I was trying to rent a vehicle tow dolly/transporter. My car was not properly listed in your vehicle database. As a result, I had to call UHaul HQ and speak to a supervisor after several rejections by local and UHaul reservationists. This took several hours and was very frustrating. Not the location's fault.

I got the truck that I ordered and it was ready. The 10” does really well on gas mileage. Something I really need with the high gas prices right now. Customer service was great.

The head clerk was ride. The dolly was not strapped down, the back door wasn't shut. The gas gauge was off from what the paper said and the mileage. No inspection was performed, the keys were left in the ignition and I was told I was good to go as he walked inside. When these issues we're brought up during my return, I was told they weren't issues because I didn't come back in. I didn't know the dolly was loose and the door open untill I reached my first location. I rented the truck for Panera breads use and am not sure I will ever use uhaul for them again. The fact they so disregarded the potential danger is appalling.

The trailer had not been cleaned out. The previous renter hauled loose dirt and mulch in the trailer and it was never opened by the receiving attendant and properly cleaned. I've rented several times at this location. This place is usually very professional and the equipment is good working order. I was VERY disappointed this time. I had to wash it out and wait for it to dry. Burned 2hrs I didn't have waiting for it to dry.

Very poor day for haul. I made a web reservation for a tow dolly, filled out the form etc. for a uhaul location in Nicholasville KY. They soon called and said that they do not have a tow dolly, but that a tow truck company in Lexington, KY has one, 20 minutes away. I went to tow truck company and they had no idea if they had a tow dolly or not. Large property of wrecked cars, and no appearance of a clue of what uhaul equipment they might have. I called 1800 go uhaul to see where else they might have a tow dolly. They said that they had one on the other side of Lexington, KY at a uhaul center. I checked in at the uhaul center, paid, and went out to the yard as directed only to find out from the employee that they don't have a tow dolly there as it was rented earlier that morning. They did have a towing trailer which i used. Lesson, uhaul has no idea where their equipment is located.

My experience at the New Circle Road location was excellent and I was very pleased with my service. However, originally, I had scheduled to pick up my 10' truck at the Foodland Market location on Eureka Springs on Sunday, 10/7, but the store is closed on Sundays and I was not able to pick up this truck. This was not brought to my attention in any of the emails I received from uhaul confirming my truck for Sunday and was this was the only location to choose from when reserving my truck online. Fortunately, the employees at the New Circle Road location were able to transfer my reservation to their store and I was still able to get my truck at no additional charge, but it was inconvenient and confusing why this happened in the first place. Again, my complaint is not with the New Circle Road location, but with the online reservation program.

The radio did not work in the GMC sierra, nor did any of the 12 volt outlets. Because I’d this, the trip driving the truck was miserable. My phone died, so I had to stop and go inside of a restaurant to charge it, so I could use my maps to find my destination. Because of this I had to drive extra miles, and also pay for those miles. I also did not appreciate the surprise “safetrip fee”. I am disappointed in the service I was provided with

The customer service by phone is terrible. Very, very long time on hold and customer service is limited in helping customer since they are not working from the location. I've had a storage unit for 8 months and have tried to call the physical location a few times and always get the national helpline. A couple of times the rep online tells me that they will message someone from the actual location to call me which never happens. I have to go to the location to get my issue resolved.

Overcharged by nearly $100, including being charged a two-day rental fee when the truck was dropped off and checked in within the 24 hour window. The other part was for gas - drove the truck 30 miles, added 6 gallons of fuel, and yet they still tried to charge me an extra $30 for more gasoline! Ended up getting everything corrected with customer service, but this just added stress to the already stressful moving process. I'll rent from a different location next time.

There were five female employees standing behind the counter when I walked in, a line halfway to the door, everyone was aggravated. The only thing that made the girls resemble employees were their uniforms...anyway we ended up getting our truck 20 minutes late.

Front office Staff present at check-in were far more interested in their side conversations and discussing how much they wanted to leave than checking me in. Very unprofessional overall, and lacked a sense of urgency. Every time I use this location, I think “I won’t go back here” - but over time I apparently forget how unpleasant it is to use this branch... until I check in again, then I’m reminded why this isn’t my preferred location. The gentlemen present in the lot who hooked up the trailer at pick up and unhooked at drop off did a good job, and were very helpful.
