The Uhaul employee asked 3 address proof to give Uhaul. after filling application, he said that he cannot give Uhaul 10ft one. so I asked for 15 ft, he took 1 address proof and gave it. if there is a well-streamlined process that would be great. looks front-end software applications are also not user-friendly. he was struggling to fill out the application.VISWESH C.

Was a very friendly experience over all. However upon renting the storage unit online it said I would get my first month free. Very slow check out process even though I checked in online. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping. The check in process was even slower. I drove up and waited like the sign said. No one was outside and no one came to help. I went inside and interrupted employee conversations and had to ask for help. U-haul has come thru again. Their attention to detail is excellent. Reliable, great rates are trustworthy. I have used more than once and they make doing business easy. Moves are stressful and they partner with you to ease the stress.Brenda G.
I originally reserved 9' truck, when I went on my reservation time and tried to do online check-in it made me walk in to store and get assistance. Turns out the truck that was reserved for me was given to a walk-in customer before I had arrived. I was given no choice but to change the truck to 10' however it still charged me with $0.79 per mile when I could have been charged $0.59 with the 9' truck. That mistake was on your team and the customer should not be at fault. Employee apologized multiple times but I figure it still is not fair of that extra $0.20 mile charge.Min Joo K.

In the first place I was giving the wrong unit so the unit I had lock was cut on it I wasn’t notified. And I had a key that didn’t work, it was a Hassan going to the office explaining the situation since it should have been told to me.? I’m not sure what kind of people who are working for those company but communication and listening skills are needed. So I’m glad I don’t have anything else in storage and when I told the young lady I was closing the unit she said she would send me information to me by email that she has closed the unit I didn’t get anything. I made a reservation for a 6x12 trailer and a appliance dolly. When I got there to pickup the equipment I was told they were out of dolly's. But I could go to a different location and pick one up. When arriving at the other location I was told that they didn't have any available either and sent on a wild goose chase to four other locations. I even tried to downgrade to just a regular dolly. No luck. Ended up just having to buy a dolly at Home Depot. I feel that I should have been contacted about the location not having the proper equipment prior to me showing up to pick it up.PATRICK S.

The delivery date for the pod was lost and we weren't able to get it until two days later. I had confirmation of the date and address on the drop off date when we loaded up our stuff and then when i called on the morning I had scheduled the delivery there was no record of it at all. The owner, who helped me out, was extremely nice and polite. She was understaff but made sure that everyone who was waiting understood that she would get to helping us out the quickest she could. Very kind human.LOUI M.
First when I went to pick up my truck me dollys were not there, the truck it's self did not run very good. Secondly when I took the truck back I pulled to the equipment drop off and waited for 15 minutes like the sign told me too, when no one came out I went in stood there for another 5 minutes or so. Then I got my receipt which was wrong it said I had more dollys than I did and also furniture pads they also charged me for another day because I was "late". I called customer service they refunded the extra equipment but could not refund the extra day because they had to get approval, I was told to wait about 3 business days for them to see if they approved my refund.Elizabeth W.

Rep at check in did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Trailer was parked requiring a 30 point turn to get the trailer out, and it was hard to watch to make sure I wasn't going to hit another trailer. Both employees left as soon as the trailer was hooked up, not providing eyes to help make sure pulling it out of the tight spot was going to go smoothly. Overall a pretty good experience. Got a truck and car hauler with no issues, however the storage unit was a different story. Seems very difficult for the countermen to navigate or understand “the system”. Had made the storage unit reservation a couple days prior (with the manager) to move in to a 12x30 unit. Also had a second reservation for a 12x20, which I had made myself online. Ended up with a single 10x20 as they couldn’t find any available at the time of rental.
