Syev QI had a lot of issues with the app when it was time to check the trailer back in. The app did not like my pictures and it wouldn’t accept them.It was very frustrating. I finally gave up. I didn’t think the check in actually worked but the following morning everything was checked in at the correct time. The App definitely needs some attention. Otherwise it was a very nice experience.

ruth kI reserved a 10 box truck, one way trip from carol stream and drop off at Grayslake. I was called THE DAY BEFORE my move that I had to pick up my truck in Cicero because Carol stream had no more 1 way trucks. I had to cancel this order and create a local reservation, so after moving all my stuff in Grayslake, I had to take the truck back to Carol stream and then find a ride all the way up to Grayslake. No one that I spoke to showed any empathy and I feel this is so unprofessional, since I had already reserved this truck well in advance. I believe I’m entitled to restitution
BOZIDAR IEverything worked as planned. Trailer was there as scheduled. Drove in hooked it up and left.
mark bthe straps on the car transport were cut off so we didn't have what we needed to move the vehicle, which is why we paid for the car transport trailer. we were able to pull together some chains from home and keep the car in place - but that's NOT right. I believe we are due some sort of credit for the issue and inconvenience. Do you agree?
Leeann NVery easy transaction. The general manager was very helpful and knowledgable when he helped me rent a truck. The return process was just as easy.

tim uI ordered a dolly with my truck, was not told if it was in the truck or if I needed to grab one. Got home and there was no dolly. Also, I selected the option to pick up the truck through my phone but the website kept saying it would sent a code to my phone and never did, so had to go inside and their POS system was down or something so I stood there for a good 20 minutes waiting for the key for the truck, just to not get the equipment I needed. Finally got the codes sent to my phone 15 minutes after leaving with the truck. Which also means I didnt get the link to upload pictures of the truck before leaving, so I hope that doesn't affect the way I am billed.

Thank you Nick for being so helpful and a truly kind person! To say Nick goes above and beyond is an understatement I hope you get appreciated for how truly great you are! You deserve all the appreciation. I petition becoming the CEO or top manager of managers… I have crowned him King of managers 👑 I’ve rented trucks and rent storage units here. Prices are reasonable for someone with a stable professional job but for myself, living paycheck to paycheck financially struggling already, I wish Uhual would lower their costs but instead it has been increased, in this economy!? It’s impossible I have had to downsize my storage unit, now I need to actually get rid of my personal belongings I care about now
Pamela OI was trying to return a 6 X 12 trailer at a popular time. One of the associates jumped in a truck and drove around and took my trailer so I didn't have to wait! Very well done :-) Sorry I don't have his name here, my paperwork is at home...

Jason CGot charged a cleaning fee for absolutely no reason??? I moved a couple totes and a few wooden stools. Nothing changed on the interior. Won’t be using this location again, the first time i used this location it took me 20 minutes to even find an employee after buzzing and no one answering i had to wander around to find someone. Eventually the old man who smells like he hadn’t showered in weeks with a terrible attitude hooked me up. I use u-haul very frequently but this experience at this location is making me rethink my decision.
STEVEN KI was quoted $.79/mile due to location change by customer service of U-Haul. I even asked the person when to verify when I picked up the truck and he said the same. When I wasn’t charged that amount and called about it the person I was talking to didn’t want want to take my call and wasn’t very helpful. Not very good customer service.

Daniel HFolks at this location are great. I will keep working with them. Much work is needed on the app. U-Haul is trying to push everything through the app, but it crashes often which can lead to unnecessary charges. App crashed 3 times trying to check in on-line. Also, I deselected Safe Move three times, but when I returned the vehicle I was still charged for it. Don't force people to go through the app if the app isn't ready for prime time.

Nikesha MMy 6x12 trailer was missing one of the loops to tie equipment down. It also had not tie downs on the top of unit. Other than that - service was great.
