All good with the rental, and Robert - who handled my checking out of the U-Haul truck - was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Thank you for the help!
Matthew WI was planning on calling customer service for 2 reasons. First is that I got a truck on empty that said 1/2 tank. I had to put gas in from the get go ($30.00). I only went down the street. Second, I had a hard time moving my seat to the proper place because the bar to move the seat was broken. I was very unhappy with these conditions but had to get my work done. I use this place all the time and this was the first time I was disappointed. I hope when I use it next (2/28-29) this won't be a problem. Thank you

Erik TGood location ,but unfortunately the person that help me charge me for auto insurance with out asking when I came to dropp of the car I told him he said he always adds it . I belive by law he has to give me the option. I was not given one. I believe it was wrong of him to just add it with out asking. My insurance covers me when I rent a car. Other than that car was clean, location was great.

Jeffrey JThe 10 foot box van I rented did the job. However , it did have 108,000 miles on it and did show the wear associated with its high mileage. U-Haul needs to change out its rental vehicles on a more frequent basis and not wait until a vehicle is on its last legs.

Nora WNothing against the location, but seriously need to figure out what is wrong with the sign in to account process.it s not just difficult, but just never happened. I couldn't do the check in or close out the bill and check the vehicle back in. I could never access my account. Still can't. I want to see my final charges besides on my bank statement

Dikran AThe cargo van i ordered was not available at the location. So i had to upgrade to the 10' which it turned out that its more $ per mile. I would like a compensation for the difference in mileage from 0.89 to 1.35 thts a huge difference. You can reach me out at 818-3196678 thanks

GAREN VYour app is terrible, I should not need to wait 10 minutes to even hear back from the guy who is supposed to be on staff, and the app is much slower than real life for check out or return. I will never use it again.

Kelly AThis rental went well. My previous 10' rental, from the same location, went very poorly. Still have not heard back on my filed complain.
Paul BWe rented a 9’ van from the UHaul in Costa Mesa a few months ago, and it was in much better condition than the one we just rented. This van kept getting Traction Control Service lights coming on and then the van would slow down and vibrate violently. In addition, the rear doors wouldn’t close as the screws were loose and coming out. The staff were pleasant and helpful but I would hesitate to rent vehicles from this place.

Rafik SI don’t have any issues with this location but I have an issue is wen I rented a U-Haul trailer back in September So the trailer broke down on my way to California from Rhode Island and I dropped it off in Indiana do you haul I had to get another trailer from some some other place And I was supposed to get refund it but I never happen. I paid over $700 and someone was supposed to get back to me. I called seven times already about this and they supposed to get back to me about the refund and nobody – so this is my opportunity to to let you guys know what’s going on if somebody will call me so we can resolve this matter. Doreen MSomething was wrong with the gas consumption of the 10' truck I rented. It ended up getting ~6MPG which is about half of what it should get. I complained and U-Haul was supposed to get back to me, but no response.

MICHAEL KMore maintenance necessary on trucks. My rental truck had a problem with the transmission and kept having issues shifting into higher gears. It made for a poor driving experience.
Robert SI've rented several times from here. The staff is always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Never a problem with any of my rentals. Best Uhaul rental in town!
