Increase number of staff. We waited in line for 45 minutes to get the keys to our truck, and then the truck still needed to be cleaned on the inside. In addition, the truck’s transmission was in bad shape, and we weren’t sure it was going to be able to haul our furniture.

The staff was friendly and honest. Prices were fair. I scheduled a 1:30pm pick up time and the vehicle was parked out front, but not ready to go. The person cleaning the vehicle said it smelled like stale cigarettes and that it would take longer to clean if I wanted to wait. I had a time line that I needed to stick to so I told them don't worry about it. The vehicle literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years with dirt, dog hair and grease on the dash and instrument panel, and cleaner had just been sprayed all over the floor to try to mask the cigarette smell. When we reached our destination to load up we noticed multiple roaches scurrying around from behind the wall of the cargo box. Thankfully the large item we were loading didn't have anywhere for the roaches to hide and hitch a ride to our drop off destination. This location, as I assume many others, could benefit from having more than two people operating it on a busy weekend so that vehicles can be cleaned properly and inspected thoroughly before customers arrive for pickup.

I had to wait to get tire pressure inflated for my vehicle, since a tire was more than 10 psi too low when i picked it up.

The ignition on this truck sticks, making it very difficult to get started. I wasted almost 2 hours trying. It cost me more in gas because I had to leave it running and it added hours to my day and rental.

I am forgetting their names but both people working that morning were kind and helpful. I was nervous driving a U-Haul for the first time and within 5-10 minutes they put me at ease. I would encourage corporate to reach out and acknowledge their great work.

I reformed my truck at the location that uhaul requested during business hours and no one was there to receive the truck. I drive through the security gate and left the truck. Very confusing.

The manager working was wonderful, and working as fast as she could, but because there was only one employee for the whole location, we waited half an hour to be seen, and a line of customers had formed. This would have been a much better experience for the customers (and I'm sure the employee as well), had there been other staff. Once we were seen and received our rental, everything went well.

The lady with blond hair very welcoming I was sick and she was helpful without complaints she was the only reason I stayed . U can tell she is a kind person u don’t see it often . Tone matters 💕

The value was great and the staff were excellent. There was just one small issue with the passenger side door keyhole (hanging out), but everything worked fine, otherwise, I would have given Excellent on everything. Great value and the 15-foot van fit everything we needed it to.

The truck had no air conditioning in the middle of a heat warning. The contract suggested I add far more fuel than was required to return at the same level. This is likely my last uhaul experience. I feel ripped off and like I was put in an unsafe situation.

u-boxes were placed in a way that made them nearly inaccessible to load and there was no way to remedy that because of the way the u-boxes were delivered

A routine $19 dollar rental period of 3 hours ended up $175 . I was charged very random amounts. I delivered the vehicle at 6 and they wrote 6:30 . The gas tank I was given almost empty . I consider this very misleading.

Additional staff would be useful so that people don't have to wait so long. One person can't do everything that needs to be done there. Upon return of the rental the app and website would not work and it took over 30 minutes before we could check the truck in. This was the experience of several customers between the 5:00pm and 5:40 pm return time.

Way understaffed, quote was no where near final price, hidden fees are ridiculous, “safe drive fee”. I felt like I was dealing with a pawn shop. Plus did the old trick of giving me a vehicle that was 3/4 full and then I return it full. Easy way to add on an “extra fee”. If this would have been the opposite and I didn’t return it full you would have charged me an exorbitant amount! No thanks, Uhaul will always be my last choice.

My reserved vehicle was NOT available for me when I arrived and I was forced to take a larger uneeded vehicle because there were no other options. I was promised a discount upon my return which was not honored either.

My issue may be more U-Haul as a system and not just this location. The couple of people I interacted with at this location were kind and helpful and did their best to help. But I was supposed to pick up my u-boxes and a rental truck to tow them. My u-boxes were not available at this location. We were able to pick up the truck and then had to drive to another location to get our U-boxes. The U-boxes were not ready and we had to wait a few hours to get them. Luckily whoever was moving the boxes at the location did their best to help and set us up for dropping off our empties and picking up our next trailer so we wouldn’t have to wait anymore. But overall I am disappointed with our U-Haul experience. The coordination of where and when we could get the U-boxes was a mess.

The staff was incredible. Eli was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My complaint is with corporate. Somehow my name (not any other information) was attached to another person with my name???? (Highly unlikely, actually) that owed a bunch of money and u was delayed for an hour picking up the truck because I had to call corporate to have this person 'removed from being associated???? From me). I waited 28 minutes on hold to have someone tell me they dint know why we were connected. This is unacceptable. Not same number, DL number, state even..... thank his, Eli and his associate were on it! They kept me chill while I handled it! Great location!

