The reason I said no to the final question DOES NOT REFLECT on the personnel working there, but the fact that U-Haul charged me $103.40 for a move that only lasted one day. Not only that, I have a pending charge of $53.40 on my VISA *****7770, which comes to an estimated total of $156.80. I should've followed my instincts and gone to Enterprise. The next time I move house, I definitely won't be using U-Haul. And while I won't go on a smear campaign, if someone asks me about my experience, I will tell them the whole truth and nothing but the truth.... Too bad, my wife and I had planned to use your services for our next move, as well as recommend your company to others. Not gonna happen. Not anymore. In the future, be more forthcoming regarding your rental charges. I am extremely disappointed.

Trailer marker light was out. When I returned the trailer it wasn’t checked in properly and I was notified a week later that I still had it and needed to return it. Resolved, but annoying.

The dolly was in the back of the truck rolling around and not secured and the moving blankets where unzipped and falling out. I explained this when I returned the truck and was not charged even with the green tabs being broke.

Customer Service was very poor. They didn't put a lot of effort into helping me. They were playing on their phones while talking and helping me. I accidently got a furniture dolly instead of the appliance dolly and it took 20 minutes to switch out and return.

The New Circle Road location is doing an excellent job with protecting their customers and employees from Covid-19. Only one customer is allowed inside the building at a time. They have hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes out for your use. The floor is marked with tape for social distancing and their procedures are designed to keep you safe.

First we was unable to obtain the vehicle at the specific time because the online system wasn’t working correctly and could not get the lady to assist us at location. Then after a hour late pickup then I see UHaul has charged me for after hours drop off of 20.00 dollars. The truck was reserved for 4 hours and was dropped off earlier than the 4 hours plus it was an hour late picking up I don’t think the 20.00 dollars should have been charged! Poor service and overcharging customers. Not a good way to conduct business

I wont recommend this place for no one, because of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, there was a lack lady working in this location that she dont show any respect to no one, and customer service is number one key to every business, next time, I will not give her any room to operate because am a respectful person and there no one I will allow this lady to repeat this unscrupulous behavior to me, I will go to that location again and again, because I really love Uhaul.

When we picked up the U-Haul in Lexington, KY, it was raining very hard. The young man who hooked up the U-Haul was very polite, patient and very courteous as he worked in the rain. Only charge fo the miles the Constermer uses. Something the Constermer is not sure as to how many miles they will go. So I’m saying don’t ask how many miles the Constermer is going,And put that on the charge.

The guy who hooked up the trailer didn't tighten the coupler, and the trailer came loose in the middle of man o war when driving it to pick up the stuff. Thankfully it didn't damage the vehicle, and it had been swaying for about a mile, so everyone else was giving it a wide berth, but it was an extremely dangerous situation that never should have happened.

Rented many times from this location and my key complaint is always customer service at the front counter. During peak rental times there is always a line and one rental agent. The vehicle pick up part from the gentleman at this location is always above and beyond what’s expected and even returning it today he provided excellent customer service.

Billed me After Hrs Service Fee when I returned it well within time frame. Lot attendant said he'd check me in. Never did until next morning. Not happy. Had to call 800 #, might get call back from site mgr, we'll see.Plus, employees always act like they are doing the customer a favor by renting from them. Fix or Debug your computer system. I had to leave and come back hours later because the system crashed when I returned my truck. Then when I did return only one system was up because the other had frozen up. The representatives were very courteous and kind in their explanations but this problem was not on them.

Called your location one week prior to the time I needed the truck. I specified a Ford Transit 2500 cargo van. The person taking my order told me that this would be no problem, as "we have 6 of these trucks here, and I will reserve one of them for you". I get to your location and am shown a GMC cargo van, not the Ford I specified. I had to go back to the service counter and get the GMC unwound and switched to the Ford Transit, which took 15 minutes, that was not added back to my starting out-time. The person who I originally spoke with to reserve the Ford, was not listening or paying any attention. I was very clear on what I wanted. The clerk who switched vans for me did not apologize for the inconvenience either....Just thought you would like to know about this.

The customer service representative was courteous and friendly, however, the equipment stated on the contract wasn't even at the location so instead of redoing the contract with the actual equipment I rented the person wrote in the information on the already printed contract. Also when I called to return the whole thing wasn't able to be found without using my email address.

We waited 10 minutes in store before my son went around building to see if we could help with our rental. The Ladies we unprofessional. When dropping off truck, the guy was polite. I tried to return instore products, but he didnt know how to do returns. He did check truck back in and cleared us, but no receipt was giving us. I took pictures of truck inside and out, before and after.

When I walked up to the counter, the women there said hello without looking away from her cell phone and kept texting for a few minutes while I waited. Staff did ask me a few questions but I stood and waited while they were on their cell phones and did not tell me what was going on. I didn't know if they were texting friends or helping with my account. I was there almost 30 minutes to return that truck and trailer and it shouldn't have taken that long,

What can Uhaul do to improve for the next customer? Take better care of your customers. When your company makes a mistake stand up and make it all the way right. Many problems with management and staff regarding storage from 1 way rentals. Never given access card or instruction for storage access. Horrible customer service, staff attitude and constant issues.

My U-Box held from pickup by Moving Help. Low rating due to lack of effort to resolve the issue (a $10 issue). Did not call me and refused to answer their phone (5 calls). Had to drive 30 min to fix.
