Access hours advertised as 5am til 10pm. Loaded my truck and arrived 8:30pm. Swiped my card but access door would not open. Called the “after hours” number. No response. Called office twice today - no one answers. Corporate finally answered and said they’d have my local facility contact me. Still nothing. May just cancel and go somewhere else. You canceled my first reservation less than 24 hours before we had to pick it up with no explanation other than it just wasn't available. You told us there were no options within 100 miles. You left us hanging. We were able to get a truck later that afternoon at 4:30 PM. Our intention was to be done by that time. Original pick up time was 9:00 AM. There are plenty of other options to use next time. We will not be returning to U-Haul.SEAN D.

The truck was disgusting and apparent it had not been cleaned! And I was told they do not lock their trucks because it would cost them more to fix the possible damages if one of the homeless people could cause if they really wanted to get into their trucks! So sometimes homeless people sometimes get them and sleep! This completely disgusted me and I will share this information and I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!Tiara B.

Truck drove very rough. Had to hold steering whee Tight with both hands. Person checked us in dropping truck off was friendly and helpful. Lady checking us out Was a bit abrupt but ok. Trucks need more leg room It was tough for tall man to drive with knees up and couldn't move legs. Have rented uhauls for years and will continue to do so.Nicolas P.
The staff at this location was amazing. Mr. Boles and the team were prompt, courteous and respectful. The stench of weed in the truck was overpowering at first. I ran with the windows down the entire rental. I don't blame this on the team or UHaul, but some people are just idiots.Robert F.

I reserved a 2 day car transport trailer online for another location, and was told I had to rent one from this location. When I arrived the older female employee started complaining to the other employee that I should only be able to have it for 24 hours and not the 48 hours I rented it for. The car trailer they rented to me also had a bald tire on it. I will not be renting from this location again as long as that employee woks there. Looking at the Google reviews for this location that same employee has treated other customers poorly as well.Henry H.
When we arrived for our 10am appointment, we were told our appointment wasn't until noon. We waited until noon and our truck was still not ready. We were given a truck 11 feet smaller than what we reserved. This caused us to have to make an extra trip, which wound up costing us over $300. This is the second time I've rented a u-haul and wound up paying big bucks for U-Haul's mistakes. Won't ever happen again.RYAN W.
Really terrible service. Nobody was inside when I went in and I waited 10 minutes before someone showed up. The woman at the counter was very grumpy and snipped at me. There were no photos taken of the vehicle before hand and they told me to go ahead and take it anyways so I was nervous about getting charged for any damage. I received no documentation and no printout of the mileage or gas. Vehicle was not parked in a documented location so I had to go search for it myself. The only improvement would be that if the location is not self serve then it should state that prior to picking up. I was late to pick up equipment due to try ing to do the self serve and not knowing that I had to come in the building to pick up.Haylee W.

Customer service from at least one employee can use some improvement. An employee (older woman with green glasses) sat at a desk for several minutes without ever acknowledging me as a customer. However a younger man (I think his name is Larry) was passing through and asked "Ma'am have you been helped?". He was awesome! He assisted me during my entire time there. The other employee didn't display good customer service at all in my opinion.Deanna W.

First cargo van that this location tried to rent to me was very dirty inside. It had 1/8th tank of gas as well so not ready for use without an immediate stop to refuel. The second van offered was still dirty (dirty socks, artificial nail and food spills) but rented as needed to move. The milage entered into the UHaul site quoted a lower price for $19.95/day & milage but will bump to the commercial rate if milage near 100/day so beware what quoted on the website will not be the price. Poor customer interaction/lack of explanation when inquired about this on pick up. Won't do business here again.MARY A.

The truck we rented had the Engine Light on, we informed the employee and were told, "oh we know". Then we were driving away from the pickup location, and noticed 3 of the 4 tires were extremely low on air. The employees could care less about our issues with the truck. Was told by the female employee that she would email me my receipt, its been over 24hrs and have yet to receive it. Did the unfortunate thing of renting another truck today, as our trailer rental didn't work out with the vehicle we were going to tow with. Since when is a cleaning fee charged on a 3 hour rental? We swept out the crap that was in the back of both rental trucks when we picked them up, evidently doing their job and got charged for it. The only employee who's certified to check a trailer rental out, was nowhere near the Uhaul location at our time of checkout, and we had to wait 30min for him to even show up. AND he was on the clock when he was not there. THEN returning today's truck rental (05/05/2021), 3 employees were chatting at the counter for 20 plus minutes about their personal lives, and made me wait just to be checked out. I went inside and informed them that I was already late for work and could one of them please come check the truck, and was told no. This is the worst Uhaul experience in my 20+ years of renting moving trucks from you, and I will never return to this location again. I highly suggest those working for you now, are replaced with better employees.Jeffrey J.

Absolute worst experience. The day I called to reserve my truck the customer service agent was rude. I get to the store to pick my truck up and the guy was barely paying attention to what he was doing which bit me in the ass when it came time to returning the truck. I had to call customer support and found out the truck was never dispatched to begin with. I was charged 50 dollars extra even though I have pictures proving against the charges. I wouldn't recommend anybody go here they need shut down.Nicholas C.

The back of truck had papers in it but it was ok You transferred my reservation without telling me and I had to go to 3 locations. It was horrible you make for mileage on my uhaul !!! What about me running from store to store .DAMON T.

I didn't not have a problem with this location. I had a problem with your overall service. I confirmed at one location and after I got to that location had a text to show you changed my location without asking if it was ok or if I had a problem with it. Then when I got to this location after checking in online, etc. I had to wait another 30 minutes or more with no one in front of me but because your system crashed and everything had to be completed again. It was very frustrating for myself and your staff. They could not help other customers or myself although they kept trying different ways of doing it.Ryan W.
