I loved every thing just wish they had a flat rate price base on how long you needed the truck but other than that it was a well clean truck and clean place I will be using them again in AugustDerzay V.

Only one CSR even with the early check in I was still in line a hr. I reserved the truck for 4hrs. But on the paperwork it stated three. I also filled the truck up with gas before return but once I got the final receipt I was charged $6 for gas.Nakeda B.
I am very satisfied with my experience with this company. I came in got my truck very quickly customer service was very polite and helpful. Once I was outside to pick up my truck out on the lot another employee saw that I was having a problem locating my truck number. He stopped what he was doing and came over and helped us. Every time I come to this location the workers take entirely too long dealing with customers ! I came in recently walked up to check in my reservation and the guys was just sitting at the computer did not greet me or anything I spoke up and then they told me to wait felt like that was rude I also the gas didn't match the co tract I'm sure they charge me for there mistakeDeangleo D.
Check in Rep lady was phenomenal. Great customer service & very friendly. Return Rep gentleman wasn't as friendly & certainly need some customer service training. I even initiated greetings a couple times but there was no response. I know for sure he heard me because the first thing he had asked of me was to leave keys in the vehicle. When I called to reserve the truck the gentleman was just ok, but when I went to pick the truck the lady by the name of Dina was impatient, busy body, I wasn't allowed to as question, if you missed what she explained. She made you feel like like you were stupid, very poor customer service. I was on the phone almost an hour to return the truck. No good service at all.EVENS T.

I need to extend my use of the van, but the driver had the paperwork. I called directly to this location and was on hold for 30 minutes. Live Chat couldn't help me, even when I gave them the reservation number. I gave up on both and called another number I found online. I was told it was for the offices on the north side. They were able to look up my information and allow me to keep the van for a couple more hours. They were very helpful.DARRYL W.

Have everyone who is there working. Someone for the return the trucks and Someone to check the person in and not sitting down while the lady checking people in. I had to walk around the back till the man who was sitting down next to the lady who was checking people in ask me what can he help me with after I had to walk around to the back. The all staff members that I interacted with both prior to and during my move-in were fantastic and graciously answered all my questions and showed me around. The staff over at south shore is incredible! Ms. Denise is so personable and professional. She really takes care of the customers and we stand in line just to have her service us.
