1. It is impossible to reach the location by phone--all my many calls were routed to a nationwide number. 2. Two employees were not properly masked when I picked up the vehicle. One became extremely rude when I asked him to wear his mask properly and back up for social distance. 3. About a half hour after I picked up the vehicle, a message that the oil should be changed soon came on, obscuring the odometer reading. It took me about 45 minutes stopped on the road and about 12 extra miles driving as I started to return to get help from the UHaul roadside assistance to tell me it was OK to proceed and how to take the message off. Upon returning the van I was told that they had no control over when this message would pop up, but they also do not warn you it might or tell you how to deal with it. In fact, there were no instructions at all with the van about how things were placed or worked on the dashboard. Even on the UHaul site where I looked at the :manual" there was no technical information. 4. Otherwise the return of the vehicle went quickly and smoothly and satisfactorily. 5. In summary, the van was quite new and functioned well. My complaints are not about the equipment but rather about the difficulties in communication with the personnel and in accessing help and useful information.

Long lines/ wait. I used on line check in and when I went in to get the key, there was no on line check in signage to “skip the line” so I waited in line while those that didn't choose on line check in got their equipment. On line check in saved me no time because I had to wait in a long, slow line anyway

They did a very good job - the guy that helped me had a great attitude. My only issue is I signed up for an appliance Dolly but didn't need it - I didn't receive the credit back.

The truck was great, I had no problems, it was clean, and it handled well. The wait time to check out though was way too long. There was only one cashier and probably 10 people in line. I'd already made the reservation so I had to wait over 30 minutes just to give them a copy of my ID. Was really frustrating. I was supposed to meet someone for a pick up across town at a specific time. The ONLY reason I made it on time is that I scheduled my pick up time for an hour and a half before hand.

I have rented from you all once or twice a year for over 20 years, this time the reservation could not be found even with a copy of the email, the whold thing was totally ridiculous! One very angry customer.

The trailer ramp was Sprong and needed to take a hammer to remove the pin. Trailer is not clean so I didn't return it clean on the interior. Access to office personnel is lacking in that they cannot be seen or heard when you enter the door and you might stand there for sometime before they are you realize that they are actually behind the boxes on the counter etc. Also the office needs to be stamped There were four or five people deep at one time and then another time there is no one in the office when I entered

Took 55 minutes to pick up the trailer I had reserved -- only one employee was working at the counter, and customer in front of me did not have a drivers license, then Uhaul's computer crashed twice while I was getting checked out, then I had to go to auxiliary lot to retrieve the trailer and the attendant was not to be found. This location is the closest to my house, but I could have driven to a much further location and been done quicker.

I wouldn't recommend any location to a friend. Your trucks are dirty. Your on hold message tells the caller to clean the truck for the next customer. No. It is YOUR JOB to clean your trucks. You don't clean or sanitize during COVID?

I have rented many trucks from U-Haul over the years and this was by far the dirtiest one ever. The late night return people did not clean it before returning it.

This location is very slow and very disorganized. I use this location for my furniture rental company from time to time because it is close to my house. When I have the opportunity I use a different company or different uhaul location when I'm not looking for for the convenience of this location.

Needed better direction on where to leave car just said outside gate. Brought back with full tank gas given to me with3/4 tank no discount. Had equipment I needed quick check in and out. Brought back same day by 330 no discount. Need perks for good customer.

Not dirty but we brought it back cleaner than when rented. Maybe shop to invest in a battery powered leaf blower to blow out particles? After push brooming, a leaf blower was all it took

COVID has changed things. Check in did not tell me that he would send a text requesting me to walk around the van for scrapes, dings, etc. I read text after, I got to my house, walked around the van and took a picture on each side to fill out review later. I needed to be on my way. The monitor showed that van needed an oil change. Checkin guy came and updated the electronics, he said one had been done. The van was dusty outside and inside, the windshield was dirty. Drop off was spot on, a very friendly guy. Sure appreciated him. We didn't have any problems with the van, while we were gone.

Check in was too slow. I had pre-filled all info on line. Not enough clerks. Need a line for people who have already filled out all the info. The return did not work because the Uhal App is crap. It requires you to take pictures but then does not let your phone take pictures. The 1-800 shrive is crap because you never answer the phone. On hold for over 30 minus then dropped. You are trying to drive customers to mobile contact but your process are not ready. They are stuck in the 80's!

Very nice truck. Initial rental experience was fast and simple but the staff member openly verbalized not caring about the company and not caring enough to know any information about the truck, such as payload or tow capacity. I needed this info for safety and to ensure I would not damage the truck so I insisted he look it up. The truck had less gas and more miles than documented on my check out so I took photos of the gauges before I left the property. I had not yet rented under the new system with text links requesting pre-use information and the rental attendant did not mention I would be getting anything nor be expected to report anything so the link expired by the time I noticed it. The rental attendant also indicated I had a generous grace period to return the truck and told me not to worry if I was late. Turns out you only have 15 minutes before you are charged another day of rental fees and you can easily burn that waiting in line to return the vehicle. Thankfully the attendant there when I returned the truck, accepted my word and time stamped photos and removed all the extra charges that would have been slapped on me for returning 25 minutes late, extra miles that werenʻt mine and an incorrect initial gas checkout. I was proud of getting the gas exactly at the same spot it was when I rented it and she honored it which. Because the woman at the desk did the right thing by me and because the truck was so nice, I will definitely rent here again but I will be more careful about documenting the actual status of the truck when first taking it.

I arranged for a truck on Wednesday for a use on Saturday. When arranged, there were 3 staff working the customer service line in the building. On Saturday, when I arrived, there was 1 clerk, and 5 customers in line. The clerk handled the line well, but I was amazed that any moving rental company, knowing that Saturday is a busy day, would assign only one clerk to be on duty.

Nothing from my drop-off perspective. The line in the store was very long and as I was waiting, the man outside receiving the returning vehicles came in and got me so my wait was not inordinately long. I appreciate his attention and good help!
