There were no blankets available because a customer did not return a few dozen from the day before yet. Maintain a better supply so that something like this doesn't affect future reservations.

When I went to drop off my truck I set out where it said to set to drop off someone would come out no one came out when I wit inside they said they didn't want to come out inspect my truck for mileage gas or anything else because of social distancing so I had to demand that someone come out and sign off on my truck being in perfect shape when I left it. I was not willing to take the chance on being over charged because they didn't want to do their job

I tried to use iOS app for rental, but I was stuck at returning stage. I tried to take pictures of odometer and fuel gauge several times, but the app did not recognize my uploads. I spent that stage for 10 minutes, but I failed and went to kiosk to finish my return process.

The truck was not very clean in the cab or in the hauling area, but both were acceptable. The truck had 115K miles. The doors on the truck did not close very well and there was a loud wind noise while driving. Service at the dealer was good.

I asked for the lock-latch on my storage unit to be fixed. The local staff said the would have their "guy" come out and fix it. I came back to remove my property over a month later, and the unit was still not secure, as the latch was broken, thus the lock I purchased from U-Haul was useless.

Everyone I interacted with was nice and helpful but the truck did not meet my expectations. The back sliding door would stick when initially opening the door requiring you to pull extra hard to open it, but the tension was so high that no matter what the door would go all the way up. In the process there were several times that the door hook would engage in the closed position. It got stuck so bad the first time that your associate had to get a pry bar out to get it unstuck so that it could be closed. He offered me another truck but I hadn't refueld so was told I would get charged the increased rate so I declined. This happened a few more times where it got stuck but not as bad so I was able to free it. The previous person to drive this must have backed into a car, there was windshield glass all over the ramp when I pulled it out. My sister cut her foot on this.

Picking up the truck and dropping it off was quick and easy. I asked for a 20' truck and they gave me a 26' truck. That was more than enough for our space needs, but the 26' truck was harder to drive and park. However, it worked out well overall. The only problem we had was that we could not slide the ramp back in all the way after we used it. Fortunately, when the back door is lowered and latched, the latch is positioned to keep the ramp from sliding out any further.

I registered for my truck online, quick easy for anyone to do. I picked up the truck it was super clean and ready for me as soon as I paid for it. I went one way so no extra cost for mileage. Overall experience Excellent.

I had ordered a tow for the uhaul to bring my car and they had me go to another location that was 30 minutes away to pick up the tow after getting the truck. On a moving day, we didn't have time for an extra hour (there and back) and we were incredibly stressed. The lady who called me to tell me about the reservation was extremely rude and sounded like she hated her life. I don't understand why they couldnt have picked it up for us ahead of time OR we could have just picked up a truck from the location that had the tow.

Rattle trap of a truck, dirty cabin, loose wires under dashboard hanginh in the way of driver's feet. Ramp very hard to pull out far enough to put in correct position. Door hard to get to go up the last foot and to pull down again. Rusty old chain, cut, and someone's old padlock hanging on the rear door shows just how little inspection and care is given to the vehicles.

Inside and out of van was dirty, smelled like it was just used, had collapsed boxes, food, trash, splatters on the ceiling, everywhere was dirty. It drove well and was available when I needed it, but the brakes had a short squeak to them and the oil gauge fluctuated between 20 and 40. Seems like it needs some service/cleaning.

I was lead to believe (by the website) that there would be one-way trucks available from West Lafayette to Chicago and I was stuck renting a truck that I then had to return to West Lafayette (at a rate of ~$1/mile). I'm not happy about this.

Everything was simple, quick , and efficient. I had called all around town for a uhaul & ended up having to get a van which was way bigger than I expected. The guys here were so kind I spoke to a Justin or Justus checked me in and his co worker who was also about his age was who checked me out. I'm highly impressed with the customer service and this being my first time here definitely won't be my last ! Thank you guys very much ! Nice to see I have another place to rent these from besides spur locks who was my go to but were closed. I usually need a truck every other month so will definitely come back here for one or a van soon! Thank you again for your amazing service especially during this crazy pandemic! God bless!

The online rental and pickup process does not work at this location!! I went through the trouble of completing the online rental process, but I waited at least 30 minutes to get the keys. The keys are not located as described in the app. They are not on the side of the counter. Customers must wait for an employee to get the keys. In my case, I had to wait for and employee to even enter the store and other customers to be helped before I could get my keys. No one was behind the counter for a while before other customers and I could be helped. By the time I complete the online process and go in to wait for an employee to get the keys, it actually takes longer than just going in and renting at the counter. The online pictures did not include damages that were currently on the vehicle. I had to waste more time taking photos that actually applied to the current condition of the truck. Thank goodness I actually took the time to review the online photos. The online rental process sounds like a great idea, but it is a complete failure at this location.

The online part of the process could have been improved. It didn't explain my options well enough, which made choosing the right truck for my needs a lot more complicated than necessary. Everything in person was exceptional. Great employees, great equipment, great facilities. Made up for the clunkiness of the website and not so great experience reserving my van.

I'm very happy with the unit and my experience so far. One odd thing is the online reservation indicated if I booked immediately online a lock would be included free (and in the unit when I arrived.) It was not. I asked inside the office and the person at the desk told me that a lock was not included. Not a big deal but seems to be some confusion or miscommunication between the online process and the WL location. Thanks.

This was our first self-storage experience and it was outstanding. We had to move quickly at the beginning of the pandemic and Uhaul came to the rescue. Staff was extremely helpful. Very clean and convenient storage for a reasonable price. We will be back next year.

My first interaction with UHAUL (after it bought out the storage company) was a threatening letter which stated that they were going to sell everything in my storage locker immediately - because my credit card number had changed and the automatic payment did not go through. More recently, when it was time to move out, I showed up at my locker one evening to find a second lock installed, with a note to go by the office to get the key for it. The office was already closed, so I could not access my things. I had not been notified that a new lock had been installed. Both my first and last interactions with this company were decidedly negative. I will never rent from UHAUL again if I can avoid it.
