erest hI was sent to 3 different UHaul offices to fill my order. I did not receive an appliance dolly or regular dolly as the location did not have any. The truck had a flat tire and was filled with air later. This caused me to be late with the transport people who were transporting my vehicles.

Duane BI would recommend this location if it was the most convenient for them. The inside of the truck cab was filthy, particularly the steering wheel. The windshield wiper spray did not work at all.
JoAnn MI had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. I made my reservations over the phone three weeks in advance to ensure everything would go smoothly. About a week before pickup, someone from this location called my work phone. Because I didn’t answer on the first attempt, they took it upon themselves to cancel all of my reservations, assuming they were duplicate orders—without ever confirming that with me. Fast forward to pickup day, I was then forced to collect U-Haul trucks from three different locations, all scheduled for 7:00 AM. I arrived at the South Plaza location at 7:30 AM for my second pickup, only to be told my reservation had been canceled because I wasn’t there exactly at 7:00. i had went to another location before making it to S plaza To make matters worse, the 20-ft truck I originally reserved was suddenly “unavailable,” and I was told my only option was to take the smallest truck or nothing at all. The lady was extremely dismissive and man checking my out just done what she was yelling across the room to do. When I returned the truck on Sunday and voiced my concerns, I was told, “that’s just how she is.” That response alone speaks volumes about the level of customer service at this location. This was not only poor customer service—it was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location and will absolutely be sharing my experience with others.
Allison CI had an issue that they put the wrong date then that I was to pick up the truck, fortunately when I showed up they had available what I needed. The other two recommendations I would suggest is to remind people that they are sending you a text for you to take a picture and all of that when you sign the contract. My phone was where I couldn't hear it and I didn't see the message until after I was already on the road and then that link had expired. Just suggest they spend a little more time going over what you need to know about renting the equipment. Otherwise the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Willie met me as I parked the rental truck, was very pleasant, asked if I had any issues during my travels from Florida, and did the check-out process quick and thorough. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Rory TService seemed fine at first. At pick up, the manager/owner was the one at the counter, and told us to “not worry about filling it up” and that they filled it back up when we returned the U-Haul. With that in mind, we turned the truck back in after our day of moving with about 3/4 tank where we then received a call from the employee where we will be receiving a 40$ gas charge because we didn’t return the truck full of gas. Complete bs that we were told not to worry about gas upon pic up, and then at drop off getting surprised with a 40$ tank charge AFTER a separate employee (manager/owner mind you) told us not to worry about gas.
Kyle TAlways have a great experience with renting from this location. I did have trouble with the website trying to email a report of a woman colliding into the cargo van...it would not go through, the site per paperwork said to contact. Fortunately no damage to the van as she hit her tire well area on rear passenger side with minimal damage per police officer.
Deborah LThe front bumper / fender definitely looked like it had been repaired at some point ( and physically looked fine) but the metal was bent and preventing the truck from doing a full right turn without gashing into the front tire. My team bent the metal back far enough away to be able to drive it Just passing along the info

JAMES UThanks for doing what you do. I was charged for extra mileage, I was under the impression that mileage was unlimited according to the website. So, going forward it would be great if both UHAUL facilities could coordinate.

Brent AWhen a customer comes in and says they want to put their business information on the receipt for tax purposes, it should be done. When I returned my trailer and received my receipt started walking out and looked at my receipt it had my home address. That's not going to cut it with taxes. Can’t use that account and have Home address on there. Went back and asked a person to change it and he said it can’t be done. I think that’s BS. I don’t know. But the fact now it is, I can’t use that receipt for tax purposes for my business since I paid with company money. It would be nice for y’all to send me a receipt with my company email on there so that I could use it for tax purposes. Other than that I like coming to the South Plaza Trail, Uhaul. They are all friendly and some of them know me.

Philip HImprove the UHaul app. The return process for me was very painful. It had me answer the questions regarding operation of the truck 5 times in a row before it saved and allowed me to go to the next step. Then when attempting to take and upload the picture of the cargo area of the truck the app glitched and took me back to the home screen and I then had to start the process all over again. Based off of the experience I had with the UHaul app I'd say the experience was very very poor. I didn't have a lot of patience with this after a long grueling day of back breaking work. Other than the piss poor app, it was great. The folks at the store were fantastic. Go old school and have friendly people involved other than glitching technology. The night drop key box wasn't easy to locate in the dark either.

T'NA NI was provided the wrong location for pickup. They did not have a trailer for my reservation. The caused delays and required driving to a different location not conveniently located.

HAROLD DI was very disappointed that the woman who had given me the truck I had requested 3 days in advance gave it to someone else. When I arrived on my pick-up day, a gentleman helped me. Also, please inform customers that there is a per-mile cost, that the tank must be refilled to the original level, and that, at the time of payment, you will charge miles on the credit card information provided to you. I need a big truck now to make my actual move, but I am a bit hesitant since I am not sure that the price that will be provided is accurate and does not contain some other fees I cannot afford. I am moving on 3/29.

JAMES UReservation was moved over 5 miles away, I was left paying for the extra gas a miles all because Uhaul felt that was better than they having the truck moved. Why have local locations if you can't get them the fleet they need to rent? Truck was old, shifted very hard, and steering wheel was not aligned properly. Most importantly, the truck was rented with less than a full tank of gas. I returned the truck at the level it was rented to me at. I noted the gas level at return and put notes in return that I even had pictures at pickup of the gas. I was informed on the app that someone would contact me the next morning about the charges. I never received any call, and was charged for gas. If Uhaul is so desperate for business that they need to get customers for false charges, we will rent elsewhere in the future. While Uhaul might be well known, so is Penske and Budget. Get it together for your other customers because this one is not coming back if this fuel charge does not get corrected.
BYRON CThe dolly we rented did not have a turn signal on the passenger side when leaving the lot. The service technician was very nice but gave us a thumbs up after we tested the lights assuming we were good. It definitely interfered with tho our trip as someone was following the dolly and corresponding directions. Staff was very nice and help otherwise.
