 1/2 tank. I returned it with 3/4 tank and was told I would be charged $30 for gas. When I explained that I was told it had 1/2 tank at pickup, the clerk gave me a look, but when I showed them that I wrote that down, they waved the fee. I think the person when I dropped of the truck was very nice and reasonable. I think the person when I picked up the truck may have just made a mistake, but it expected to get some sort of paperwork. Overall, the process was easy and the truck did what I needed it to do.
Duane BCheck engine light was on. Sounded like truck had pretty serious exhaust leak. Price was more than I hoped for, I’ve rented often
