Sales person was unfriendly and acted like he didn't want to be there. He was very slow and uninformative. He finished my paperwork and handed me the key. He was not the least bit concerned if I was satisfied. I left and realized he did not give me my 2 dollys. I checked and they were not in the truck. I turned around and returned to get them. After I loaded my truck I returned to the store to get my car on a vehicle dolly. I drove my car up on it and he said "I can't do anymore, you have to secure it. Libility reasons but if you can pay me $25.00 cash I can secure it for you." I was shocked and said I will call uhaul about this because it doesn't make sense. He then proceeded to secure my car down. When I arrived at my destination the dealer said one side was done incorrectly and not secure. I usually deal with the dealer on spring Cypress store and have always felt like I was important and safe to make my trip. Devonn or Devonell, not sure which one but he needs to be fired for trying to scam me out of $25.00.

I left a Portable Snap on one it's red Speaker in the truck I rented today from your u haul I will go in Sunday morning to go to get my speaker from the truck i rented today and a has to be in there because I do not take it out cell phones 504-957-3146

The location was adequately staffed and we were attended to right away, unlike other locations. The staff was very nice but unfortunately we had an incident where the employee that hooked up our trailer forgot to tighten the knob on the coupler and after we hit a small bump on the road the coupler and trailer flew off the tow ball and caused nearly $2,000 worth of damage to the rear of our Tahoe. Fortunately this happened on a side street near our home and we were able to get the trailer under control, but we had just turned off of a very busy highway and had this happened on the highway I shudder to think of the accident(s) this would have caused. Thank God it was only our vehicle and no one was hurt. The employee was very nice and realized his mistake. We are waiting for collision repair check from U-Haul insurance. I appreciate the employee owning up to his mistake and I certainly hope it did not cause him to lose his job. Just goes to show that employee training should be more thorough and skills should be tested throughout their employment to keep them sharp. Employees should also not be frazzled from being overworked as we have seen in other busy locations. Sometimes with only one employee tending to everything with multiple customers.

Your computer equipment needs to be upgraded. It was slow and kept freezing up which made the renting a slow process.

The after-hours key drop off box was very difficult to find. It was located at the garage door with a mail slot. There should be signs indicating where the dropbox is located. There should be colors indicating where the dropbox is located. A better description or a clue of where the dropbox might be located would have saved time and anxiety.

Rented a 6'x12' open trailer and the bed was filthy - oily dirt all over the bed. All manager could say was sorry. There was a clean trailer right next it but they said I had to take the dirty one. Why? Had to take the trailer to a car wash and spend $5 and 30 minutes cleaning it before I could use it. Not the U-Haul quality and service I'm used to. Won't be back to this location.

There was only one U-Haul employee there to assist customers and I waited in line over 20 minutes to get assistance. There should be more than one employee to assist customers in that large of a store.

The customer service was great Letecia always does and excellent job to satisfy everyone. I never had a bad experience with this location since Letecia has been here. I just got a bad running truck.

I moved out of my storage section on 5/26/18, and was told I do not owe anything, yet I am getting emails that my payment is past due and I am being charged late fees. I need this resolved.
