The truck was filthy, customer service was terrible, rude and useless. I waited for almost 15 mins to drop off my rental truck, and there was no one in the store. Would never recommend anyone to go to this location!

Spencer HTook less than 10 minutes to drop off the trailer and get a receipt. Person who helped was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's obviously a much larger place and is an actual U-Haul facility.

ANTHONY AWe never received a call the day before to confirm our pick up location, and we were sent to 3 different locations to pick up a truck. This added an extra 2.5 hours of drive time to our already stressful moving day. Our final pick up location was helpful and apologetic and worked with us to accommodate the added mileage to the truck.

A bit more of an explanation or even a video walkthrough for the customers to view before would be super helpful.

MICHAEL SIn general the van seemed well maintained (mechanically sound), and the cargo area was clean. However, a prior renter left crumbs in the center cup-holders: that really needed to be vacuumed-out.

JERRY SThe employee was distracted on his phone when I pulled up to connect the trailer to my truck, after he was done with his phone he went a head and connected the trailer but then he had to leave to find a harness that was missing from the trailer to connect the electrical, the trailer function good. When I came back to drop off a different employee told me to just drive it around the building to drop off on the same spot where i got it from but when I was going around the building there was a black pick up on the back of the building blocking the pathway so I had to back up all the way to the front with the trailer connected to try to make my way around the building to drop off, by then some one came out to move the black truck out of the way but no one came out to assist me, so I disconnected and push the trailer back to the spot. I usually rent this motorcycle trailers often but Im not sure I would come back to this location.

JOSEPH MI had a really frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. When we arrived, the truck was frozen shut. I went inside to let the employee know and was handed a can of de-icer and told to thaw it myself. That didn’t work and we eventually had to use a board to pry the door open. Once it was open, we couldn’t get it to close and had to ask for help again. The truck was clearly in poor condition overall, and after repeatedly struggling with the latch, a cord snapped. What was most disappointing was that we alerted the employee about these issues before even leaving the lot and they didn’t seem concerned or willing to help. While we were told we wouldn’t be charged, the experience was already a mess before we even drove off. Definitely not the level of service or equipment I expected.
JAMES BThe staff was helpful with my reservation and had the equipment ready to go. The truck however had dirty interior windows and the cargo area had a leak which we discovered when unloading. Some of our items were wet, including a headboard, artwork and boxes of clothing.
