First, this was not my preferred location. It was changed to this by you. Next, I ordered a furniture dolly, they did not have any. I had to buy one instead. The staff was courteous and helpful though.

Full Service U-haul facility. Very professional and helpful. Drop off took lest than 10 minutes. This is they level of service I expected when I made my reservation.

Well make sure correct keys are in box, provide better online customer service and support. I went to get my truck, was given the lock box code and it provided the wrong keys so they gave me the other lock box codes and none of them had the right keys so i had to wait for the after hours manager to make it and look me up and it put me TWO hours past my pick up time when i finally received the keys.

They were very efficient and check in returns all of the time, but as a first time renter, I wanted to make sure I did everything correctly. I was told just to leave keys in it and they would finish return procedure. Then I received an email with info about the return. Overall the experience was good.

I reserved the truck a month before needing it and had to go out of town to get it. The truck should have been in the town where the reservation was needed. The cruise control worked intermittently. I filled up the tank with gas more than required and was charged for not enough. I will not be using U-Haul in the future.

the location is great but U-haul does not understand how to honor reservations.....If I make a reservation to rent a box truck and trailer a week or more out and a day before I collect those rentals, I'm told I have to travel to get them at separate locations because they don't have the manpower or forethought to but those reserved items in one location, then I might as well just show up without a reservation and try my luck....whats the difference? there is a skit about reservations "...you know how to take a reservation....you just don't know how to HOLD a reservation...and that's really the most important part of the reservation... It was a bit alarming to drop the truck off at 2:10 and not have it inspected with me present. It did not get checked in until 3:54.

The truck broke down before we could return it on a 70 mile round trip. Also my credit card was charged for a late/damage fee. Yes I did contact your roadside assistance personnel.

I received EXCELLENT service this past weekend.... Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. The pickup was speedy and I received detailed instructions on everything I needed. Excellent customer service all around....and return was just as smooth. GREAT LOCATION..... thanks again Josh!!!!!!!

The U-Haul was clean but the steering was so bad! Something is very wrong with the front end and repairs are urgently needed. I ONLY drove it a total of 9 miles!! And spent $75!! I'm ticked enough about that after how impossible it was to maneuver!

This location overcharged me for 1 extra day and for the gas. I wasn't given proper refund and I don't like the service of the employees as well as the general manager. Also, please inform me of my all the estimate charges, the actual charges were about $100 different than the estimate charges.

Fuel was left on 23 miles and I was charged for gas anyway when I returned it with 112 miles fuel! I have images.

I reserved my truck and equipment 3 weeks in advance… a 26’ truck, an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly, and 36 moving blankets. When I went to pickup my truck, they only had one regular dolly and 7 blankets. I don’t understand if they offer a reservation of equipment then why don’t they have it when you go to pick it up.

I'm very happy with my experience. I had all my questions answered over the phone. I did a mobile pick up and the truck was easy to find and the keys were in the spot they specified. I will say give yourself some extra time for self pickup because the website (phone app wasn't working) had some hiccups as far as the license scanner and camera usage. As well I had to walk around the parking lot for it to say I as in the right location. Truck drove good and the return was easy, just handed over the keys.

The girl in the Broadway location is rude with a stank attitude for one. Then I had an E Alert on me for no reason and had to call to have it removed when it should not have been there in the first place because the balance was paid. While waiting for the alert to be lifted staff left but the young man made sure to leave the key in the lock box for me he did try a little to help. The girl like I said was rude and not helpful at all. I was not given a dolly as I was supposed to have because they were so quick to leave and did not put it in the truck and I was charged for it this has happened TWICE. I think I’m done with U-Haul.

The computers were down. Nobody seemed to know what to do. They finally did the rental “manually”. And when I finally got the trailer, I was unable to use it “not because of U-Haul “ I bought it back the third person I dealt with Said he could not find where I was in the system and told me that there’s no charge! Later on the next morning I was charged. Out of the three men I dealt with, all three were very nice, but did not have enough training and the manager either was busy, or was not there. I won’t be using that U-Haul again will I recommend it to anyone else!

My only comment is that U-Haul is advertising 19.95 for a rental, but that just isn't the case. After a 15$ safe mode fee, and multiple other fees + mileage, my total was 60.00. It's just deceiving.

I like the stuff you have at this location they are very knowledgeable and friendly I feel that you do need more space far as parking and in the parking lot where the storage units are at it has a big water puddles that needs to be filled but other than that everything was okay I would rent again

The storage unit was adequate at best but seriously worried about water and other damage. It was WAY OVER PRICED and they do not Pro rate if you need a partial month. We were limited with choices at the time, but I would look around as there are many BETTER options at better prices.

I believe the people who answer the phone call and transfer the calls need to have an updated training . I was almost put in a bad situation due lack of information .I do believe the staff in the switch board needs the training so everyone can be on one accord . The customer are paying for it in the end . Also I think it’s unsafe for any employer to be alone in a building after a certain time frame in the day . It’s important to not only hear your customers needs but it’s important to hear the employee . The employee is what make the company strive .

The CSR at the Broadway location in Hattiesburg, MS. was great! However the rest of my experience can be summed up as a NIGHTMARE. I reserved a 26 feet truck and a 10 x 40 x 10 storage unit with great confidence as I received my confirmation emails. But in reality, the truck reservation was changed to a different location, reconfirmed by email with a 7:30 a.m. pick up time even though the store did not open til 10:00 a.m. I had to drive 20 miles further to a location in Moselle, MS and wait for them to open. After loading the truck and going to my storage reservation at 1303 7th St., Hattiesburg, MS., I was informed that my reservation with a confirmed email was completely deleted from the U-Haul computer system. I was stuck with a gas guzzling truck with all of my possessions inside of it and no place to store my belongings. I was told that U-Haul was sorry and there was nothing else they could do. The CSR lady at Broadway became my hero by finding storage space, but I would have to rate my overall experience with U-Haul as a COMPLETE FAILURE!!!

This was the WORST STORAGE FACILITY EVER!!!!! My unit was full of ROACHES. MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED FROM WATER. THE UP KEEP OF MY UNIT WAS INHABITABLE! I had to use Roach BOMBS FOR THREE WEEKS!
