The only problem was it was too big and it had 144500 miles which made me nervous and they charged me 41 dollars to go 10 miles
Margaret VWas NOT told the truck had to be picked up at a different location. If you rent a truck and trailer from a location, it should all be at that location.
Todd CThe truck was not ready for pickup as requested. The TPS monitor wasn't working and that delayed my departure as well.
eileen MI was charged extra for dropping the truck off the night before I was supposed to bring it back. I initially paid to have the truck for 24 hours and I only had it for about 7.

KEVIN BAlthough our service rep C was extremely helpful, there were too many issues with picking up the vehicle. 1. We went to get our assigned vehicle and there was another truck in front of us boxing us in. 2. Went back inside, was given the new vehicle and went to check in and couldn't because the old vehicle was still registered on app and license plate didn't match. Finally skipped that step and just took pics on my phone. 3. Was told gas was at a quarter tank when returned it it was a little over quarter tank and was charged for gas. Very frustrated with experience and it was not smooth at all.

Shabbir AThis has nothing to do with the location but you advertise as it being 19.95 per day . You used to get free mileage or the first 20 miles free. A 19.95/day truck ended up costing me $80. The staff at New Windsor were great as always!

Michael VThird time in 3 weeks I rented a truck from this location. Good selection and friendly staff. The last 10’ I rented was horrible. I was worried it was going to break down the entire time on a 250 mile round trip. Low oil light came on, it was 3 quarts low Stopped half way through the trip, it wouldn’t restart. Had to get it jump started at a rest stop in the middle of nowhere NY state. Alternator wasn’t charging fully. Dropped vehicle off, within a few minuets there was a small puddle of oil under the engine Horrible experience with this truck. Maintenance is over looked on the vehicles that they send out.

RICHARD ANo becouse you Guys want to charge xtra because someone forgot to tell you about any damage to the equipment and never mention to take it a picture even if you paid insurance for the equipment. Didn’t pay nothing but it feels not contable we those kind the rules without not knowing

Rafael RThe app sucks and there were not enough workers to handle the demand of people coming. The woman working was lovely and was working so hard but with all that had to do there was waiting and the app wasn't working correctly. I think the location could just use more staff. Or if there was more staff then they need to be working because I only saw her.

Eric pArrived to pick up my one way long haul 20 foot truck and they did not have it. Mind you I had reserved this truck 2 months prior to pick up date. It was early in the am 740. Of course not happy at all with this I was told they would give me a local truck which was old with 177000 miles on it. Not happy because I had a 5 1/2 hour drive after the truck was loaded and it would be evening. I get in it and there is no usb ports for charging with you need for traveling. If I had know I would have brought an old charger that you put in lighter socket. Only good thing was it was full of gas! Proceeded with the truck to load and it was a kluncker. . I could hardly get 55 miles per hour going up a hill. I just couldn’t wait to see what speed I’d get with it loaded! The seat was warn and low to the floor. Yes I could move it forward but not up! The suspension was terrible it shook me and was so load I could barely hear my phone. Yes it was clean, but no good to me if I broke down. Many prayers said and thanked the mighty Lord God for getting to my location and safety!
Pearl BThere are not enough people working. Had to stand around and wait for someone to help me. Then the person that set up my reservation set up the wrong piece of equipment. Had to call back and correct it so I would have the correct trailer.

Shaul VThe truck I rented was very damaged and not so well maintained. Would not rent from this place again. At drop off I waited for someone as mention on drop off spot and no one came. Had to do it on the app.

maurice fProvide better promotions and let customers know that mileage is .99 cents for each mile and not unlimited. The door on drivers side wouldn’t close properly.

William LWe had a scratch on the van. I was not sure how it got there. I did not take pictures before hand. I did not see the stretch before hand. It may have been there. It may have not. But I was not happy to be charged for it. The manager and the staff were very helpful and very kind and dealt with me wonderful they did a job they did what they were supposed to do. Excellent service. And kind.