The cargo van I rented was super nice. It had car play and I could connect my phone to it. It drove very smoothly. Only issue is the key didn't fit in the key dropbox. Luckily, Uhaul was still open when I dropped it off. If it was afterhours, I'm not sure how I would have left the key.

Put the keys in the lock box so I do not have to wait 30 minutes in line to get the keys. Maintain the vehicles. There was less than half a tank of gas in the truck, and it was parked against the U-Haul sign pole on the front bumper. The radio does not turn off when the vehicle does, and the gas mileage rating gauge did not work. I get it is a college town, and the vehicles will not be perfect, but have some pride in your work.

I dropped off the truck the same day I rented it. They charged me for an extra day anyways. They called the day after asking where the truck was and I explained I dropped it off the same day. The day after that they charged me for an extra day.

The app wouldn't allow me to take and upload photographs when I first arrived, and I was really delayed in leaving because I had to confirm everything with the staff inside, which included them having me take photos and video on my phone independently of the app. I was definitely nervous about any accidents that were not caused by me, because I had no app-approved photographs of the truck.

Check in was slow and inefficient. Lot was crowded so it was difficult to drive off the lot. Return was a nightmare. I was after hours and there were trucks everywhere, blocking in parked cars. With lots of jockeying, we were finally able to get our cars out by driving into the neighboring business lot. Otheres were not so lucky and I believe had to leave their cars overnight.

I waited 45 minutes to pick up my scheduled Uhual van. This was the longest wait I’ve ever experienced with Uhual. When I started my drive, a beeping noise started to sound. The passenger door was not properly closed and I couldn’t shut it because I was driving. When I opened the back of the truck, there was brown spattered on the wall near a corner. It was disgusting. It looked like poop. I would have gone back to swap vans or have it properly cleaned but I had people arriving to help me move soon. I resorted to using my mattress protector as a shield and then threw it away after the move. I have used Uhual countless times. I usually have a good experience. I would still use Uhual in the future. However, this was a terrible experience.

The location was fine and staff at the location was great. That being said, and I want to emphasize that I in no way place the blame on the location or any of the staff present, my experience was in a word, terrible. The U-Haul app, which is supposed to make things easier and allow for me to check-in ahead of time and walk right in to pick up my equipment, is atrocious. Those monkeys who can write Shakespeare could have made a better app. Nothing worked the day of my rental . I was kicked out of the app many times. I was told by the app that my equipment was not "retrievable". I was told by Lori over chat that she could help and then the chat disappeared and I couldn't get it back. Then I was told to call a 1-800 number for assistance and immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and by that time, I was being helped by a staff member at the location. The computer systems at the location were also incredibly slow and while I arrived at 10:20 to pick up my 10:30 rental, I didn't leave with the truck until 11:30. So I spent 70 minutes waiting for an app that didn't work and a computer system that was so slow it made everyone wait in misery. The next time I need a pick up truck, I will go anywhere else I can such as Lowes or Home Depot. Heck, I will ask an uncle who will talk my ear off for an hour about some random conspiracy theory so I can borrow his truck, just so I can avoid another experience like this one.

Rented a pick up truck , drove away, had a very low tire turned around came back .was told it would take hours to fix couldn’t wait . They gave me a box truck but it wasn’t going to work . So I cancelled my rental. But the people and place were very friendly and helpful. I’m just sorry it didn’t work out.

Overall everything went smooth - pick up was much faster than I expected and the process of updating pics and info through a smart phone is a nice little feature. The truck itself was in decent shape, and had a pretty smooth ride all things considered. The ONLY thing that sucked was it was apparent that someone smoked in the cabin at some point - there was a lingering odor that really triggered my allergies.

Everything was flawless in my opinion. Pick up was fast and associate helped secure trailer to my vehicle. Safety chains were quite long and he had a "fix" for it that was great without having to take time. Trailer (Motorcycle) was sturdy and well maintained. Return was very fast and took < 5 minutes!!!!! Very pleased with this location. Would definitely use them for future needs.

I wish the trucks had diesel engines. The gasoline engine trucks just wouldn't keep up on the highway. If they do, my foot will be flat on the floor and it drinks a lot of fuel. This increases fatigue and fuel expenses.

The person at the counter was extremely helpful, every time I come to this U-Haul everyone is always got a great attitude. Love this u-haul, I'm in my forever home now so I may not need them again. But if I ever do, I'm always going to come.

I was not able to move in during the day of purchase due to staff forgetting to removed lock on storage unit. Upon mutual arrangements, we made an verbal agreement to keep unit unlock during closed hours on the day of move-in. Unfortunately, my items were left in the truck on the property overnightdue to not being able to access the unit. I was angry and was not able to contact anyone after hours to access my unit to move in.
