My complaint is with the no touch, pick up your truck using the mobile app!! I got to the lot to get my truck and it wasn't there. So I had to go in and waste valuable time and do the in person process. Then bc my truck wasn't available the truck she had to give me needed gas. Manager compensated me for the gas - thank you but again, I lost valuable time which led to me needing to keep the truck overnight and have movers unload next day bc it was unsafe to unload in the dark. Then I returned the truck through the mobile app and there wasn't a drop box for the keys which made me go back inside again where there was a line!! I finally found an employee outside to hand the keys to. So the promise is contactless pick up and return was not the case. Very disappointing!!

Armanita store owner or manager was very racist and she was not professional. I have done a lot of business with different locations, I'm very disappointed and sad because of her. Please I hope you can do something about it so other people don't have to go through feeling like I felt yesterday.

Seth and Steve were excellent and superb! One of the blinker assemblies needed to be replaced on my rental tow dolly, and they worked tirelessly in the freezing snow to change it for a good 30-45 min. (especially Seth). That man deserves a bonus!

The 5x8 trailer worked fine. The interior was not thoroughly cleeaned and had black marks on all the walls. I tried to take pictures through the app, but it did not load. I have Info Tech background, but did not have time to fool with it. I had to leave to take care of my move. In the past, there was an option for the person hooking up the trailer to take notes. This should remain an option. The rest of the entire experience was Excellent.

Very easy with online sign in. Clean truck, loaded with a dolly and pads as ordered. The gal who checked us in was very pleasant. Easy return as well.

Difficult to access for out of towners. There are two buildings with clear signage but separated by one block. Both have trucks in the parking lot but only one accepts returns. The phone number is USELESS as it send your call to the main dispatch and can never connect with the agency itself hence no immediate help with directions or things like that.

Just dropped off truck after hours. Difficult to locate correct yard to drop. Has two parking areas. They do have signage but would be helpful if app location directed you to correct location.

The truck was fine other than the wipers. They were old and needed to be replaced. That made driving in the rain a hassle. Also, I wondered why the person checking in the truck was not wearing a mask

The first vehicle I was given had low pressure in the left rear tire. When they attempted to fill the tire, the air hose/pump wouldn't work. The second vehicle i was given had a service alert on the dashboard. Fortunately, everything turned out OK; however, the uncertainty was rather uncomfortable.

I love the people at this UHAUL Location. Very professional and I sense the staff is going from very good to even better. This location installed receiver/hitches on 7 cars over the years. The trailer I rented was dirty on the outside, but that did not bother me. Check out is beautifully streamlined. I recommend this UHAUL location to all my Clients (I'm a Realtor). All the Very BEST! I reserved furniture dollys - they weren't provided. The people were rude. I had to wait in line 20 minutes when there was only 1 person in front of me. And at drop off, the person was incredibly rude when I asked questions.

It didn't seem like the truck I rented was checked out for a cross county move before I received it. The drivers side windshield wiper was not properly cleaning the windshield, fortunately it was raining the day I left and I was able to stop by the pickup location and had it fixed before I left. The bigger problem was the back tires on the driver side where bald, I had to drive on snow packed roads in the mountains, the truck felt like it wasn't getting good traction, I did end up sliding off the road getting stuck in the snow; having to call your tow service to get my out, they took 3 hours to get to my location. I hadn't noticed the tires until I got stuck, I'm sure I wouldn't have if the tires where in good shape. I counting my blessing I had made the trip with no major incident. I showed the clerk at drop off location the tires, hope they change them out before renting to someone else.
