The supervisor of the location needs an attitude check. What's the point of holding a reservation online and not having the equipment available at the date and time of reservation. Being told my equipment was not available due to making the reservation online verse with the location itself was my fault. Make my reservation behind by 4 hours is unacceptable. Wouldn't be nice to hear from corporate in regards to this situation.Michael W.

I was referred over to this branch for the 20 foot box truck and they did not have the box truck I requested as a result I had to take a small 15 foot truck and was given the key and was told the truck was over in the yard where I had to find the truck there was no dollys that I requested so I then had to request a dolly that was not put in the truck. Goods arrived safely but, my antique curio was broken by the local mover. A leg was snapped off due to a careless decision on tilting it to replace a wheel which had fallen out. Rather than tilting back it was tilted sideways and placed too much on the opposite leg.Karen R.

(1) Customer should be asked how many pads they'd like. I was told I had to take the 24 pads left inside my ONE Box rental. Too many + wrong answer! (2) A local rep should be assigned to customer upon rental - to handle questions AND concerns. I had to call Customer Svc > Regional Mgr > District Mgr for â€œpermissionâ€ to not take the 24 pads. Husband & I were kicked out of store for voicing our dismay when returning the 24 pads. UHaul should not have left so many in Box &/or taken them back upon Box pickup. (3) Better communication confirming what matters to Customer re: current status of my Box, from order point TO return. Call back Customer Svc option too long, hung up on me 3 times, so I had to start over - after waiting an hour for the call. Info from phone personnel not accurate on multiple occasions. (4) Better design on Box to protect customer's lock. Dial knob of mine was broken off along route. (5) Take customer service advice from forklift drivers & outside movers, who were great, as was AZ Customer Svc women. Local store was a huge disappointment.Virginia P.

Ramp size was didn't fit for atv I was putting in it. Even when I mentioned to the person I was using it for that purpose. Unit was full of rocks and employee say it and even made comment it had lots of gravel on the bottom. Agent was very force full for a 2nd phone number and said won't rent it to me without one. Then when I gave him 1 didn't ask who person was or relationship. Honestly could been a random number from my phone and he would have never known. So overall service here was horrible. Had to loss 4 hours of my trip and cost me about $100 due to mistake plus cost to rental I didn't use and fee to have someone return it for me since I am out of stateWALTER L.

When we received truck it was filled with dog hair all over the seats and the back looked beyond disgusting. It had a wet dog smell throughout the truck. When returning truck employees were rude. I later then called the store to speak with the manager and that is when the manager proceeded to not listen and yelled at me for letting him know that he was being unprofessional and rude. Dropped off the truck at exactly 9:50 AM, was told to turn in the keys and they would mark the time. Got a bill now showing it was not marked in until after noon. Please remove this charge. You cannot remove the anger I feel at being lied to, cheated and treated so badly by the two men at the front desk. Very poor for business to have such mean people at your desk.ROSEMARYC J.

The staff you have are good and friendly! The system you have where you can't contact the store and you talking to somebody for across the country. Where they don't know some of the rules from the state you actually will be at. It would be helpful you can talk to somebody that actually is from the state you need help from. I had a horrible experience trying to call and get transferred 20 times. The costumer service program is a joke. The people who work there are fantastic. Reserved a unit with the impression that i had 24/7 access After i signed the contract and paid my fee the employee brought me to the unit.. once he opened the unit the alarm went off and then told me that they dont have any cards. i was not given a code to use either. i was also told they were open until 8, when i showed up at 7:05 the employees watched me walk up to the door and left in their cars.SEAN A. | First Impressions
