Our check-out process was great. The employee who helped us was basically a superhero with all the stuff she was juggling at once, she was very impressive and kind. My low star rating comes from our drop-off experience. It was during the national network disruption, so we couldn't do the mobile return after hours. Ultimately, this was fine, but in the moment we felt very lost, confused, and anxious. As first time customers we didn't have a clue what to do . Because the network outtage had been going on for hours, I would've expected a sign up on the door, or an employee to stay late, or something to help direct after-hours returns. Even a phone call to let us know what was going on and what to do since our return was expected after hours would have been nice (maybe our number was inaccessible due to the network outage, I don't know). Ultimately I was really disappointed in how the network outage was handled at a national level, and knowing that uhaul doesn't have back-up network restorations in place makes me not want to suggest the business to others.Nathanial C.

The vehicle I was given had the low fuel level light on when I started it up. I questioned this before I left, and upon returning the vehicle back to the same location. As I questioned the charges, the lady that was taking care of the return got short with me and I grabbed the paperwork and let her know how I felt about the gas situation. I told the person I was hauling a tractor and needed a 6 x 12 trailer. Was given a garden trailer with a 4ft wide gate. Had to swap trailer for a car hauler to be able to transport tractor. Charged for a days rental on both trailers and a penalty for not returning the garden trailer to the original pick up site.Rueben G.

My experience at this location was absollutely horrible. My attendent eas new and had questions. Her name was E only. She was doing her best and demonstrated a desire to provided good service. She sought the help of her co-worker Mariah. I learned the co-workers name from the customer after me. He shared his paper work with me to she me her name as Marish refused to give her name or the name of the store manager. Mariah was exceptionally rude. So rude that even customer and her fellow employee apologized in her behalf. I will never recommend this location shootout have full assurance that this rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional woman (Mariah) was proopsrly disciples. I reported the trailer light problem, as a safety concern. I was not treated with respect that I knew what I was talking about. It was blown off as not a big deal. It is a big deal as lights are required and are a safety aspect that must be addressed. The problem needs to be corrected and repaired before this trailer is allowed on the road again.michael O.

First when I tried to return my equipment during open store hours @6:30p on the same day of rental once I arrived Mariah informed me they were already closed and her drawers were closed out. This location closed at 6:45 on this day when sign say 7pm. Then I come to pick up my refund and I'm charged for furniture pads that I DID NOT use. I think she charged me for them because she was very rude the night before as she was upset I showed up after she closed the store early because â€œshe was tired, had been there all day and was ready to go homeâ€ per her telling me this herself. And I informed her I was going to leave a review she (Mariah) told me â€œso what go right ahead, how about I give you a reviewâ€. This was very unprofessional and I will inform my friends and family not to use this company and or this location. Now if the store wasn't close 30mins early the truck could have been checked in when I arrived and I wouldn't have received an extra charge because clearly I didn't use any furniture pads. I moved bags and boxes didn't need any furniture pads if I would've I would have purchased them before hand as I did the insurance. I returned the equipment as I was done with it during store hours only to have your employee be rude nasty and unhelpful because I showed up as she closed store 30min early. Lights were getting shut off as I was still sitting in parking lot at 6:45pm. Mariah needs a customer service class since she clearly doesn't know how to issue great costumer service and maybe shorter hours since she is so tired of working allday so the store and remain open for other customers till time listed on door for your operating hours. Because clearly this location closes at 6:30 per the store manager Mariah if she is even manager as she stated. If she is your manager you clearly need to hire better help.
