Went online to make the reservations, click locate by mistake. I let the assistant manager know we were traveling to South Carolina which was 300 hundred mile not once did she state the truck was for locate moves only. The driver contact me on were to drop out the uhaul in SC, I call the 6100 Blanding location and was told the truck had to be return to Florida or charge 5 time the amount. My husband's mother and brother passway, we are in the process of closing out estimates, we had to spend a day driving to SC to get the truck. At the end of the day I did click the wrong box on the contact, but the assistant manager never stated the truck was for locate moves.BONNEY-JOE G.

the truck was clean. now the front end need attention and the steering wheel as well needs some attention it moves all over the place I was using truck #2225, but other wise service was wonderful, and very professional, I will go back if I need another truck.WILFREDO R.

The problem I had was not with the rental location. When I returned the trailer in bristol tn. I did not receive any return paperwork and when I asked he told me I would receive an email concerning that. The only email I received after 24 hours was the email rating my experience. I had to call Uhaul twice to receive the proper email showing I had returned the trailer. I think this is poor business. With the mistakes people make today for all I knew the return location might not have logged the trailer in as returned. Thats why I asked for a return receipt. In my opinion this problem needs to be addressed in the future.TRENA W.
Your reservation method really needs rehauling. You need to separate Commercial rentals from ordinary move rentals. You need to have a special Commercial account agent that business can contact with their needs/requests. It it extremely difficult to navigate your system when every time you call your number you get a new agent. That should not happen on commercial accountsMELISSA M.

The trucks steering was completely unacceptable. Also, I was told that if I brought my truck back by 6 pm to return it I would not have to worry about going through the website to drop it off. I showed up 15 minutes early and the door was locked. So I had to go through a whole process just to return the truck when I was pressed for time. I showed up early specifically to avoid that. But unfortunately, the workers at this location doesn't care to much about their customers. Will not returnDANIYEL G.

Make sure deposit refunds actually happen. When fees were charged to my card, the transaction registered on my phone app before I left the building. I've already been waiting for 2 days for my deposit refund to show up.RICK G.

I rented a van on 11/22/21 for 19.95. First, the van that the system assigned the key could not be located. So they had to manually input a key # of the van they had hanging up, which was fine. Then I took the van to Ikea to pick up 4 oversized boxes. On the way there bugs started to come out even crawled up my leg while driving over the Buckman Bridge. Then once at the pickup location at back/side of store we opened the back and it was roach city. I was so grossed out. We literally ask if they had a broom on hand to sweep out the back (No- I would not let a customer use my broom either to sweep out bugs), lucky I had 4 large sealed boxed to transport. I was so embarrassed and grossed out that I returned the van without stopping for gas refill. I informed the guy that checked me out that I did not stop for gas due to they had extra critters in back, he smiled and said you were really quick and they are suppose to be cleaned after each drop off. I told him you all did not even know that vehicle was out there since the wrong key was on the hook so maybe it was overlooked for the cleaning step. As I was leaving I stated I do not want to be charged for a cleaning fee since it was dirty when I got it but I will pay for the gas since I was not stopping again in that van. Now on 12/01/21 I get an invoice with a 25.00 cleaning fee. I am so unhappy with the Blanding location- I have told all my friends and family of the experience and I will never rent from this location again. On 12/3/21 I am now on hold over 30 minutes and waiting for customer service to dispute this charge.TRISSI D.

There was glass in the back of the truck when we got it. As for our storage unit it was old and run down the door would not open at first. The guy who rented it to me got maintenance to oil it. However nobody told us that it would have Giant Cockroaches and Waterbugs Also. They were coming from the other Unit from what we saw but it was aggravating. We sprayed the edges of the unit and all around to keep them away. Not only did that work but we found them dead after moving our stuff out.ELIZABETH N.

I had to have my lock cut off because nephew had key in ATL I apologize to them because I couldn't understand why they couldn't cut the lock off until I saw how complicated it was when locksmith attempted it. Having better options for pickup. Also, they charged me for having more gas in the tank than what I was given. They gave me the truck on empty , with only 25 miles. It is what it is. I got everything moved but it was ridiculous. & it took over an hour in the store to pickup my rental that was already reserved.ALISIA W.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I originally ordered a 26' foot box truck but when they pulled it up, I realized it was too big. They quickly put me back into a 20' truck. The truck itself was old and the gears didn't change with ease - but.....overall it was a good experience. I would go back there.ALLISON S.

The truck was not aligned the steering was less than what trucks I have driven in the past steering wheel had to to be moved back and forth to keep straight. The person I dealt with when I returned the truck was not a very nice person I asked questions which were not answered with a very nice attitude at all then when I said I would contact corporate about questions she said I am corporate I am a field agent which didn't answer my questions. Evidently I was in the wrong. It I don't expect to be contacted back for any complaints because the way she said it she was the end all be all and she would not be questioned about her authority. So I will do everything I can to put out my experience which was subpar in my opinion. She was rude and less than professional. If she was having a bad day then I am sorry but no reason to be rude to a customer that uses your services on a lot of basis.MICHAEL B.
