Despite this being a last minute change from a location much closer, it probably was a blessing in disguise; whole office/facility was very clean, the representative was knowledgeable and friendly and we received a truck w/ only 500 miles. Would highly recommend this as a pickup or drop off location.

CELESTINE RKnob missing on left window crank. Driver made a mistake returning truck to another location less than 4 miles from contracted location. $216 charge for "wrong drop off" is EXCESSIVE, far in excess of the cost to fix this 4 mile error. Managers at both locations could not adjust this charge for me. U-Haul should be ashamed. So, I rate the Plaza Trail location +4 stars, but rate U-Haul in general NEGATIVE 216.

Gabor FI was cut in line and was completely ignored by the cashier, I also was not informed that the rental was not refundable so it was a big shock that even after 30 minutes I couldn’t get any money back and still had to pay for a full 12 hours of use. If I was told that I would have never attempted to rent the trailer in the first place. One of, if not the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had in my life. I will never use any u-haul services again and advise all my friends and family to do the same.

The suspension was terrible, felt every little bump in the road badly. The transmission clunked into gear especially downshifting. Overall it was a miserale ride. That truck needs to be retired.

jERRY GMy U-Haul experience today was very disappointing\. The first truck I was given had a tire warning light on, and when I questioned it, I was told the tire had been repaired but the valve stem was missing. I expressed concern because, if the tire became flat, I would not be able to properly address the issue. The employee appeared annoyed that I questioned the condition of the truck and eventually provided me with another vehicle. Unfortunately, the second truck was also in poor condition. The driver’s side window was missing its knob, and the truck had a rough, uneven ride that sounded as though it may have had transmission issues. Given the interaction surrounding my request for a safe, properly maintained vehicle, I left feeling that I was treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. Customers should not have to feel uncomfortable or question whether they are being given a safe and properly maintained vehicle simply because they raise a legitimate safety concern.

Phillip BIt was slow getting the trailer picked up as there were only 2 on duty and we were told it would be a minute. Had to wait in the front for someone to check us in for our trailer. Trailer was clean but found out after we loaded it that it had a tire with only 16 pounds of pressure. It was an inconvenience I didn't need. Had to make a trip to get air instead of just being able to leave at 6am as I had planned.

Christol COverall positive but followed the instructions on app for digital check in/out and 1. you can't skip the line to pick up keys and 2. it says to park in parking lot and take a picture of what space it is parked in, but when dropping keys off was told you can't park in the lot and have to park in a return bay instead. If you update the app with the correct instructions, experience would be 5 stars.

KRISTOFER PBefore renting a truck , I read mixed reviews for this location; however, this was the easiest part of my move. From start to finish, the process was smooth. I encountered a man at the desk who processed the transaction and a man who accepted the truck upon return and both guys were super pleasant.
Sherry TReturned the vehicle 24 hours ahead of my scheduled return. Attendant took keys and told me I was good to leave and he would check in and send email receipt “shortly”. He did not complete actual return until 3:00 PM the next day.
