Everet was able to assist in my dire need of help when the U-Haul location in SW assigned me a storage unit that’s was inaccessible and the location didn’t have any other storage options to offer. The SW location then told me to find another storage and refused to provide assistance.

Terry HWhile the u-haul rental truck that I reserved for self checkout on Monday April 20, 2026 was accurately placed at the proper location this time around and the self check-out experience was phenomenally exceptional for sufficient and efficient processing on the u-haul app, it still remains that the u-haul rental truck that I was assigned to was disturbingly dirty "specifically the driving handle," and the gold key that locks the loading back did not work; Moreover and most importantly, an alleged U-Haul employee "working at such late hours at night around 8:30 PM when I returned the U-Haul rental vehicle" appeared to have stolen my moving cart possibly believing in it to be that of U-Haul's property; Please return my cart because I am slightly physically disabled and need my cart to carry things frequently.
ONYINYE JI needed a van at the last minute for a few hours. There was nothing available, but the staff made it happen. I took a van that had not been swept out. The van being labeled inoperable overnight would have costed me way more in fees and travel than it was worth. Instead, the staff did everything they could to help shortly before closing and everything worked out smoothly. They also informed me that there was no private vehicle parking in the Uhaul lot without risking being towed.
Tilmon PI had some issues picking up the truck because my driver license is international and it took me an hour to get that solved. It would be good if you could do something to make the process easier.
Francisco CThe Customer service Representative lacked all forms of professionalism. Their appearance was horrible uniforms looked dirty and unkept. The parking lot to the right of the door had a pile of trash. The interior building looked dark and gloomy. I stood in line waiting to check my van in the associate stayed on his cell phone while I stood there. Telling the person on the phone how he wasn’t sending them any money for food and he wasn’t rich. Definitely will not be revisiting this location.
AARON GThe truck was on "empty". We weren't used to this and have rented UHauls before. Was told however the prior customer brought it in is the standard. The truck had lots of damage to outside which is fine however, the visors were falling down/making it difficult to drive/see without trying to hold it up. The particular truck needs to be taken out of inventory. Otherwise, the agents on site were nice and provided good service.

Travis MThe check in process is not smooth. I don't want the app I want to talk to the person give them my card and get my van. It took me forever was buggy and had to restart several times. I get some people want online check in no contact etc. But I just want to give a guy my card and get my stuff. Half the forms were redundant to forms I filled out earlier too. The guy at the desk was good though
ALEXANDER RExcellent service. I see nothing to improve right now. U-Haul location is convenient and the one issue we encountered with a plate tire was resolved very quickly by following the instructions in uploading pictures of a plate tire. Excellent service and personnel.

KELSII DCustomer service on initial intake was great! Stickiness on cupholder area. While driving, the doors continually unlocked and locked; possibly caused by bumps in the road. Customer service with cleaning/intake crew was disappointing, unusual, and uncomfortable. Possible theft via employee. Report of possible theft to manager was not very reassuring. Interaction could use some polish; verbal updates while waiting were not very clear or forthcoming.

Robert WWhy dont they have it on their website AND/OR inform people that there isn't parking available at or near this location? They know people drive to pick up trucks. Two employees stated that they have reported this to management but management's solution was to put a printout on the door? By the time you get there its too late. I parked my vehicle on a nearby street and when I returned after that day it had been damaged. There is no where close and safe to leave a vehicle. Management knows this but seems more concerned on getting customers there and then be trapped than informing them ahead of time so they can make informed decisions or make arrangements. Not acceptable in the day amd age of INFORMATION.
WAYNE HThe truck was dented and broken down with lots of minor accidents. Also, it was on E, gas light came on within 10 blocks when I drove it. I recommend at least filling the gas to half tank prior to issuing to customer.

The system would not let me put in my information the day before picking up the truck.I get there the morning of and all chaos breaks loose. The system is down the workers are doing it manually,anyways finally get the truck.So I ran over my time 13 minutes and they charge me $64.19 .So I will not be going there again Thanks no thanks.

JACQUELINE VWe had the reservation for 6 am. The 24/7 QR code was non operational. You scanned the code, logged in, clicked pick up. Then prompted you to log in. And doom looped from there. I couldn’t pick up the truck until they opened at 9 am. Horrible system you have.

FREDERICK RThere was one person there handling everyone. The online app never worked correctly for me and it took a long time to check in. The van was very dirty and wet. The low tire indicator was on and the door was hard to close properly. It would be much better if you had more staff and a way to maintain the trucks you offer. I have rented from U-Haul for more than 40 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please get rid of your app. Too many steps, too confusing.

The bottle was empty but if I didn't check before leaving I could have been blamed for it, that made me feel a little unsafe that the van wasn't completely searched before i got it.

Had trouble with my phone connecting to the website. The associates there were very helpful and on time to get the desired outcome 10 out of 10 from me.

RANDOLPH ACustomer service at the location was very poor - my check in was not processing and there was no assistance. Eventually (40 minutes later!!) I was somewhat registered (had to use the phone of the person working there), and given a key to a van and told to go find it. I could not find it and had to go get help again, and it turned out the van was frozen in ice on back of lot. A second van was given to me, but the inspection photos wouldn't load, so I had to leave without registering them. Nothing was explained to me, I only knew what to do based on my past experiences.

This was a hectic day and it could have been very stressful but because of the professionalism, kindness and can do attitude of the entire staff the day ended peaceful and joyful!

Tim K | First ImpressionsThe proffesionalism and kindness of the staff varied based on their mood. Getting started was a nightmare yet pressed for time I stayed there. The storage units there are the back halves of older 10ft trucks placed side by side. Being kept outside I should have been able to have 24 access. I am sure the manager tried her best but this location was the location for extra trucks. There is no customer parking available yet they managed to fill every inch with a truck. First few times I had to request to have a truck removed from infront of my storage unit. After that, they avoided parking one infront of my unit. I made it a point to have everyting out within my 30 days. I refused to pay close to $200.00 a month with the service and inconvenience I was put thru. My leaving seemed to have made everyone happy including myself. Again, I am sure the manager did her best. The individual that opened my account was the worst. She showed no signs of wanting to help me. But had no issues helping others that came in after me. I wanted to F******** scream. The guys at this location seemed much more accomidating, friendlier, and very helpful I wish I had gotten names. Not that it matters I hope to never have to go back there again.
