The reason I said no to the final question DOES NOT REFLECT on the personnel working there, but the fact that U-Haul charged me $103.40 for a move that only lasted one day. Not only that, I have a pending charge of $53.40 on my VISA *****7770, which comes to an estimated total of $156.80. I should've followed my instincts and gone to Enterprise. The next time I move house, I definitely won't be using U-Haul. And while I won't go on a smear campaign, if someone asks me about my experience, I will tell them the whole truth and nothing but the truth.... Too bad, my wife and I had planned to use your services for our next move, as well as recommend your company to others. Not gonna happen. Not anymore. In the future, be more forthcoming regarding your rental charges. I am extremely disappointed.

Trailer marker light was out. When I returned the trailer it wasn’t checked in properly and I was notified a week later that I still had it and needed to return it. Resolved, but annoying.

The dolly was in the back of the truck rolling around and not secured and the moving blankets where unzipped and falling out. I explained this when I returned the truck and was not charged even with the green tabs being broke.

Customer Service was very poor. They didn't put a lot of effort into helping me. They were playing on their phones while talking and helping me. I accidently got a furniture dolly instead of the appliance dolly and it took 20 minutes to switch out and return.

The New Circle Road location is doing an excellent job with protecting their customers and employees from Covid-19. Only one customer is allowed inside the building at a time. They have hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes out for your use. The floor is marked with tape for social distancing and their procedures are designed to keep you safe.

First we was unable to obtain the vehicle at the specific time because the online system wasn’t working correctly and could not get the lady to assist us at location. Then after a hour late pickup then I see UHaul has charged me for after hours drop off of 20.00 dollars. The truck was reserved for 4 hours and was dropped off earlier than the 4 hours plus it was an hour late picking up I don’t think the 20.00 dollars should have been charged! Poor service and overcharging customers. Not a good way to conduct business

I wont recommend this place for no one, because of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, there was a lack lady working in this location that she dont show any respect to no one, and customer service is number one key to every business, next time, I will not give her any room to operate because am a respectful person and there no one I will allow this lady to repeat this unscrupulous behavior to me, I will go to that location again and again, because I really love Uhaul.

When we picked up the U-Haul in Lexington, KY, it was raining very hard. The young man who hooked up the U-Haul was very polite, patient and very courteous as he worked in the rain. The guy who hooked up the trailer didn't tighten the coupler, and the trailer came loose in the middle of man o war when driving it to pick up the stuff. Thankfully it didn't damage the vehicle, and it had been swaying for about a mile, so everyone else was giving it a wide berth, but it was an extremely dangerous situation that never should have happened.

Rented many times from this location and my key complaint is always customer service at the front counter. During peak rental times there is always a line and one rental agent. The vehicle pick up part from the gentleman at this location is always above and beyond what’s expected and even returning it today he provided excellent customer service.
