The gentleman that waited on me was very efficient and through...I was in and out in less than 15 mins....also I rented a van and it was brand new and clean and good on gas...I rent from them frequently and the newer location on Alexis Rd. has a great selection of vehicles..I like the option of either walking in or renting online. When I returned the Van someone came out promptly to inspect the vehicle and I was on my way in less than 10mins....I also opted for a receipt online which took less time....They will have my repeated business....Evelyn S.

An equipment complete is already filed. The vehicle never should've been rented. The transmission was not downshifting when trying to stop. I had to place the vehicle in neutral in order to stop to prevent damage to the engine. Also there was very little gas in the vehicle. I had to immediately put gas in it to drive it.Susan V.
UHaul corporate again changed my needed drop off point, mid reservation this time. Again the location was out of the way. And not where it was confirmed upon pickup. This location was severely understaffed for a busy Sunday morning. There was a line 9 people deep with initially no employees in the building. Then 1 employee began helping customers and after 15 minutes a second employee came to help.David F.

As far as the truck rental, they should sayâ€¦19.95 for the truck, 9.95 (10 miles) for mileage and .99 per mile after that. They pretend like you get 10 miles and anything over that is .99 cent per minute. When you return the truck it's totally different!Tinika W.

The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The box arrived in my location almost a week ahead of schedule. With an appointment it was easy to go to the U haul location and unload the box ourselves. I will highly recommend!Mary Ann K.

There is a problem using the online reservation system. I wanted to move the pod from Bowling Green Ohio to Appleton Wisconsin. The system delivered my pod to Green Bay, but I had to call and pay extra to have it delivered to Appleton. There's something not clear about the delivery.Anthony S.

They couldn't find the key to the 1st truck they were going to give me. Then they didn't give me the new paperwork for the 2nd truck and they never gave me the utility cart that I paid for. Then because of everything I couldn't return the truck with the link that was sent to my phone.Donna M.

I gave this location a below average rating for one specific reason. While Dylan was BEYOND helpful and did what any great employee would do and still assist me some time after closing, Veronica was not very nice about it. I called the store to let them know I would be about 7 minutes late for the tow dolly after a long day packing a Uhual BY MYSELF. Dylan assured me that that is fine and they will still be there. As I arrived to the location I found Dylan and started getting the tow dolly attacked to the truck. Veronica came into the picture disapproving and trying to encourage Dylan to not help me! She said the store was already closed and I told her I was assured help. She did not care! Imagine if Dylan wasn't the awesome, 5 star, employee he was and listened to her. As a branch manager I know how important it is to serve your customers. I can only think of Veronica was the only person there at the time. I would have to, MAYBE SLEEP IN THE UHUAL!, until the next business day. Veronica that is no way to treat or keep customers. Uhual would have lost a customer and future customers if things went your way! She also made several expressive gestures of disapproval. Shaking her head out of disapproval and annoyance, vigorously, letting me see it and being noticeable. I understand what it is to be tired and ready to be off the clock but you should NEVER let customers see that. Imagine if I was angry and had time to say something to you! That would cause an altercation. VERY unprofessional Veronica. As far as Dylan and the other branch manager that came to help thank you so very much! It was a very stressful and hot day and you guys helped me get to my destination! AWESOME service and great job!Ayanna B.

Spencer, the manager was helpful. The other worker Shelby had a poor attitude and did not relay pertinent information to me that would have saved me time and resources. However , her manager Spencer did a great job at helping me out with a lock removal and lessening my fees for my storage because I was 2 weeks late with rent. I appreciated his graciousness. The storage locks were broken and i had to move units twice. The hours were inconvenient because I had to get them to take their lock off in order to access my outside unit. At night there was no lighting. Overall there were problems and the employee Shelby made me feel so anxious about evening coming there to get things from my unit. When I went to pick up my stuff in my storage I was unable to get into it with my card, nor were the two ladies working knew what they were doing and kept hanging up the intercom on me while trying to figure it out. So I just had to go into the unit with the alarm going off being their own workers didn't even know how to let me access my storage! Useless and not helpful. Then I received a charge for gas for the truck I rented and honestly when I first got the Truck there was barely no gas in the truck as it is, I'm not going to put gas in a truck that I didn't personally use up. Clearly the truck wasn't properly seen prior to me. Then the fact I received an email stating that I got a free month of storage is a joke. Kassidy K, my service person was very helpful. She walked outdoors and showed me how to use the key pads. She was courteous and understanding. The facility is very clean and bright inside. Unloading my items was easy with the sliding doors and the carts directly inside. This storage facility outshines the Lock it up unit I had for only one month. The staff and management at this facility were always wonderful and accommodating. I never had a bad experience at all while storing my items from my closed business and home is this business and home for over a year and a 1/2. They also gave me a deal on 1st month's rent for both units. I had a climate controlled unit and an outside unit. Thanks.
